Solar flares are short-lived but powerful bursts of radiation. They are our solar system’s largest explosive events, lasting minutes to hours on the sun’s surface.

An X-flare – the most powerful kind of solar flare – flashed briefly from the sun on March 29, 2014. It propelled a coronal mass ejection, or CME, into space, the bulk of the CME is due to pass north of the sun-Earth line. However, a faint Earth-directed component could deliver a glancing blow to our planet’s magnetic field on April 1-2, producing beautiful auroras or northern lights.

Blow away the smoke, destroy the mirrors, and awaken into Reality your eternal Home!

Here in the spiritual realms our joy is intensifying because your awakening is so near. You could almost reach out and touch it if it was a physical tangible thing, but of course it is not and it will just suddenly envelop you. You could imagine it to be a bit like someone coming into your bedroom when you are still asleep in the morning and opening the curtains so that the brilliant light of sunshine falls on your face bringing you instantly to puzzled wakefulness, instead of going through the more normal and gentle awakening to which you are accustomed. But of course the awakening for which you have been waiting will be totally different, in fact utterly awe-inspiring, uplifting, and joyful – a thousand Christmas and birthday mornings all in one! As we keep reminding you: “There will be no disappointments!”
Your collective path to awakening has been divinely established to lead you home to Reality, the eternal Presence of God, a state from which you have never departed because there is nowhere else. However, over the eons the illusion has grown more clouded, more dark, and therefore it has seemed to shroud Reality in a cloak in order to hide It from you, but of course that is just your perception. And you are changing your perception, realizing that perception is changeable, unreal, and that beneath the veil it has apparently established Reality is present, as always, in Its divine brilliance, awaiting your awakening.

Perception is part of the illusion and as such it is unreal, however it is your tool, your means of seeing, understanding, and clarifying your beliefs and opinions. As you open yourselves more and more to the field of Love that envelops you, which you are doing, your perception evolves, encouraging you to move forwards to continue on your path of spiritual evolution which is leading you to your awakening.
To evolve spiritually is to depart from the illusion, leaving it behind, and awaking into Reality as if from a dream or nightmare. Of course, in Reality there is no possibility of dreams, let alone nightmares, and when you awaken that will be readily apparent, as the unreal state that it appears that you built and inhabited just dissolves like morning mist in the brightness of the sun.
Reality is brilliant, transparent, stunningly clear in comparison to the dark mistiness of the illusion in which it seems that you have been unwillingly contained for so long. But, you are all Masters! What God creates is perfect, without blemish, infinite in its brilliance and power, and He created each one of you. You just chose to forget this or hide it from yourselves while you “entertained” yourselves within your inhospitable illusion.

Look at the stories you write, the pictures that you paint, the plays and movies that you produce – the vast majority involve deceit, betrayal, pain, and suffering – and of course you would claim that they are but stories about the lives that humans experience, and that the pain and suffering portrayed within them are but images taken from the reality that you perceive the illusion to be. What you are actually doing is attempting to make them real! And the more you focus your attention on that pain and suffering, drinking it in in stories, plays, movies – yes, and WARS – the more real it seems to you. “Life's like that” you tell yourselves, and you buy into the destructive belief that you can trust no-one.
And yet, there are people who live in peace and love and harmony, small communities all over the world that prove unequivocally that Love works! But mostly you dismiss the reality of that, telling yourselves and one another that those communities are unnatural, weird, and will not last; or that they are living in attempted seclusion from the real world which will, through their offspring, inevitably envelop them or at least bring home to them the insanity of their unreal hopes and dreams for a gentle, harmonious and loving society which is without doubt, as has been proven time and time again, unachievable.
So many of you want to believe that the world is dangerous, unsafe, unjust, a place in which fear and caution are essential to your well-being; and by believing and wanting it that is what you experience! And you do want it, otherwise you would not experience it. You do create your own reality within the illusory world that you have built. That is the whole point of it!

However, finally, enough of you have collectively decided that enough is enough. You have realized that conflict always leads to further conflict, and that peace cannot be enforced, let alone achieved by forcefully destroying those whom you see as being against it, or enemies of it. You are turning towards Love, frequently in desperation because it is obvious that nothing else works, but with grave doubts about Its efficacy. And it is those doubts that are effectively and seemingly slowing down or delaying your awakening.
In truth that is not the case, because it is all illusory! An unreal experience that will just dissolve as Reality embraces you when you choose to let go and fall into Its ever-loving arms. You have spent eons trying to find God by searching for Him throughout the illusion which you have succeeded in convincing yourselves was created by Him. But you are eternally One with Him, inseparable from Him, and within the illusion all that you will find are smoke and mirrors. Blow away the smoke, destroy the mirrors, and awaken into Reality your eternal Home!

