Greetings and Angelic love extends from my presence into your being and your pathway. I, Archangel Michael, am

present as a protector, a guide, to anchor and enhance the divine will of the Creator within you and to ensure the purpose

of your soul is carried out upon the Earth. I come to be present with you now as an expression of the Creator so you may

be present with yourself as an expression of the Creator. My purpose is simple and yet magnificent as I encourage you to

be as one with the Creator both consciously and unconsciously, with a powerful knowing of the truth within your being.

There are many steps, pathways and processes of awakening which lead you to greater oneness with the Creator, yet

there is a focus I wish to share with you to support your further experience of the Creator. I invite you to be present with

others, which is to be observant and aware of those you speak and share with, give them your attention while

simultaneously inviting yourself to hold the presence of truth within your being. I invite you to be present with yourself, to

take time to listen, observe and share with yourself thus being present with yourself as you hold within you an all knowing

presence of the truth. Awakening the presence of truth within your being can be seen as recognising all and yourself

beyond illusions as the truth which is beyond this world.

In order to develop the presence of truth within your being you may wish to affirm this affirmation: ‘I am the truth, I allow

myself to be free from illusion, eternally recognising the Creator.’ When you allow yourself to resonate with the affirmation

during your quiet time and meditation you will feel, sense or acknowledge the energy awakening within you like an active

presence. As you place your trust in the active presence of truth and the Creator within your being you will be able to bring

your focus to a place of truth within you thus viewing, sensing and awakening the world around you and within you from

this space. This will encourage you to move beyond the illusions created by others and yourself allowing the truth of the

Creator to be eternally present. There is simply a need to spend time connecting into this space of truth within you, then

you will find you carry it as an active energy eternally wherever you are whatever you are doing, thus you are more able to

be of service to yourself and others.

The space of truth I am speaking of I wish to label it as ‘Your Presence of Now.’ You are aware that time encourages you

to move forth and yet there is in truth only your present moment. Every present moment is filled with energy of now,

meaning that in each moment everything within the universe of the Creator and upon the Earth exists. There is no

escaping that everything you are and all that is the Creator is present, active and conscious in every moment. Each

moment is not stagnant or lifeless; lacking purpose or divine presence, each moment is alive and filled with the Creator.

Within each now moment there is a presence, the presence is the Creator and yet the concept of ‘Now,’ is also filled with

the life fulfilling and life giving aspect of the Creator. ‘Now,’ is not a moment in time, it is simply the eternal presence of the

Creator. ‘The Presence of Now,’ means that within every focused moment there is an opportunity to connect with the

expansive presence of the Creator, which is an active presence or manifestation within you which is timeless.

You are a part of the powerful presence of truth and the Creator which is present now within your being. You are also the

deliverer and expression of the powerful eternal presence of the Creator. Your greatest purpose and potential is to give,

provide and present the universe of the Creator, in truth all that is the Creator to yourself and others as a tangible energy

or presence which can be absorbed and accepted, however it does not require to be understood. It is only your mental

body which holds the need and the desire to understand the Creator. We can see that to understand the Creator is

impossible and only creates more forms of illusion. Acceptance allows for understanding of the Creator beyond the mind

and mental body, bringing the truth of the Creator and the universe to be a presence within your being.

Truly what I wish to share with you is that there is a presence within your being which is active, alive and conscious, this

presence is an aspect of who you are as a physical being and an inner planes being. This presence is your gateway to

the divine flow of the Creator and emanates the truth of the Creator with great magnitude. It has the ability to listen to the

truth within your own being and within others, illuminating the beauty of the Creator to give space to its further expansion

and presence within all and upon the Earth. This presence can only be recognised in the now moment. It is only in the now

that you can connect with this presence encouraging yourself to experience it more fully and absolutely. To comprehend

the ‘Presence of Now,’ is to comprehend the entire universe of the Creator in one cycle of your breath. Each new cycle of

your breath offers a new opportunity to comprehend all that is the Creator, expressing it as a single vibration, light and

love wave from your being with the ability of connecting with everything it greets.

I wish to share with you an invocation to further your connection and acceptance, which can be said within your mind or

out loud in order to lead you into a space of deeper truth within your being:

‘I now recognise this moment of my existence as all there is. I recognise this moment as my Now, filled with the

abundance, truth, love, consciousness and all that is the Creator. This moment is special as it offers me the opportunity to

recognise the Creator and all that is the Creator as my companion within me. A powerful active presence within my

being of which I am a part of, which nurtures all forms of life and exists beyond illusion. This powerful presence has the

ability to see, sense and acknowledge the truth within myself and others with ease, I now recognise and enhance this

ability grounding it into my physical being and expression. I acknowledge that it is in every present moment, meaning

every Now moment I have the opportunity to connect with and deliver forth the powerful presence of the Creator within me.

