Dratzo! Various positive factors are coming together to assure that your blessings are to be received by you shortly. Our earthly allies have agreed to a time schedule, which is now underway. As we stated last time, a great movement of funds to extremely secure depositories has been completed. The next step is to see that these funds can be safely placed in their distribution centers. Our liaisons report that these measures are nearly complete. It is the intention of our allies that you take possession of these monies as soon as is possible. Hence, the time of the various illegal regimes is coming to an end. Thus, those who have long done the dirty work for their bosses are mostly under house arrest. Major arrests are to become public once these scalawags can be safely transferred to special holding areas. The heads of this evil bureaucracy of bankers and vile businessmen are to be picked up when new governance is ready to emerge. Until then, we have restricted their formerly unlimited powers. The days of the dark and its heinous manipulation of you are basically over! Ahead of you lie days filled with mostly miraculous news!

   This series of exercises is expected as well to shut down a global psychic network of specially trained young people with strong psychic abilities, which was put into effect in the 1950s and 60s. Their handlers, over the decades, have created special conditions where those with the proper mental profiles have made possible a great series of horrible and despicable crimes. This network as well outputs special suggestions to subtly control and manipulate all. This horrible network is to be “put down” when these oligarchy-controlled regimes are no more. As you can see, the dark cabal continued many of the ideas given to them by their former masters, the Anunnaki. At present, we have limited the effects of this program and a number of others, which are being used by the dark to interfere with and disturb your daily lives. We cannot fully eliminate these yet, since the lives of those doing these dastardly deeds are in constant danger. Our intention is to “deep six” a number of such programs when the right time appears before us.

   You are on a path, which is to swiftly lead to higher and higher consciousness. Along the way, you are to abandon customs and perceptions that are no longer applicable to you or your society. It is these changes that are to show where you are going. When the Atlantean experiments lowered your level of consciousness, you adapted certain customs due to the suggestions given you by the Anunnaki. These many customs are to be dropped and new ones are to become the norm. For instance, the inequalities between men and women are to fade away. Your societies are to take on customs that in many ways mirror our own. Others are to be the beginnings of methods, which closely resemble those of galactic societies. When we land, our mentors intend to show you how your new beliefs developed as your consciousness evolved. This progression is something that we generally expected. Your old customs are based on your fears and certain controlled beliefs. Now, you can go beyond this. Your mentors desire to converse with you and explain this natural process as you return to who you once were.

   This process of transformation is to prepare you to take in a lot of data, which your mentors are to explain. This process can often be confusing. A number of human societies on other worlds have experienced this transformation process. What makes yours so unique is that you were dropped from full consciousness to a limited one. We have helped a number of societies to reach their full potential. We use these times as a learning curve to measure what is now happening to you. No group of humans has ever done what you are doing. Throughout this galaxy, societies are in various stages of fulfilling their consciousness potential. Normally, this process takes hundreds of thousands of years of continuous progress. You have not yet been able to forge societies capable of the much-needed set of pre-condition. Thus, you are to be pushed forward by us by applying a certain variant of the crystal Light Chambers, which can take you from this depleted state to full consciousness. This operation is being allowed by sacred decrees of Heaven. The time for your rebirth arrives!

   Blessings, dear Hearts! We are your Ascended Masters! The decrees of Heaven are taking effect as the many waves of energy and the works of our associates are really complete. There is a timing effect, which is slowing how these various funds and new rules come together and produce a new prosperous financial system. In light of this, we have a few suggestions. First, learn to be kind to yourself. You are, in actuality, gestating a new version of you. As you grow in consciousness, you likewise begin to see the power of positive and divine community action. What this can accomplish is truly astounding! As you practice this over time, you can as well discover its delightful power. It leaves you in joy to aid another and provide a pathway for them to grow. These divine acts of kindness are most satisfying. As you make this a true habit, you learn how these actions truly touch the Divine! Be one who follows one’s heart and practices the way of Love!

   The way of the Heart is the way of the Divine and the sacred! It is the energy of Heaven flowing deep inside you! When you first go beyond your magic ritual, you go to a special Master whose loving task is to teach you about what Heaven so wishes you to do. Once mastered, you quickly become accustomed to your sacred duties. These swiftly become second nature to you, so you are successfully set upon your path. We Masters often come together and tell our wondrous stories of how, after many lifetimes upon this Earth, we were given a great dispensation. This was earned by a number of exemplary lifetimes. The ceremony of admission was truly glorious. This, in our mind, is to mirror what you are to go through in the Crystal Light Chambers. Hence, be wise and follow your heart to a truly positive and most wondrous experience!

