And It is time to Get Ready or Not~Change is Upon Each & All of Us Beyond Sci~Fi or Middle Earth or Any Tales or Fables you've heard of.... We Are in the Midst of It. "The present moment is filled with joy and happiness. If you are attentive, you will see it." ~

"The present moment is filled with joy and happiness. If you are attentive, you will see it." ~ Thich Nhat Hanh
In this quote, Thich Nhat Hanh is reminding us that the present moment is full of joy and happiness. However, we often miss it because we are not paying attention. We are too busy thinking about the past or the future, or we are caught up in our worries and concerns.
When we are attentive to the present moment, we can see the beauty and wonder all around us. We can appreciate the simple things, like the taste of a good meal, the sound of a bird singing, or the feeling of the sun on our skin. We can also connect with the people around us and feel a sense of love and belonging.
Of course, there are also difficult moments in the present moment. But even in these moments, there is still the potential for joy and happiness. If we can open our hearts and minds, we can find the beauty even in the darkness.
