Is it Possible to Have Healthy Relationships? Source:  Matt & Joy Kahn

Hello Beloved, Let us begin this week’s newsletter by answering the question — is it possible to have healthy relationships? Before diving deeply, it is important to remember the usage of the word healthy refers to the quality of your choices and connections, which can occur whether your body is healthy or moving towards greater health on any level. Of course, when pondering whether healthy relationships are even possible, the answer is yes, even though it may not always feel that way. Let’s explore why. The primary reason why most people would say a healthy relationship isn’t possible is because they often find themselves in family structures, friendships, co-worker dynamics, and intimate partnerships, where the Universal objective is becoming a more balanced and empowered version of yourself within the framework of any given connection. This means the Universe often pairs you up with the exact characters that create environments and circumstances, where how you move through each facet of connection ensures a more balanced and empowered ‘you’ can emerge. As a more balanced and empowered expression of self has been birthed within you, an energetic signal is put out into the quantum field. It begins attracting others who can match and compliment the balance and empowerment you have taken the time to refine in other partnerships. Sometimes the greater balance and empowerment you are discovering occurs through daring to be more specific and direct in your communication to create space for others to be responsible for their actions and feelings, instead of assuming it's your role to be responsible for everyone’s experiences. Some of you have done that communication work five times over. To such an extent that the remaining lessons of balance and empowerment are cultivated by moving beyond such connections. By parting with those who demonstrate through their words and actions how unmotivated they are to serve the fulfillment of your experience as you may have so graciously done for them. If in this type of predicament, it is essential to remember how constantly bending over backwards is not a beneficial form of yoga. It is how you give your power away to those whose potential gives you a greater sense of who they will one day be, instead of building healthy bonds and boundaries of empowerment with who someone is today. It can be a rather complex issue to navigate when dealing with parental figures or even adult children. There may be a long term pay-off to participating in one-sided connections. The question remains: is this connection adding or subtracting from my overall health and well-being? Even if its a relationship my heart just cannot part with, can I address the other relationships in my life to ensure I bring greater balance into my life to off-set the connections that are more difficult to navigate. As always, we are never telling you what to do, but offering you the inspiration to choose from your highest level of truth and empowerment. As always the choice is yours to make. How do we become more empowered in romantic partnerships? Especially when the imbalance might be one partner more focused on communication and growth, when the other one sees a partnership as a guaranteed free pass to having their physical needs constantly met. One might say, ‘I might be more open to physical intimacy with the trust developed through communication and growth.’ Meanwhile, the other one might say in return, ‘How can I trust all this communication and growth is worth it, without seeing what’s in it for me?’ This can lead to a great rift in connection, where one walks away feeling like they are only seen as a physical object, while the other one feels they can’t say or do anything perfectly to ever be enough. Meanwhile, what both partners have in common is a need to prove the point that their feelings equally matter. This can create toxic households to live in, create ample opportunities for miscommunications to surface, and a lingering resentment shared by two hearts. No matter which of these examples may ring true for any of your current partnerships, the remedy of transformation always begins with a moment of awareness. In the first step of awareness, you deliberately create the space to determine: 'Will I become a more balanced and empowered me by changing the way I engage in this relationship? Or, is the balance, and empowerment I seek waiting for me to move beyond this never-ending spiral of confusion and enmeshment?' Once you know, in awareness, whether you are being called to stay and grow or grow by going, the next step in transformation is acceptance. It is where you come into full acceptance that whether you are staying and growing or growing by going, it’s not often going to occur in a way that always pleases the desires of each person. Someone may disagree, have their feelings hurt, or even blame you for the feelings they have no interest in facing, feeling, or healing on any level. As awareness clears a pathway for you to see where you are being guided, can you accept that it is meant to unfold in the exact way it will be and only in a way that moves each person in the direction of their next lesson of greater balance and empowerment? Can you accept that for many in this world, the very catalyst they require to open up to the value of mutual respect, personal ethics, and to authentically resonate with balance over the instant gratification of carnal urges is often losing the very person, place, or thing they cling to as an external form of identity? It is often why a partner can suddenly become a more redeeming version of themselves at the brink of losing their partner. While it may seem as if ‘they finally learned their lesson and woke up to what is important’, it can often be a temporary shift in order to win back the person like an object that defines them as a way of avoiding the despair of loss. Equally so, there are also examples of people’s eyes being opened, once the person they have objectified or taken for granted sees their next level of balance and empowerment exists in moving on versus staying put. As the lyrics of an 80’s song so poignantly says, all too often, ‘you don’t know what you got ‘till it's gone.’ It is why it is essential to love yourself more, not less, every step of the way — no matter how differently you hope things unfold. In essence, relationships of any variety are an opportunity to partner up with others as a means of becoming a more balanced and empowered version of yourself. This can occur as a motivation of mutual expansion and up-leveling in healthy relationships. It can equally occur as a means of giving each person what they need to move toward greater balance and empowerment from within the confines of unhealthy, imbalanced, and disempowering interactions. If finding yourself in the latter, you may activate two of the primary steps of transformation. Step One - Direct Awareness: ‘Am I being called to stay and grow or grow by going?’ Step Two - Deeper Acceptance: ‘Can I accept my heart’s desire, even if it is meant to unfold in a way that I cannot control or protect anyone’s heart from facing?’ Once a direct awareness of what to do has been seen and has moved you into a deeper acceptance that cannot control anyone’s experience within it, you are ready to begin moving out of patterns of imbalance and into new horizons of relationship health and empowerment. Dear Ones, Even though your fears are partially the result of recent events, they are mostly the pent-up fears you have carried for 3D Earth eons. You are reacting to fears beyond today’s reality. Every time you are accosted emotionally or physically in your current world, you are reminded of trauma that might have happened eons ago. Reminders triggered daily by world events – not to relive them but to erase them from your memory. You are in the midst of your private hell because you are tying current events to past trauma and releasing it. You are the patient and the psychologist. Even though you are in a releasing phase, which allows you to exit those long-held fears, the accumulation of all you are feeling internally is frightening, along with knowing your life as you knew it is over. Of course, many of you have been releasing for months, years, or decades. So you question why this particular time is so fearful, given all you have released. This is so because the fears you release include elements you ignored or have been afraid to address. Throughout the eons you have been of 3D Earth, you have been the power-broker, thief, war-monger, murderer, prostitute, compassionate and loving being, homeless person, warrior, and earthly saint. You have experienced every piece of 3D fear-based humanity. Something you have been afraid to address, given your need to move beyond 3D. t is like young children refusing to admit they ate all the cookies despite the chocolate ring around their little mouths. You might find that humorous as an adult even though you must address the issue. You are now acting out both the child and parental roles, discovering pieces of yourself you have been ashamed of. So you are angry at others, not because they have disrupted your life, but because they display pieces of yourself you have kept hidden for eons. Even though this message does not apply to everyone, it applies to enough of you to arouse your curiosity or fears. Allow yourself to flow through this piece as a reminder of how complex and, perhaps, in your vocabulary, evil someone can be, which is bringing up issues you have hidden for eons. Perhaps you question that last statement, remembering that you have existed in other places at other times and believing the 3D “evils” becoming evident must have shifted within you at some point. The other places and times you lived did not affect those 3D pieces because your role was to explore every 3D Earth experience possible before initiating this transition. You needed to fully understand fear and allow yourself to cleanse during this time. If you had only experienced love and joy, you would not understand why this transition was necessary or how to combat it. Before you began this arduous transition journey, you knew you would experience fear by creating and experiencing it. This historical time is tying it all together so that some days you are angry, others fearful, and still others calm and peaceful. You are shedding your fear skin with all its secrets for a new skin that expects peace—an expectation that would not be possible if you maintained your hidden shame and fear. You are exposing your positive and negative 3D hidden agendas, which are inconsequential in your new world. But without this exposure, you would have difficulties fully claiming your new self. Some of you are not experiencing anything unpleasant, while others are nearly incapacitated with shame and fear. Everyone is addressing this phase in their unique fashion. But know that none of you now transitioning has been what you consider a “good” person throughout your 3D Earth lives. Those now of 3D display your worst 3D tendencies, forcing you to address your hidden agenda- issues you wish would remain secret forever. Hiding parts of yourself is not to be. Not because you are terrible but because you wish to enter your new world with a clean slate. In 3D, you were neither a terrible nor a loving person; you were both because you were preparing yourself and the Earth for now. You needed to experience pieces you hoped were hidden so deeply that you would never have to experience them again. To find your path, you must eradicate those hidden secrets you have punished yourself with for eons. It is time to allow yourself to love all of you. So be it. Amen. The dark’s resilience is ready to be revealed and discovered. This realm is ready for its most crushing blow. The Light knew from the start that it was to take a special strategy to ensure its total victory. This time of triumph is at hand. In this, the dark is to be totally caught