Saturday night I was invited to attend a CE5 event at my Stargate friend, Shari's home. Twenty of us gathered. First we enjoyed sharing a pot luck meal and friendly chatter. We then came together for a meditation, Light Language, chanting session to raise our frequency. Raising our frequency prepared us for asking for contact with our Galactic families.  We then proceeded up the hill in time for the sunset and sun gazing. Several people had star map apps on their phones. We would point at a shining star to see if it was a planet. We were able to easily see Mars, Arcturas and Lyra/Vega planetary systems. So much laughter. Upon leaving, my heart was full ... full of Love. Unfortunately, we were not graced with an actual starship sighting. Maybe next time. Eyes to the sky! Greetings, we are the Arcturians, It is always a joy to connect with all of you, who will be hearing and reading this transmission. While the Grand Awakening is well underway, there have been many who have ultimately given up on their spiritual Journey. This abandonment stems from a few different reasons. The first being ego’s insidious whispering, claiming that the journey is taking too long, that the progress is too slow, or that the obstacles are insurmountable. The ego, in its desire for immediate gratification and recognition, can lead individuals to believe that they are not making the strides they hoped for. Additionally, some have been led astray by the enticing but ultimately deceptive paths that promise quick fixes or superficial enlightenment. These side paths can be alluring, filled with false promises of immediate spiritual benefits, yet they often divert seekers from their true purpose and deeper understanding. The forces that seek to maintain control over your planet often perpetuate this cycle of deception and have also led many astray toward a false light. They present themselves as saviors, leading the masses to believe that they are working in their best interests, all the while creating the very problems that necessitate their intervention. This manipulation can be deeply ingrained and pervasive, making it challenging for individuals to break free from the chains of dependency and illusion. However, many things are shifting now as you have collectively entered a New Timeline, one ripe with potential for genuine transformation and awakening. Once individuals realize the errors in their chosen paths, many find themselves hesitant to redirect their course. The fear of letting go of what they believed they had accomplished can be paralyzing. They cling to their perceived achievements, convinced that acknowledging their missteps would invalidate their efforts and experiences. This denial of truth only serves to reinforce the illusion they inhabit, a constructed reality that offers a false sense of security. However, it’s crucial to understand that nothing that shifts within the illusion can provide genuine benefit, either personally or collectively. Just as rebuilding an old barn does not create something new, merely patching up old beliefs and practices will not lead to true spiritual growth. This is not a time to give up. Instead, it is a moment of profound opportunity for spiritual expansion, where individuals are invited to rise into higher waves of light and consciousness. It does not matter what direction you were going, You can stop where you are, and redirect your attention to What benefits your Journey and Enlightenment. There is no judgment, only your own ego judges you. The Ascension process is actively unfolding, and it calls for a courageous embrace of change and a willingness to let go of outdated beliefs and attachments. Remember, giving up is ultimately a choice, and the power to transcend lies within you. The time has come to allow your spirit to soar, to break free from the constraints of the past, and to step boldly into the new possibilities that await. Embrace this journey with an open heart and an open mind, for the path of spiritual awakening is one of continuous growth and elevation. The Ascension is not just a distant goal; it is happening now, and you are an integral part of this magnificent transformation. Don’t Give up Now, Very Important Times are ahead. I just wanted to write today to anyone feeling a lot of constriction, maybe feeling a lot of sadness, feeling stuck, feeling scarcity, or even feeling a lot of turbulence... You might be feeling any or all of these. I've felt all of these over the past couple of weeks, on and off, and sometimes REALLY intensely. There is also an energy in a lot of us right now, of feeling like there is very sticky old energy, old resistance, energy you thought you were done with, feeling very present and heavy. Just like sitting on top of you making it feel so hard to move, to lighten up, to get free. If you're feeling any of that. I just wanted to let you know that you're not alone. That this energy is so present right now. We're at the end of some very big cycles. And lot is going on astrologically even with this beautiful new moon we had on Monday, that can make us feel this way. Also? Our consciousness has expanded and there is this opportunity right now to set up new patterns, new neural pathways, new thought forms, new ways of seeing yourself, the world, your possibilities. So how you relate to now matters. And it shapes how you feel and what feels possible for you. Remember that. The energy of Boundless Love that I've been working with preparing for our new program has helped me with this a lot. You can also just tune into the flow of Cosmic Light flowing into your human energy system... Let's do that together now, for a moment. Just close your eyes and imagine a column of light, of Divine Source Light, of the Boundless Energy the Boundless Love of Source -- the true ABUNDANCE -- pouring into the top of your head, down your spinal pathway/central column, down your legs and arms and into your hands, and emanating from you. Just imagine this light pouring continuously, through you and open your hands, palms up and say to yourself; easy to give, easy to receive, easy to allow, easy to flow. Just feel into that and repeat it: "Easy to give, easy to receive, easy to allow, easy to flow..." I also said to myself when I did this: {it’s easy to receive. I am abundance incarnate I am in the flow of all energy and light and love. I offer this flow through the emanation of my being, through the expression of my embodiment. i am abundance, i am flow, I am fulfilled, I am light. it’s easy for me to receive. it’s easy for me to give.} I hope that might have helped. You're always been fully resourced from All That Is, All That You Are. Sometimes instead of working with the mind, or our emotions to feel liberated, released, freed up and shift, for me it can help to work with my body. This is a VERY intense year and most of us have felt the increase in solar energy AND the stress of all that's playing out on the world stage, and within us, as we integrate and evolve, A LOT.