“When are we to awaken?” That is the question we are constantly being asked, and our answer to you is that awakening is imminent. And of course that is the answer that has been offered to you very frequently over the last few years, some of you might even say over the last few decades. For you it is frustrating, disappointing, and, at the very least, most confusing, because it seems to have been going on for so long. You believe that here in the spiritual realms we have foresight, insight, and information unavailable to you, and you expect us to be able to give you positive and meaningful answers to that persistent question “When?”

But it is you who are in the process of awakening, it is you who have taken the collective decision to do so, and, therefore, it is you who are setting the pace. We watch you and delight in the progress that you are making; it seems that the moment is about to arrive, and then something untoward and unanticipated distracts you from the task in hand, and momentarily you slip more deeply back into that state of sleep from which it is your resolute intention to awaken. However, make no mistake, you are waking up!

But it seems to many of you that you are not, or certainly not quickly enough, as you view the wars, the crimes, the intense poverty, and the suffering that plagues humanity. However, all that you see throughout the world that is not in alignment with Love is of the illusion, and has been present from its beginning. What you see is not new, not strange, not unusual, it is, as you might say, “business as usual,” for the illusion is a place of separation and justifiable distrust because people continue to betray one another with predictable consistency, as they have done for eons.

Nevertheless, if you will make a point of observing the enormous changes in attitudes that have occurred in human beliefs and philosophies over the last few decades you have to admit that “business as usual” is declining as more and more of you decide that what humanity is presently experiencing just is not good enough. Concern for others, apart from immediate family, and for other races and cultures, and for the planet herself has been growing exponentially of late, and as a result action is being taken to correct and repair the damage that has resulted over the eons, and particularly in the last two or three hundred years – intensifying in the just ended twentieth century. And those actions are beginning to bear fruit which is why, here in the spiritual realms, we are so sure that your awakening is imminent.

Because it is you who are, as it were, “running the show,” it is you who decides when awakening will occur. And it is apparent to us that your intent for it to happen is intensifying in every moment, so that it can be neither prevented nor delayed. And although you are running it, you are only a part of the divine plan for your awakening, set in motion at the moment of your apparent separation from your Source by God to ensure that you could not and would not be lost interminably in a horrific and imaginary nightmare that could only cause you intense and interminable pain and suffering.

And, I assure you, that to be aware of God and to be seemingly separated from Him would cause suffering beyond bearing. Consequently the apparent state of sleep presently enveloping you is also a protection against the inordinate suffering that full awareness of your divine nature would entail while believing yourselves to be separated from Him.

God loves you infinitely and eternally, and so He does all in His Power, apart from overriding your free will, to reduce and dissipate your pain, fear, and suffering. Turn to Him often during the day, when you go to your quiet inner space where His Love can embrace you, and reaffirm your intent for humanity to awaken and depart from the illusion. In so doing you once more align with His divine Will and accelerate your approach to awakening.

Remember that while you rest within the illusion you can and do keep changing your minds and your intentions, not the basic and irreversible collective decision to awaken, but your own individual decisions to do so, as mood swings and distractions weaken your focus on the essential task in hand. When that happens you effectively meander off the path, or slow down as you watch with shock and horror the hideous activities across the world, so well reported by the mainstream media, that are causing such havoc and suffering for so many unfortunates.

As we keep telling you “Focus on Love.” Love is the field in which all of creation has its eternal existence. Anything that is not in complete alignment with Love is unreal, although within the illusion it appears utterly and irrevocably real. The illusion, that you (the human collective) devised and constructed is alarmingly real to you because the power of the collective to mask and cloak Reality so that It is hidden from you is very strong. That, after all, was the intent when you decided to build and inhabit the illusion.

Over the eons many have seen through it but were unable to persuade the majority to look and see for themselves, because most felt themselves to be defined by it, and to see through it, they believed, would lead to their destruction. Once you have seen the Light and know that It is permanently available to you it makes no sense to live in the darkness which is the illusion, but within the illusion much courage is required for you to discard that to which you have become so accustomed and enter into the Light. It is too bright! That is the attitude that you have been changing so effectively and rapidly over the last few decades, and you are about to embrace that brightness and enter into it!