unawares. Long ago, Heaven sent forth the warriors of the Light with a single aim. This was to be able to make the dark feel that it truly was in charge of this most sacred place. This plot is now hatched and the dark’s minions are finished! These useless entities are to be in shock as they helplessly leave. It is time to put those of the Light in charge. Time to bring in the promised moment of freedom. Time to terminate dark beliefs that allowed hate and separation to rule you. Time to live in Dignity and Love. It is the sacred moment for life’s unity to push to the forefront. Let all be so done! We come now to finish what the Light began 13 millennia ago. The dark was given its temporary moment and it quickly dissolved into arrogance and tyranny. This ill-placed amalgam is now over. Its last vestiges are quickly to become what bad dreams are made of. We gladly move forth in a meaningful manner to assure that dark is finished. The Atlanteans and their ilk ruled for far too long. The dark began to think that the decrees of Heaven were to be beaten back by sheer persistence. This has proven to be false. In fact it was this odd approach, which was to be their greatest weakness. Now it is wondrously too late. We have come like Angels in the Night and cast aside any who greatly believed in the might of their deep and scurrilous thoughts. It is to be an event that arrives suddenly and slays any who wished to delay the inevitable. It is to be a moment for taking up this new time. It is as well to be when all can finally just be and accept this grand moment of triumph! Be one, dear Friends, in this divine time of victory. The dark is to feel that it has forged a semblance of its old reality. This is, in fact, only a mirage. The old ways are forever gone and like a proverbial Humpty Dumpty cannot ever be put back together again. It took the dark too long to figure all of this out. Now it must face its demise with a number of lessons learned and with a new, friendlier attitude. In this mode, it can start to see its basic wrongs and be ready to see that it is to be a gracious part of this new reality, a reality filled to the brim with Love and Light. It is in that time that ancient Lemuria can return to the divine goals of being Gaia’s much promised divine guardians. In this sacred realm you are to put right what the Atlanteans so thoroughly messed up. Indeed, it is to be humanities “second chance”. It is also to be when this special solar system can reach the condition so promised by the ancient ones. This new world of yours is to be marked by a whole plethora of new things. It is to be filled with Love and Light. The lessons of duality are to succumb to a gentle unity. Old tyrannies are to be replaced with new delights. This divine realm is to be one where death and its aftermath are no longer to be found. It is to be a land of sacred unity and sovereign delights. War is to be banished and old dark feelings extinguished. It is to be a land where divine humanity is to dwell and live in a remarkable place of fulfilled dreams. We were born into such a land. We come here to give this to you. Many nights you as well dreamed of this wondrous place. However, they are not dreams but a true, future reality! Its wonders give us our natural personalities. It is something that we intend to give back to you. This realm is complete with a special galactic society and its sacred laws in order to show you how these wonders work! Our divine purpose is to manifest this in a timely fashion and deliver it all, including its magical technology, to you. Blessings! We are your Ascended Masters! We come on this most valiant day to celebrate a new consciousness influx. Every day, Spirit is giving us a new gift. This gift symbolizes the new energies and sacred vibrations from Heaven. This horror is now being averted by the wonderful way you are swiftly changing. There is much deeply-felt relief for many of you that are coming to grips with what you need to do to reverse much of what has occurred in the past fifty years alone. Once again, there is, in you, a collective and rapidly emerging form of hope. You now appear to be ready to extract a more humane form of gentle interaction with your environment. This has quietly formed as you adopt a new perspective about your relationship with nature. To conclude simply, you are rapidly showing us your deep concern for this planet, your glorious home world. In the recent past, you seemed to be in full alliance with the inglorious dark and infamous human minion destroyers of this realm. It appeared that you were somehow just a few unhappy moments from the joint extinction of all life on Gaia’s surface realm. We most gratefully accept this wonderful turnabout. Our deepest desire is that this continues and that it reaches even higher proportions as you move ever closer to your point of full consciousness. Energy Update: It’s a Roller Coaster! SOURCE:  Kerry K

The current energy is so intense, and if you haven’t felt it yet, I strongly suggest you buckle your cosmic seat belt, because it’s about to hit us big time in March. The entire month ahead, starting now, is going to be an intense energetic speed up. Here’s what it’s all about … The current energy is a massive upgrade of cosmic energy, and it’s pouring into our realm relentlessly. That’s a really good thing! I promise you. Even though it makes everything feel very intense for us … it’s giving us the following No more hiding places for density; Rapid cleansing of all suppressed baggage; Purging of the subconscious; Healing of old wounds, starting with belief systems; Far less ability to hold on to the illusions; Less capacity for the ego to be unnoticed. This is all good, but it’s harrowing and challenging because of two things: The intensity of what we’re feeling The pace at which it’s coming in But not everyone is feeling it … why? Here are two reasons Heck, there have been multiple energy shifts that I never felt, at least not in a chaotic way. Even though I was very aware of