I worked with & Sponsored various highly evolved people, Healers, Clairvoyants & Developed Souls who showed me how to utilize their knowledge that strangely most couldn't discern or even hear. Withe Various Techniques & Tools I've been given or fathomed thru close observation, I have had some interesting experiences & journeys within. And as fascinating as all that is, my Aim is to Be Freed from this Illusion bringing as many as will come along EveNow. SO YOU WANNA BE A VEGETARIAN...

WHENEVER YOU GIVE UP SOMETHING, YOU'LL WANTO ADD+ SOMETHIN ELSE TO REPLACE IT*

PROTEIN SEEMS TO BE AN ISSUE, SO EATS NUTSEEDS BEANS, LEGUMES AS THEY ARE KNOWN. MILLET IS 20% PROTEIN, ALKALINE & VERY HEALING, I RECOMMEND ITO EVERYONE.

DAIRY OF SOME KIND ISOOTHING TO THE BODY!

A TEACHER OF MINE WOULD SAY, A DIET WITHOUT DAIRY IS HARSH!!! ALSO THE ENZYMES IN YOGURT PRODUCTS HELP THE DIGESTION AS DOES PAPAYA & PINEAPPLE TABS & HYDROCHLORIC ACID.

MULTI WHOLE GRAINS & AS BREAD, TOASTING IS HELPING, IF YEAST IS USED TO MAKE DE BREAD.

THERE ARE MANY VEGGY RECIPES ONLINE THAT ARE TASTY & EASY TO MAKE AND IF YOU KNOW A VEGETARIAN THEY CAN BE OF HELP.

I WENT RAW FOR AWHILE, WITH NUTS IN THE SALADS & SMOOTHIES & SOUP(SPICY SMOOTHIES) & NUT CRUST FOR PIES.

NEVER GOT HUNGRY, FELT GREAT, LOST WEIGHT & THEN MY CHEFRIEND LEFT...

WHEN BENJAMIN FRANKLIN W*ASKED WHATO EAT, HE SAID, MORE VEGETABLES,,,

THINGS LIKE HONEY (USE NON METAL SPOON SINCE METAL KILLS THENZYMES) MAPLE SYRUP, COCONUT SUGAR & ALL COCONUT PRODUCTS ARE VERY VALUABLE IN & ON DE BODY.

LASTLY I'LL SAY, WHAT WE SPEAK IS FAR MORE IMPORTANTHAN WHAT WE PUT INTO DE MOUTH. FOOD IS OF A LOW VIBRATION. WHEN WE SEE PEOPLE VEHEMENTLY ON ONESIDE OF AN ISSUE, IN ANOTHER LIFE THEY WERE ON DE UTTER SIDE, NO DOUBT.

EAT~EATING AWARENESS TRAINING, A BOOK, IS OF HELP.

MY MOTHER & HER MOTHER WERE CHEFSO I ATE LIKE A KING & THEN I TAUGHT MY X WHO WAS AN ALSO EXCELLENT COOK. YUMMY****