   Today, we examined more of what is occurring around you. This realm is quickly approaching the point when it is to go through the first of many graduations in consciousness. As you pass through each successfully rejoice! Know that you are ever closer to full consciousness and your own galactic society. Contrary to the expectations of many experts who were predicting a “second Munich” from Vladimir Putin in New York, the Russian president made no grandiose proclamations during his address to the UN General Assembly. In fact, he was outwardly far milder than one might have imagined. By comparison, Obama’s emotional speech, which was replete with strident but unsubstantiated claims, seemed sad, and occasionally even comical. For example, there was a passage about the ouster of Assad, but then less than a day later the US position flip-flopped …
After the speeches, Putin and Obama sat down for a nearly two-hour conversation, after which the US president could not even rouse himself sufficiently to emerge to speak to journalists. The Russian president conducted an exhaustive press conference on his own.
What is the takeaway from those last three days in September, which, according to many observers, lay to rest the idea of a unipolar world?
First of all, the US is making profound changes in its attitude to Poroshenko’s regime in Ukraine, assembling a reserve set of “politicians” and revoking its green light for military action. Incumbent PM Yatsenyuk is more likely to be replaced by Sergey Lyovochkin, former head of ex-president Yanukovych’ administration and memner of “Opposition Bloc”. Given the pacification of Kiev and the Southeast in accordance with the Kremlin’s terms, the US withdrawal from Ukraine – and the withdrawal of Ukraine itself into the shadow of the world’s agenda – the US wager on the “Opposition Bloc” makes perfect sense.
The very next day in Minsk, Aleksandr Zakharchenko and Leonid Kuchma confirmed that weapons of a caliber less than 100 mm. would be pulled back 15 km. behind the front line, which actually signifies an end to the hostilities. For the preceding seven months no one had been able to reach an agreement on this point. At the same time, Kiev admitted that it had committed war crimes in the Donbass: several stories on this topic appeared over the course of a single day in the Ukrainian media, from the admission that Oles Buzina had been killed by commandos from a special forces unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, to an acknowledgment of crimes committed by “territorial” battalions. Obviously this would not have happened without an order from the American embassy. To this must be added the resignation of Evelyn Farkas, the Pentagon’s top official overseeing military relations with Russia and Ukraine. Ms. Farkas had held that position for five years. She will officially leave her post in late October. It should be noted that this senior official had insisted on retaliatory measures against Russia’s policy in Ukraine and had also facilitated the provision of financial aid to Kiev.
And all this occurred less than a day after Vladimir Putin’s speech in New York and his meeting with Obama. That means that all these events were the result of a deal. And in fact, these are only the first fruits. Clearly there is more to come. But the trend is clear – the US has acknowledged the legitimacy of Russian claims that Ukraine is within Russia’s sphere of interest.
Second, the situation in and around Syria changed dramatically over the course of one day. The US is no longer insisting on Assad’s resignation. The US is not opposing Russian military involvement in operations against ISIL and is prepared to enter into immediate negotiations with Russia about the formation of a united front against terrorists. Russia’s air force launched strikes on ISIL strongholds after Assad asked Moscow for military assistance, and the Federation Council approved the use of the Russian air force against the terrorists in Syria. That would have been inconceivable even on the morning of Sept. 28. But only a day and a half later this was the reality, which is evidence of the dramatic change in the entire global geopolitical picture.
Time magazine had written about this just the day before.

If Putin can get Obama to go along with his proposal as well, it would mark one of the greatest diplomatic triumphs of his 15 years in power.

This means Russia’s victory is now official. The only question is – victory over whom?
What I mean is – I would like to emphasize that this is not a victory over Obama, as many experts are simplistically trying to present it, but over a powerful supranational grouping, which uses the United States as a battering ram in order to plunge the world into a new Middle Ages. And this group’s reaction to the agreement between Putin and Obama quickly followed. Right out of the blue Hillary Clinton launched into a tirade of criticism against Obama. But she was not lambasting him over agreements with Russia on Syria and Ukraine, as one might have expected, but over a purely domestic issue – ObamaCare.
Leaving aside for the moment the content of his speech, which has already been picked over for quotes, let us try to answer the main question – why did Putin have to address the “international community” at all? Couldn’t he have just published an article in any international media outlet? The answer is very simple – for the same reason he had to help a flock of young Siberian cranes get to where they needed to go. The content of Putin’s New York speech takes a distant second to the psychological component of his message to the leaders of the world community and the global decision-makers in the West. Time will reveal the significance of that. But, looking at how the global picture evolved between Sept. 29 and 30, we can see that Putin really got through to the intended audience for his statements. And he was more than just heard – specific agreements have now been reached with Moscow regarding the first steps for getting out of the quagmire into which the backstage elites have led the world.