This is my service to myself and all, I honour myself for this powerful service. Thank you.’

Take a few deep breaths and allow each breathe you inhale to carry your attention deeper into your being, maybe into

your heart, soul or wherever you feel guided to be present within your being. You are allowing yourself to be focused in

this moment, to be focused within your being seeking and accepting an active presence of truth which you can allow and

encourage to overflow into your entire being. Please do not judge yourself at any time, this is something to focus upon

regularly allow yourself to strengthen your connection with the presence of truth within you. Then you will discover it is your

companion in every minute of your day, you become this presence and allow this presence to work through you. It is not a

separate part of you simply a fuller part of your truth and all that you are. It is through practice and focus that you will allow

yourself to move to a place of greater contemplation and experience of that which I express to you.

The process of recognising the ‘Presence of Now,’ will encourage you to realise you are eternally supported; your life is

so full and filled with all you could possibly require as this is born from the magnitude of life and existence within you. It is

simply your purpose to project, manifest and reflect this in your own embodiment and reality upon the Earth.

Beloved Ones,
There is a deep alignment taking place within your inner self. Many of you are feeling as though you are back to square one, having to start the process of purging and cleansing all over again. This is not so and if you can observe the thoughts that come through you, you will see that this particular strain of thought process comes from an earlier time in your lives. Once you make that distinction, you will observe and release these much more easily. Some of these are your core wounds, deeply held in this lifetime and which you brought with you from previous lifetimes to be addressed and resolved in your current lifetime. It may not feel pleasant as you go through this process but be assured it is bringing the final resolution and you will soon pass through this difficult portal. Try to keep a positive focus during this time as it truly means a great accomplishment for you when it is seen from your soul’s higher perspective.
Be extra kind and forgiving of yourselves during this final cleansing. Ask us to help keep you uplifted and focused on higher thoughts as you feel the density within you. By now, you know what you can personally do to help yourselves get through this time as you take stock of the methods you carry in your personal toolbox. You have been here and done this before – remember what worked for you before and revisit those methods once again. Be assured that there is a greater Light than ever felt before at the end of this tunnel. You are loved unconditionally and with no judgement from your Family of Light; it remains for each of you to incorporate this same love into your own understanding of self. Sometimes, each human can be their own worst enemy and harshest taskmaster. Growth is taking place, Dear Ones, and a shift to a greater awareness is happening. It is all good in the end result. Keep this knowledge in your hearts.
Let your spirit be sustained by the knowledge that the spiral of life moves ever closer to a higher outcome than you at first believed was possible. You are creating miracles as you allow this experience. On deeper levels of your multi-dimensional nature, you are the teachers who impart your hard won knowledge, wisdom and experience to others throughout the universe. Each person who is undergoing the rigors of life on the planet is looked upon as hero and heroine throughout all timelines and dimensions. As you focus on the here and now, you are further aligning to your true divine essence and more of the gifts you bring to this world are unfolding and ripening in their potential. Even though it seems that you have been standing still, on the inner levels, much progress is being made as further healing takes place within you.
Finding your way through this maze is easier than ever before, for now you honor yourselves for the efforts you have made in this game called life upon a physical planet. Much has changed within your perspective and the wisdom you have gained in this and former lifetimes is blossoming forth from within you now. You know now that you are the creator of your reality and that you can intend a different and better reality than you’ve lived and experienced before. It is all up to you to decide and determine how your life should go. Your higher soul aspects are eager to merge with you and there is a great excitement in the anticipation of this event. As you surrender to this metamorphosis that is taking place within you, life on Earth becomes much easier to endure and experience.
You are slowly beginning to realize that your life can be more beautiful than you have ever dreamt it could be. As you reconnect with your divine inner child abiding within your sacred heart space, you are creating the life of your dreams. It is a life filled with joy, peace, healing, accomplishment, success and achievement. It is up to you how quickly or slowly you bring this into your experience. You are in the driver’s seat and all of life is working with you and for you!

