We must be aware of this and understand that we are Children of the Cosmos and that we are made up of "stardust".

Thousands of cosmic civilizations form alliances, societies, and working groups—many belong to the Galactic Confederation—and are here to help us through this transition.

Those cosmic civilizations were always with us from multiple dimensional forms that through physical eyes are impossible to see