Alright. I’m going to get a little bit deeper into the channel for this particular Spirituality Article so the energy is going to be strong. This particular week marks Pluto going direct, of course in the sign of Capricorn because it’s in the sign of Capricorn until the year 2023. It’s been retrograde since April 17.
Now Pluto has a very strong impact upon justice and financial equality, spiritual recognition and equality. It sort of levels the playing field. So in this sign it brings about justice where there’s been an injustice. So there’s been quite a long process preparing for this to have things flush to the surface, like truth about certain places or people or whatever it might be, all being flushed to the surface for rectification.
Now this is on a very strenuous last part of September during the Mercury retrograde, with the Fall Equinox, the Yom Kippur, the last of the four Blood Moons on the eve when Sukkot begins. And all of that kind of happening at once is very, very strenuous. It literally causes a lot of upheaval.
So what I want to suggest is implore Pluto to be your ally. Literally just say “Pluto is my ally. I stand strong with Pluto now.” And really work with that vibratory pattern and then inwardly if you have injustices against yourself, those are going to be flushed out as well or if others are treating you unjustly or vice versa, those will be flushed out as well. So I would suggest that you work spiritually on evening out the playing field. Seeing everything on kind of equal terms. And see if that doesn’t help smoothening out things for you a bit.
Now the Mercury retrograde is one of the humdingers and it will go on about three weeks and then it lets up but I’m going to say it’s going to take a little bit longer. So pretty much into mid October so there is going to be difficulties with communications and just double triple check what is going on at any given moment just to make sure. It will go formally direct on October 9 but expect another five to seven days of muddled communication.

I’m going to spend a moment getting a little deeper into the channel so I can really project some adequate energy for healing. As you might know, everything that I do carries a healing transmission with it that is highly personalized.
This week we are going to be doing a Tele-seminar called “Support From Within” and because there is just what I would call a whole lot of cosmic shaking up going on that it is important to feel that no matter where life is taking you, you can trust in yourself.
So calling from within your own higher power and just kind of call it forth. Let it just kind of billow from the body and then maybe calling in the support of the angels, the Masters. You’ll find probably some more things there of interest to you including a Great Invocation and some definitions on who the Masters are.
So you want to really trust in self and trust that you are eternal spirit and that support is really an inside job, coming from within, not something you rely upon to feel externally or be provided to you by someone else.

I am writing this article on Sunday afternoon at 3:30 pm waiting for the super full moon blood red eclipse to occur outside of my living room windows starting around 6:00 PM. (Today is the 28^th and I watched it last night and it was awesome.) The energy from this full moon was more wonderful than I expected. The last few days have been energetically awesome. We are at the very beginning of the manifestation of the energy of the Age of Aquarius.

We had the Pope’s visit, the signing of the document for change by the United Nations, and the beginning of the energy from the Global Citizen group who had their festival in Central Park in New York on Saturday September 26. Their goal is to change the world for the better and to see that the United Nations lives up to the contract they signed to change the world.  Check out the Global 2030 Agenda. Major change is happening right now. It started with the solar eclipse on Sept 12-13, depending on where you live. The weekend of the 12-13 was like magic. The love energy in my area was so wonderful that everyone I knew felt it very strongly. The energy that starts at a new moon culminates at the full moon. The culmination of this energy started when Pope Francis came to the United States on Wed September 23, and the energy is manifesting for several more days with the meeting of Obama and Putin today and with the Cuban president on Tuesday along with the president of Kazakhstan. There were several leaders that showed up for this major event at the United Nations.

How many of you know about the new city that is called Astana and is the capital of Kazakhstan? They started building this city in 1997 and since 2003 the leaders of many religions around the world have been meeting in this capital to start the process of creating a new religion where people can live in peace. This new religion will be based on love and on people recognizing and honoring all people’s beliefs and hopefully stop the religious fighting that has been going on for thousands of years. The meaning of the degree of the solar eclipse on Sept 12 at 11:41 pm PDT was “The spirit’s answer to the vital needs of whatever became individualized out of its infinite ocean of potentialities. All cycles end in an essential duality of success and failure, just as every release of new potentiality at the start of a cycle is inevitably polarized in two opposite directions, becoming sharply differentiated as the mystical separation of the sheep and the goat”. Symbolically as I look at it, this is the separation of the old and the New World.