Humanity’s journey through the illusion has been long and arduous. You have all spent many lifetimes trying to find your way Home. As you know from personal experience much suffering is undergone as you search for love and are betrayed or abandoned by those who you would relate to with love. It often seems that life is not meant to be either happy or enjoyable, but more likely a path that involves much pain and suffering. And those who lead so-called “good lives” are just as likely to suffer as anyone else. There appears to be little point in behaving well for it seems to make absolutely no difference, as the rewards available within the illusion often seem to be awarded to those least worthy to receive them.
The illusion is an insane environment. It was built collectively to enable you to separate yourselves from your divine Source, and to access that unreal state, Love, your true nature, had to be excluded. But of course you all desperately want to love and to be loved, and so you seek love from one another . . . endlessly.
The illusion is truly a most confusing place in which you can never find that which you are endlessly seeking – Love – because It has been excluded, shut out. What passes for love is often behavior driven by guilt, fear, or low self-esteem. So please know that you were created perfect, that nothing can change that, and that your apparent abilities and competences, or lack of them, as experienced as you live life in the illusion are just illusory limitations. They are but tools that you can use to demonstrate to yourselves that the illusion is illusory, unreal.
As you have so often been told God is Love, and God contains within Himself all that exists, all of his divine creation. That concept makes absolutely no sense when you are confined within the illusion and therefore severely limited by the restrictions it places upon your intelligence and upon your ability to understand what God is in any meaningful way.
The idea in building it was to construct something extremely limited because that was the only way that apparent separation from God, from your divine Source could be achieved. Separation from God is impossible, but an imaginary or unreal place of separation was possible, and that is what you built. It is indeed a terrifying and nightmarish place or situation. Fortunately you will awaken from it! God’s Love for you is utterly beyond your ability to imagine or conceive of, consequently when you chose “to leave Home” He instantly provided the means for your return, for your awakening.
All that you need do is to stop trying to find your own way because there isn’t one. The only way Home is God’s way, and you find that by releasing your hold on fear, anger, resentment, and judgment, and by embracing forgiveness. Forgiveness is the antidote to the illusion, the solvent in which it is dissolved, and it has been available to you ever since you entered into the illusion. In Heaven, In Love, in God, there is no need for forgiveness as there is nothing to forgive, there nothing exists that is not in perfect harmony and alignment with Love, your natural state, the state that in truth you have never left because there is nowhere else.
The fact that you exist proves that you are One with God, and therefore with each other. But the state of separation you appear to inhabit insists that this not the case, it insists that the opposite is true, that you are separate, alone, and insignificant. And so you have spent eons in confusion looking for something that cannot be found outside yourselves.
God is in you as you are in God. However, the nightmare that you conceived of and built, due to the limitations that you made an essential part of it, has effectively placed a veil, a curtain, or a shield between you and You, between you and God, between you and Reality. It is made of your choice to see separation as real, dangerous, and constantly threatening your lives, and in an environment like that there is no room for trust, for honesty, for integrity, or for Love.
The more deeply you attempt to engage with the illusion the more real it appears to be and the more suffering and betrayal you experience. You engage with it by judging it, and either trying to improve it by changing it, or taking advantage of it and seeking power over others. It does seem to offer enormous possibilities to those who choose to be sufficiently savage and unrestrained to attempt to control and run it as they see fit by fear and force of arms. While those of you who pray for world peace are constantly being reminded of the intense and unjustifiable suffering that so many are undergoing all across the world.
However, no one is in the “wrong place!” Everyone on Earth is a dearly beloved child of God, everyone has already received everything from God, and that includes free will and the freedom to choose which path they will follow when they incarnate as a human in the illusion. No one has been “short-changed.” This does not mean that the suffering that someone undergoes during an earth life is in any way justified, or is a well-deserved punishment for misbehavior in a previous incarnation.
Everyone incarnate as a human on Earth has made a spiritually guided choice to embark on a series of learning experiences best suited to their individual needs. No one on Earth can know why another is following a particular path. All anyone can do, and it is the most appropriate course of action to follow, is to offer love, honesty, and compassion to everyone with whom they interact, and if they feel they have been hurt or offended then to offer forgiveness.
Remember that there is a spiritual purpose in every meeting, in every interaction, and in every relationship. Whether its meaning becomes apparent to you is not of great importance, the important part of being human is to practice being loving, compassionate, and forgiving in every situation in which you find yourselves so that you learn your own lessons and let go of any aspects of yourselves that are unloving; aspects that are in fact unhelpful self-sought attachments helping to hold you hostage to the illusion.
Love practiced honestly and with integrity, as opposed to conditionally or manipulatively, brings peace, healing, and joy. Any other form of loving is not worthy of the name, and always results in pain. If you will make the intent to practice loving behavior in all your thoughts,words, and actions, and if you will keep reaffirming that intent, then your life will flow more easily, encouraging you to keep reaffirming that intent. You have probably noticed that those who behave lovingly are generally far happier than those who are forever finding fault, with themselves, with others, or with the world in general. And that is because your true nature is Love. Peace and happiness are found by being your true Selves, by loving and forgiving, and by letting go of judgment, resentment, and hatred, and that, of course, is being true to Yourselves. It is also your path to awakening.
Never forget that there is nothing you can do to make God withdraw His Love from you, or in any way alter His feelings for you. His Love surrounds you in every moment of your eternal existence. Without It, and that is impossible, your existence would cease, because It is the Source of your life. You are One with God, and that knowledge is to become most brilliantly manifest, filling you with immeasurable joy.