We are all One. The divine realms, the spiritual realms, and the physical realms are all One, and your scientists have discovered this though their ongoing studies in physics. There is nothing that is not part of the One, because the One is All That Exists, and every particle of consciousness is an eternal and inseparable part of that Whole, even though it may choose to experience itself as individual, separate, alone.

You knew this consciously and experientially when God created you One with Himself, and then, when you built, developed, and entered into the illusion, you forgot. But to forget is not to lose or be without, it is merely a temporary state in which the infinite abundance of your perfection, wisdom and knowledge – bestowed on you at the moment of your creation by your infinitely loving Father, God, the Source of All, Who, in His infinite Love for you, gave you everything that He had – is hidden from you only by your own choice to enter the illusion.

Your sense of individuality, separateness, aloneness, even abandonment is but part of that illusion, because it is impossible that you could ever be separated from the One that is All that exists. Your choice to experience that unreal state has brought you much pain and suffering, and you have now collectively decided to return to Reality, to the experiential knowing of your true state at One with your Creator.

What you are now in the process of doing is awakening from the dream, the quite terrifying dream that you are alone, separate, infinitesimally small and insignificant beings in a universe of such a vastness that the very thought of it totally overwhelms you. It is so terrifying that for many the only apparent escape was to deny it and pretend that you were simple human beings, born by chance from the primordial slime, and doing the best that you could to survive in an environment that was unaware of you, and which you hoped would remain unaware of you lest it chose (should it in fact have intelligence) to destroy you because you were so weak, feeble, and valueless.

Others invented a god, a being of immense power who constantly watched and judged you, to whom you believed that you owed undying allegiance and obeisance, and who you believed would reward you if you behaved in a fashion that you judged he would approve of, even to the point of judging others who you saw as unworthy of the standard that you had set, and who you therefore chose to attempt to subjugate or destroy to honor him. You have finally become collectively aware of the insanity of this kind of belief, you are releasing yourselves from it, and many are attempting to build a universal culture that lovingly embraces all on the planet for the good of all mankind.

You were created in Love and from Love, and within the illusion you have been forever seeking that Love – which seems to have been withdrawn from you – in relationships of all kinds. But none of them ever satisfies the need that lies buried deep within you, the only real need that you have and which has always been provided for you, to be One with your Source. You were created One with your Source, and separated from it you could not exist for even an instant, and so, thinking that you are separated, and therefore without love, it is your destiny to forever seek the Love that only It can provide.

But that Love is within you, where It was placed at the moment of your creation, and it is within that you will find It when you let go of all your preconceptions that keep you thinking, reasoning, and puzzling over where you might find It! It is closer to you than you can possibly imagine, but while you accept the illusion as real and try to find within it what you seek you will continue to be dismayed and disappointed, because you are searching in the distance for something from which you have never been separated.

Your guides, angels, saints, and mentors in the spiritual realms are constantly trying to help you see the truth of this, but you keep allowing yourselves to be distracted by the apparent charms and enticements or the fears and anxieties of the illusion. However, the awareness that life as you are presently experiencing it is an illusion is dawning on ever greater numbers of you, as you realize that God, the divine Source, being infinitely loving could never have created the threatening and inhospitable environment in which you appear to have your existence, because, to even the most cursory investigation it is abundantly apparent that it is not an environment created in Love.

Love is your nature, Love is your Source; you can never be separated from that Source, and therefore what you are experiencing must be illusory. An environment that encourages and provides pain and suffering, and that suggests that sacrifice is required of you to make you worthy of Him Who created you perfect in infinite Love makes no sense at all, and you are, at last, admitting the truth of that, and therefore letting go of judgment and opening to unconditional acceptance and love of all forms of life.
And doing just that, and nothing else, dissolves the illusion, because its whole premise is antithetical to Love, and when there is only Love there is no place for the illusion, and all the pain and suffering associated with it, and so it dissolves, it disintegrates, it is no more, and you awaken into the eternal joy of experiencing yourselves as One with Love.

The attunement of each individual with the higher aspects of their true essence brings many gifts to be shared with the world.