So many people have been looking for the New World Order to come to pass. I’m saying that the New World Order has been in effect for many years. We have been under total control and have not been free for a long time. Now, freedom is finally opening up for us although to obtain this goal of freedom we have to concentrate on keeping our thoughts on positive events. The people who continue to focus on negativity will not be able to participate in this new dimensional shift that has just occurred. Negativity affects your body and you end up sick. It releases acid into your body and your whole body system is affected by negative thought. Please make an effort to keep your thoughts on positive events so we can create this world of love.

There was also a negative transit in this full moon chart and that is the square between Mars on 1 degree Virgo and Saturn on 1 degree Sagittarius. This portends a military struggle between nations. Hopefully these leaders can settle this challenge peacefully so it does not turn into more war in the Middle East. Obama and Putin met today to discuss this challenge. We’ll see what comes out of this meeting. Let’s focus on peace within ourselves and all around us.

Then the degree of the lunar eclipse on Sept 27^th is “A man revealing to his students the foundation of an inner knowledge upon which a New World can be built. This means that the necessity of the youthful spirits to learn from a teacher who through his long experience has been able to reach solid and illuminating truths and ideas. When the student is ready the Master appears. It was no accident that the Pope appeared in the USA during this full moon. He came here to express peace and love and this love was felt by millions of people.

The planet Pluto turned direct on 13 degrees Capricorn on September 25^th. This degree of Capricorn/Cancer rules both Washington D.C. and China, when another planet is on 13 degrees Cancer. Our capital was definitely in the spot-light with the visit of the Pope, and the president of China also came to Washington D.C. along with Putin. The sign of Capricorn rules governments, corporations, structures, and the Pope. Pluto is the planet of transformation and the Pope was here to help transform our government. This started by the Speaker of the House, John Boehner, resigning. This was a really big deal and now others can change because Pluto will cause more transformation.

Maybe our congress will learn that you can get more done by working together than you can by fighting each other. Lilith, the dark moon, or hidden Goddess was on 14 degrees Cancer at this eclipse, in exact opposition to Pluto. She says “Let’s get some transformation going here in the government of the United States and lets invite the Pope so people can feel his energy and open up their hearts so they can feel love, including the people in our congress.”

Also, on this eclipse chart Jupiter was in exact opposition to Neptune. This means that practical discipline is needed during this transit to maintain a grip on reality. Subconscious distortions and neurotic escapist tendencies may surface at this time. Jupiter rules religion and Neptune is considered the female higher Goddess who could be deceptive at times although that cycle is now over.  Neptune has now come through her challenges and has become a great planet of light so she can be considered positive now instead of negative, as witnessed by the movie Frozen. That movie was all about the fall of Neptune and how it is now transformed into expressing love.

Many people think that this Pope is the Anti-Pope. I say look at his actions, hasn’t he been working to transform the Catholic Church? Isn’t that the work of an Anti-Pope because he goes against the establishment? The first thing he did was to transform the Vatican Bank, which was the most powerful bank in the world. That bank needed to be transformed. Now he is working on changing the old laws that have been in effect for a long time, and to dismiss the Catholic clergy who had been molesting children. That left a scar on the church for a long time. It’s time for change.

The energy of the past two weeks has changed me to the core. I realized that religion, or spirituality will be the focus for the next two years because Saturn is in Sagittarius, which rules the higher mind. A great awakening will happen to many people when they realize that God is within, and we are all connected to each other by this spark of light. The old religion of control will transform into the fact that we are all one, and what we do to someone else will come back to us almost immediately. It is definitely time to think with our hearts.

The birth of the new has happened and the baby has been born. Now it is time to nurture the new baby and watch it grow. In the Dreamspell calendar the glyph for this eclipse is The Red Galactic Earth and it rules birth. It’s time to create a new Earth. What do you want to create? Is it an abundant life for everyone, a world of peace and happiness with everyone talking out their differences instead of fighting, or freedom to be who you are and to speak your truth?

Saturn is now in Sagittarius and that sign also rules freedom. The refugees created a big drama for us to watch. It is the great exodus, and symbolic of the Moses drama.