Every cause of disease first begins with an imbalance in the body’s energy systems, specifically, the interaction between how the heart communicates with the brain and the body. Fix that and there is no disease, ever. The heart can produce an electrical field 100 times greater than the brain and a magnetic field 5000 times greater. Which one are you using to heal?
Emotions are vibrations which influence consistently our reality. We not only think and work our way through a day, meeting, assignment, but also feel and believe our way through it. The outcome depends on both.
Simply put, the number one cause of health is your energetic and emotional state. How you connect emotionally to your overall wellness and wellbeing is more important than any supplement, food, exercise or health treatment. There is only one cause of disease and that has to do with the energy and frequency imbalances that exist within your body. Rectify that, and disease cannot exist…it would be impossible.
All the emotions are varieties of two: fear and love: Fear/stress is contagious and causes contraction: inhibits creativity, brain activity, inhibits the immune system,selective perception and over extensive periods of time leads to breakdown. Love (positive beliefs and emotions) has high impact and causes expansion: creativity, physical and mental endurance, more productivity in shorter time because we take decisions quicker because we are receptive and highly perceptive. This a question of Math, HeartMath (as per the contribution in this field of the HeartMath Institute): when one has accurate information, takes better decisions.
The quality of the field one creates with his heart influences his experience and reality.
The research behind the evolution of HeartMath came from the idea that the body’s emotional response to events do not always occur from “top-down” processing (i.e., the brain sends signals to the heart and other organs, and the body responds accordingly). Rather, it has now proven that often times our emotional state triggers our heart to send out its own signals to the brain and other organs, and the body then responds accordingly. For instance, while two-way communication between the cognitive and emotional systems is hard-wired into the brain, the actual number of neural connections going from the emotional centers to the cognitive centers is greater than the number going the other way. Have you ever: Made a “rash” decision? Done something dangerous on impulse? Taken a risk because you believed in it? This research helps explain the influence emotions have on our ability to think and act.
In fact, researchers at HeartMath have determined that the physiology and nerve centers of the heart are so complex and active, that they constitute a “brain” all on their own, termed a “mini-brain.” We now know that the heart contains cells that produce and release norepinephrine and dopamine, neurotransmitters once thought to be produced only by the brain and ganglia outside the heart. Even more remarkable is the discovery that the heart produces oxytocin -the “love hormone” – in concentrations that are as high as those in the brain.

7 Simple actions to create positive feelings:

1. Think about the colleagues who helped you today. Thank them in your heart. Think about your current assignments. Know that they will work out well and work from this space.
2. What is it that you would like to have professionally? A new project? With whom? Think about it in detail, be specific and imagine you are already working on it.
3. Entertain the feeling of celebration that arises in your heart. From this space take the appropriate actions to make it happen.
4. Find ways to help your colleagues, or make them feel that you care. Do one (in)visible act of kindness per day or more if you want to
5. Before starting your work day give thanks and envision it the way you want it to be.
6. When finishing your work day give thanks and clear it of negative emotions (which come out of fear that we know now is illusion). Do not take them at home or preserve for the next day.
7. Smile – The time of crisis is literally here: there is the fast pace of our world, the assault of too much to do with too little time and resources. Being in the present moment is just a concept for most of us and has little translation to daily life practice. Fear is wide spread and is polluting us on a very cellular level: hypertension, autoimmune diseases, cancer, infertility, chronic back problems, anxiety, and depression; the list could continue forever. The difference is how we interpret crisis because we can be at complete peace in the midst of chaos.
Can we live the life we want? Can we be authentic in our speech? Can we identify and release our underlying limiting beliefs so that we begin a new commitment towards genuine compassion, abundance, love and connection. Your commitment will show in your body and intentions.