them happening, it was a walk in the park for me – that’s because sometimes we are already in that higher alignment, and in those instances, the incoming energy is not noticeably different from your current state of being. Another reason why a person may not feel anything is because they’re quite simply unplugged from truth, they’re still very busy living in the illusion and cannot engage with what is happening for them in the now – it’s not where they live. Those people are not having an easier time, they’re going to be getting a harder wakeup call – later. This is what’s happening We’re being sped up … or if I put that more accurately, the consciousness that we live in is becoming exponentially lighter, and that allows us to experience life with less density and more light. More light equates to more speed, but that doesn’t mean life will remain “rollercoaster-ish” forever. It just means that the change will come in swiftly, it will come in at the personal level, because this is about your personal environment allowing more light to permeate, more density to spin off, and therefore more truth to be realized. Once you go through that process, everything slows down, and then it feels like you’re in a sublime stillness of peace, ease and calm. First though, we have to navigate the spinning off of that density and the rate at which it’s being released. Your Awakening Your spiritual awakening: regardless of whether you were born awakened, have gradually awakened or experienced a rapid-fire-jolt of an awakening, it’s the means through which more light permeates into your physical body. Look at the symbiotic interaction that this energy upgrade requires: Increased light from the cosmic field has made its way into our direct energetic field here on Earth; Increased light from within your body-consciousness meets and allows that light in. That is why embodiment of the work is so imperative. If you’ve been spiritual in the head, then you’re going to miss one part of the equation. “Communication can take many forms and you do not need your vocal cords to be able to communicate telepathically, energetically as every thought you think, every word you speak or do not speak, and every action you take and do not take, already is communicating with the energy fields and the third eye and heart center of all living beings. Animals, especially horses are very sensitive to energy and are very psychic and if a horse then starts to do what happened here, it means that something in your own energy fields trigger the horse’s reaction. The horse itself was much abused by its previous owner and therefore does not trust human beings, and something in the energy you were projecting out that day, triggered this reaction. Whips and such like should be banned when handling horses. If there is rapport between the trainer and horse, then the horse will “read” the trainers mind, and energy and react accordingly. Yet, who ever asks a horse whether it wishes to be trained or ridden that day, and ask for permission to be on its back. Many of the saddles and harnesses and goodness knows what, like spurs, hurt the horses, and horses have aches and pains, just like humans do. So many horse souls need to be freed now, as so many suffered dreadful trauma and pain during those terrible wars in Europe and Britain and elsewhere where horses were used in battles, and often slaughtered, as well as the general mistreatment of the species as if they had no soul and no right to live in joy and peace! In the beginning the horses roamed free, and you only ever climbed on their backs, bareback, if invited to do so. Because when you are in total harmony, soul, spirit, heart and mind with the horse, you become ONE with it. This is how it is meant to be. It is humans who enslaved horses by making them work for them, and then broke them in so that they could use them for transport and sport, and more than this, to pull carriages and carts etc. Animals have endured their abused and misuse by humankind immensely, and it is to their credit that they never closed their hearts but indeed continued to serve. However, as more and more animals, and particularly horses are ascending into the New Earth, that balance and harmony and total trust will be restored. For horses have huge healing powers, and they can “read” human beings and other species, in ways humans have not yet understood. There are “horse Whisperers” yes, but they are in the minority. Yet, anyone can communicate with horses telepathically, and effortlessly and through the open heart, if they so choose. And it is to the heart center that all animals respond to, for they pick up the ENERGY of the heart, and the INTENT behind it. Once you have lost the trust of an animal: – you have lost their faith in you that you will not hurt or harm them or abuse them in any form or way. An animal will only attack, if it feels threatened in any form and way, or get spooked when it senses or sees spirit forms, or even things you cannot see, for all animals are psychic. They can communicate over long distances, and they “read” the earth’s vibration, and know what goes on for miles down the road, feeling through their feet! Once you have won their loyalty, friendship and love, there is no greater faithful friend and companion than an animal, for they love unconditionally. In Andromeda, Lyra and other such galaxies and star systems where horses are found, they live peacefully alongside the people, and no one gets on a horses back, except they by were asked to, of have asked for permission to do so, and then with love and loving intent. These horses serve in powerful ways in healing and other ways, which humans have long forgotten about, and they are indeed very noble souls and spirits. Again, love, faith and trust is the key. As it is with all of life! So here perhaps it is best to get help for the horse, so that that horse can be healed, like having a “horse whisperer” asking the horse why it is scared. Once the horse is healed it will be a different horse.