HILARION 2014

March 30-April 6, 2014

Beloved Ones,
The times that are before you are filled with many cosmic occurrences that will bring an even greater increase in the cleansing energies and it is extremely important to stay attuned with the changes and stay grounded in your everyday lives. We call them cleansing energies but what this energy downloading upon your planet really is in actuality is the divine feminine unconditional love energy. When those upon your planet are touched by this divine energy, it creates openings in all those areas of one’s being that are still in need of healing and balancing. All old wounds are being brought to the surface to be finally healed and released. Many of these wounds were felt as trauma during childhood and these were stored in the subconscious realms of the human psyche. As these are reawakened and brought to the surface into the conscious mind, it can create emotional difficulty, which depends to a large extent on each person’s ability to face these traumas with the wisdom that has been gleaned in one’s adult life through adapting to life’s experiences. All depends upon the ability of each person to be willing to look at these unresolved aspects from a time when they did not have much experience in dealing with the complexities of life upon their world.
Each person brings their own unique perspective to each event that occurs in their personal world and these events can be viewed from either a victim point of view or as a learning and valuable growth experience which adds to the strengths and abilities that one has gained. Such is the way upon a planet that honors the free will of its inhabitants. If an individual chooses to look at events in their life from a victim viewpoint, then their life will give them more of what they choose to experience. On the other hand, if an individual chooses to look at an event in their life from a higher perspective as valuable lessons learned and gained, life will reflect back to them all that they express in gratitude. These times are unique and special, however, for what many people are now in the midst of releasing and revisiting will not continue to cycle over and over again. There is coming a time when the force of love upon the planet will be so great, that all old stubborn issues and traumas from the past will just fade from people’s consciousness. This will help to facilitate a new way of being for all of humanity. There will no longer be an endless list of infractions that one individual has committed against another. There will only be acceptance and forgiveness, with people understanding that love erases all that went before.
There will be a fresh start for everyone who chooses to remain on the planet and it will be like a breath of fresh air in the hearts of all. The higher qualities of love will be manifest within all souls as they remember and reconnect to the divine spark within them. Much progress will come as humanity works together in cooperation and unified effort to create a new world, a better way of serving each other in order for the highest expression of divine potential to unfold for each individual. This was the original plan for the experience of life in a human body, to allow the divine essence of the One to have expression through each of its sparks, each spark unique, special and evolving in amazing and wondrous ways. Through this diversity of experience, the One grows and expands.
The gathering of the new and powerful energies and integrating these into one’s human operating system while remaining fully grounded on Earth is the next step for all and is already in progress. The changes start within each individual, within their bodies and within their consciousness and as that which no longer serves a helpful purpose is transmuted and eliminated, more light enters the auric field of each individual and the frequency level rises accordingly. This process assists those within their sphere of influence to also release and absorb more light. More light within each individual creates a greater field of light within the community and this is what is happening as the changes continue. The light brings positive feelings of upliftment, joy, happiness, hope, optimism, and humanity will express these to their families and community members with greater ease.
In due time the denser feelings and emotions will be no more and humanity will not be hindered in their pursuit of experiencing life in a human body while developing their skills, talents and abilities that they will wish to share with others and this will enrich the life experience of everyone. The attunement of each individual with the higher aspects of their true essence brings many gifts to be shared with the world. These activities will bring more balance in Earth movements and weather patterns and all will be in harmony and stability.

Beloved beacons of light and love on the Earth, I address you from my truth speaking to all aspects of your being. I remain
a presence and support for the Earth and humanity in this ascension process overseeing all shifts of ascension while
ensuring a deeper sense of unity for all with the Creator. You can call upon me to assist you in all ascension processes
within your being and upon the Earth as I hold a larger picture of what is to manifest and can shower you in the light of the
Creator in support and to assist you further.
Know that while my purpose has been and continues to be focused upon unity with the Creator and all aspects of the
Creator which means recognising a harmony with the Creator, I wish to speak now of the importance of love.
Many, in fact maybe all speak of the importance of love, self-love, love for all and unconditional love and yet it continues to
be the focus of current spiritual growth and ascension. The acceptance of love is the key lessons and vibration to obtain
in this level of ascension. The knowledge of love and its importance on so many levels has always been present upon the
Earth but in this reality you are now being asked to experience love, a very personal love, the love within your being. You
are being asked to give your love freely without any expectations of love returning to you while holding the knowledge that
your love is sacred and stems from the well of the Creator, therefore there is an abundant volume of love for you to draw
upon and exist within. Experience of love is critical now; it is the main and key lesson of current ascension. Many of you
have the knowledge of love and how it can be integrated into your reality and even how it will influence your being but now
is the time to put the theory into your reality experiencing it fully.

