Hamilton, PhD When we think of heroes, our minds often leap to grand gestures—leaping into burning buildings, scaling mountains, delivering dramatic speeches that shift the course of history. We picture capes, medals, and front-page headlines. But the truth is, most real heroes are quietly woven into the fabric of our everyday lives. You pass them in the street. You might even be one yourself. Heroism doesn’t always roar. Sometimes, it whispers. It’s the nurse who stays a few minutes past her shift to comfort a frightened patient. It’s the teenager who sits with someone who usually eats lunch alone. It’s the friend who checks in when you’ve gone quiet, even though their own heart is heavy. It’s the neighbour who brings in the bins, picks up groceries, or simply notices when something’s not quite right. These acts might not make the evening news, but they are the glue that holds our humanity together. In a world that often celebrates noise, power, and performance, it can be easy to overlook the quiet courage it takes to be kind, to care, to show up. But those everyday moments—the ones that may seem small, even invisible—carry enormous weight. They lift others. They change lives. Sometimes, they even save them. And here’s the thing: you don’t need to be extraordinary to make an extraordinary difference. You don’t need a title, a following, or a cape. All you need is to care enough to act. In fact, some of the most heroic things you can do are often the simplest: – Speak up when it’s easier to stay silent. – Offer compassion when someone feels alone. – Keep going when no one sees how hard it is. What is a Dimension and How do you know if you are 5D, 6D or 7D? Source:  Diana Cooper

A dimension consists of a number of chambers, with a specific vibration. They can be anywhere throughout the universes. If you are holding that vibration at that particular moment, you can access one of them. As multidimensional beings, we have incredible opportunities, both in and out of our bodies to experience many different dimensions. You can ask to visit a particular chamber or dimension and if you are ready, you will find yourself there. Sometimes you can be unexpectedly thrust into a dimension, and this is often when you have psychic experiences, like visits to the past or future or into someone else’s life; also bad dreams. Your beliefs determine your experiences, so if you absolutely do not believe in past lives there is a lock on those rooms, and you will not visit them except in extreme circumstances. Certain drugs, including allopathic ones can unlock doors. THE DIMENSIONS 1D. The mineral kingdom operates in the first dimension. It experiences and evolves in this range. This is where new ideas root. 2D. The plant kingdom, which needs light in order to grow, evolves within the frequency of the second dimension. Here there is an opening to spiritual information and knowledge. 3D.Those humans who only believe in a physical reality and whose hearts are closed operate within the range of the 3D frequency. Because Earth has now shifted into the fifth dimension, those who are still 3D feel very uncomfortable and they are not ready for higher vibrations that surround them. You can observe the 3-D world without giving it energy and rise above it into the light. However, if you watch the news and acknowledge it, you are adding energy to it. 4D. People who are in the fourth dimension are beginning to open their heart chakras, remember past lives and expand their spiritual awareness. How do you know if you are 5D, 6D or 7D? 5D. Your heart is open. You take responsibility for all that you create and attract in your life and you do everything for the highest good of all. You wish to ascend in this lifetime and direct your energies towards that. There are 10 levels in this dimension. 6D. At this dimension you are living with your higher heart open. You are working with the spiritual realms, for the highest good of humanity and in cosmic service. You seek cosmic enlightenment, seeing the universe, the stars and planets from a higher perspective. You download the light codes of the stars and planets for the ascension of humanity and earth. You live as a Master. There are 10 levels in this dimension. 7D. this is the angelic dimension, and you act at all times with the qualities of the angels, connecting with the angelic realms. Your aura and light body are 7D, and you travel in your 7D Merkabah. Your crystalline Lightbody and brain are partially activated. Your 12 strands of DNA are fully activated, and you actively use your gift talent and powers, including manifestation, clairvoyance, teleportation, et cetera. There are 12 levels in this dimension. 8D. It is not part of the curriculum of Earth for humans to be eighth dimensional. However, cosmic beings can be 8D. They live in oneness with all. There’s a weight in the Field Right Now. It’s heavy and light all at the same time. It is coming in from the cosmos and from our sun, and it has the potential to change everything. The old operating system is leaving, and the new one is downloading and activating. We are in a THRESHOLD space. It is not the void, but more that we are leaving one way of being and stepping into the next. This process is happening as fast as it can, yet slow enough that it doesn’t destroy us, even when there are moments we feel like we are dying. Even in this, the human has free will, and our participation is needed. Not only with permissions, but in letting go of the old within us that allows for the new to anchor in. The dissolving of the old is the hard part. It is in our very bones and in every layer of our being. It’s tearing through false constructs, outdated programming, obligations, and identities. It’s hitting on the times we have been betrayed, taken advantage of, and used. It’s breaking the systems that used to hold all of that in place. EVERYTHING is asking us to awaken, take responsibility, and be fully sovereign. Many are exhausted, short-fused, and sitting in a kind of pressure cooker that often makes no rational sense. There’s grief, irritation, and even a deep burning rage. This energy is like a huge fire burning through us. It exposes the ways in which we have allowed ourselves to be taken for granted, used, quieted, persecuted, and the times we played a role that didn’t match our soul’s truth. It is exposing how much we have pushed ourselves, been forced to produce, “sing for our supper” in order to survive this experience. Our challenge is not to go into victimhood as all of this is exposed within us, but rather to use it as a driving force to set ourselves free. The energy pouring into the earth is awakening within us the memory of who we truly are. For some, this may look like direct soul memories, for others, it may feel like this deep knowing coming forward. A knowing that we are vast and so much more than this expression. A knowing that the time of pretending to be small is over. To me, this energy feels like a deep burning within that is blazing through all that is not in alignment to our truth. The scaffolding we built around who we thought we had to be in order to be safe, needed, loved, or seen is now being exposed. If we allow it, it will collapse. Some are feeling it as anger, like lava erupting. The Earth is mirroring this expression as she erupts and shakes. Some are going into shutdown mode and withdrawal. Some are experiencing deep body pain, some are grieving, some are suddenly detached from everything they thought they cared about. Many are oscillating between all of these and more. Personally, the energy to me feels like a dragon’s fire . It is erupting through me, as my throat chakra activates and my hips let go of all the distortion. I am finding my voice, my truth, and my place. It’s amazing, exhausting, and sometimes scary. So much is falling away, and there is much I am walking away from as I reclaim myself from all the distortion. We are reclaiming ourselves and declaring that we are done with the inversion that has been our existence. We have carried too much for too long, and now that world is crumbling, but it first has to crumble WITHIN us. The challenge now is to feel it all, even the rage, and set ourselves free without burning down what we need and want to remain. Sending you all lots and lots of love. Jenny