All of you are naturally loving; love is your nature, it is the energy you were energetically created with and it is the building
blocks of everything that you are as a physical being, soul and so much more. As your truth, your original essence and
your divine self you cannot help but be loving, there is nothing that can take the love vibration away from you even when
you don’t recognise your love vibration it is present eternally and unwavering. With this in mind you may look at your own
being, reality and the reality of the Earth and notice that love doesn’t always seem or feel present. If love is your natural
energy, that which you were created from as an energetic being, and is eternal, then you may ask, where is the love? This
is a very powerful question because it will bring you back to conscious awareness of love if you all it too.
You may wish to sit in meditation or quiet time, repeating in your mind or out loud for at least 10 minutes, ‘Where is the
love?’ Your being and energy has a natural ability of supporting you and bringing you back to your centre. Whatever
happens to you, whatever you create or experience or whatever your mental thoughts, your being when you allow it to will
naturally bring and draw you back to your centre, back to the space and energy of love within your being. By asking this
question of yourself and inner knowingness you are not focusing upon the lack of love within your being or on the Earth but
more so without searching you are asking to be guided and drawn back to the space and existence of love within your
being. This is akin to a safe space inside of you which is connected to all that is the universe of the Creator offering to you
an abundance of consciousness, guidance, tools and truth. It is important to remember that all you receive within the safe
space is not from you personally but is the flow of the Creator from which you can draw all that is divinely appropriate.
With this practice you will naturally be guided into the space of love within you and can rest in it eternally. You may notice a
shift in your awareness, a deeper sense of contentment or peace arise symbolising you have reached this space.
While you can always find, discover and experience the love of the Creator within your being, we can still ask ourselves,
where is the love? With this question I wish to address why if we are all naturally loving beings do we have to search for
the love within our beings. We could ask why and where did the love go? When we experience love whether on the Earth
or the inner planes, and by this I mean emanate and radiate love, we are naturally in contact and aligned to Creator and
all that is our truth. With this alignment and our expression of love we are able to bring the Creator throughout us, letting all
that is the Creator manifest within our reality creating so many beautiful experiences such as good health, abundance,
happiness, synchronicities, miracles, deep connections of union, expanded understanding and an awareness of truth.
The love we express creates a template and a foundation for the expression and experience of the Creator. This is why
when we connect into the love of our being and the Creator it feels so good, blissful and familiar, often everything in your
reality can feel so unfamiliar so love brings you back to this truth. With this awareness you may ask why each person
doesn’t naturally experience love eternally if you are always brought back to your centre? Everything outside of you feels
more tangible and real, if it was created from love eternally there wouldn’t be any form of emergency. Again we ask the
question why isn’t love present in everything eternally? The obvious answer is that it is present eternally but it is your ability
to recognise love and maybe even perceive its importance which has been lost. The love of your being and the Creator
has never been lost but after many lifetimes on the Earth experiencing so many different energies and situations,
everyone has adopted and created new thoughts, beliefs and perception which they carry forth, most are born from pain
or suffering and are misaligned with love. Have you ever thought of yourself existing as a pure being of love and then
asked this pure being of love when it first felt pain or fear, why it felt such energies and how did it feel when you had never
experienced pain or fear before only love? Could such energy become an addiction and an energy you identify with?
Therefore it has replaced your belief, awareness and recognition of love. This is a powerful practice to achieve in your
own quiet time:
Imagine yourself as a pristine being of love so radiant and glowing.
Ask yourself: When did my being of love first feel pain or fear?
What did it feel like?
What created such an experience?
Then ask me, Archangel Metatron and the Angels of Love and Healing, supported by your Soul to come forth erasing and
healing this energy so that all other proceeding experiences of pain and fear are erased, dissolved and healed eternally.
The powerful focus now is to recreate the habit of perception, recognition, gratitude and understanding of love, allowing
and encouraging the process of being naturally drawn back to your space of love within your being, even if it is a hundred
times a day until you believe yourself to be worthy to exist in love eternally. That is such a powerful statement as maybe it
is the key to the question where is the love? It is always present but maybe you do not perceive yourself to be worthy to be
present with and in love. Please know I address you all, even myself, as there is always more love one can recognise and
bring through their being and express.
A healing I wish to support is to forgive yourself for any form of lack of love in your reality and being and to forgive yourself
for that first moment when you truly experienced fear or pain. Forgiveness is such a deep and profound healer which can
transform any energy but also allows you to accept yourself fully.
‘I now forgive completely and absolutely any and all forms of lack of love, any and all forms of fear, pain and suffering, any
and all forms of feeling unworthy of love and any and all forms of addiction to anything that is not love. With the assistance
of my Soul and my Angels, I completely and absolutely heal myself and love myself unconditionally. I now choose to exist
in love eternally and will make this transition with ease in my being and reality. And so it is.’
