Many of them you’ve perhaps even done a great deal of healing on already. You may be feeling confused and irritated that these are all showing up again. And maybe new experiences are even occurring in which these same old woundings are being played out yet again. Perhaps you know they’re coming up now in order to finally be released, that they can’t go with you where you’re headed. And you’re being kind and loving with yourself, focusing on healing them one more time. Or maybe you’re just allowing them to play out one last time and then finally release. Identifying the Core Wounding But what you have maybe not realized is that there is probably one main theme, one core wounding, that has played a major role in all your important relationships and experiences throughout your life. And that, within all the traumas you’ve experienced, this one wounding has always been present, if not actually been the cause of the difficulty you’ve experienced. This idea of a core wounding is probably not new to you. You’ve likely been aware of it multiple times in the healing work you’ve done over the years. And you’ve maybe also assumed that it’s a major karmic pattern that you brought with you into this current life and is one you have probably played out in other lifetimes, as well. It might be a wounding of betrayal or abuse – physical, sexual, emotional, mental or spiritual – or a combination of these. Or it might be a sense of invisibility, not ever feeling totally seen or understood. Or maybe it’s a sense of always being blamed for things, a feeling of persecution. Or never fitting in with humanity, always an outsider. Or…? You might identify with more than one basic theme. But it’s helpful if you can see the basic one that is behind them all, the one that has always caused you to stumble, always held you back, always made you feel inadequate, wrong, or bad. The one that has shown up over and over again throughout your life and kept you in self-doubt, grief and fear. Clearing the Wounding Whatever it is, it is important at this point in your ascension process to clearly identify this basic wounding, to name it, and to focus on it. See clearly how it has impacted your life. Take some time to trace its effect on you throughout the years, in all your important relationships and traumatic experiences. Start with remembering when it first showed up in your childhood. Then track it through your teen years – and into your early adulthood. What role did it play? How did it manifest each time? Then keep tracking it through the following years, in your relationships, your work and other roles you’ve played in your life. And see how it is still probably showing up today – maybe not as intensely at this point — but still finding its way into your life, holding your frequency down, causing you pain and suffering. In doing this, rather than trying to heal the woundings in each of those individual circumstances, maybe try something new. See if you can be aware of that one important wounding that has appeared in probably all of the major traumatic experiences you’ve had since childhood — and how, each time, it has created a dark pocket of energy in those experiences. Then see how that wounding has connected all these experiences by creating a low-frequency pathway through all of them. When you can see that long pathway or string of wounding episodes, try energetically tugging on it toward you. And then step back and watch how it might begin flowing toward you, bringing all those past experiences with it — and leaving a clear and empty space where each trauma once was. Just pull it gently toward you and see what happens. Probably, by the time the long string of dark woundings reaches you in your current state of being, you will see how the whole line of trauma just starts fading and disappearing, leaving you with a sensation of lightness, clarity and freedom. You realize that something major that has held you down your entire life has released. New Fifth-Dimensional Energies are Flowing In This is what can happen now. Because of the fifth-dimensional energies now flooding the planet, healing is happening much more rapidly. Old low-frequency patterns are releasing and dissolving. It may take somewhat longer to fully release all the pain. You might have to try this process more than once — or find other similar techniques that work for you. But you will see that, in focusing on the core wounding in this way, it will release much more quickly than ever before. Old, drawn-out healing methods are rarely needed anymore. However you approach it, be very aware of staying compassionate with yourself. Be careful not to fall into self-blame or shame about any of it – and not to blame others, either. Do your best to remember: What you are dealing with actually has nothing to do with the true YOU or the true anyone else, either. All of humanity has been caught in a false and repressive reality for thousands of years. Humans have been dumbed down by ancient AI technology and separated as much as possible from Source. Continual suffering has always been the dark plan to keep people weak and small. It’s All Ending But all this is ending now. All that’s been created by this false matrix is collapsing. It’s beginning to crumble and fall down around us. This process can be very frightening and disorienting. And we need to learn how to deal with this collapse in our personal lives. But, at the same time, we can be aware that new high-frequency waves of energy are also flowing onto the planet, helping us to free ourselves of the “slave-self” identities we have been entangled with. We are now waking up to who we truly are – as magnificent, powerful multidimensional Beings shifting rapidly into a whole new reality — one in which traumas we’ve all come to take for granted while living in this controlled 3D world will not even exist. It’s just a matter of time before this will be happening. Try to remember: The more you keep focused on this new reality flowing in, the more rapidly it will begin manifesting in your life! The Supreme Illumination:

Our mind is where thoughts, feelings, events, mental states or states of being develop and is also all their contents, as it produces them by letting ourselves be transformed into them and there is nothing but mind.

Awakening occurs when our ability to be recovers its original state and returns for an instant to rest, to then freely restart its natural activity without clinging more to thoughts, emotions, feelings and other internal and external objects in which you have the ability to transform and that now it's clearly fantasies and illusions under that illumination.

At rest is the void and refuses to be named.

Moving is the way and it takes all the names.

Becoming aware of it immerses us in immense joy, completely relieves us of all tension and gives us genuine independence and freedom.

Enlightenment is returning to that spontaneous state of mind from which we could potentially focus our attention on anything, but we don't.

A state of being that constituting the absence of any other differentiated state, contains in itself the capacity to allow all possible things to be given.

We can't say going back to Him is achieving nothing, since He was always there.

Nor do we need any effort to maintain it, because it constitutes what unintentionally is our original nature.

We come to Him suddenly and suddenly when attention is completely withdrawn from the chains of thoughts, feelings and other objects that keep it trapped in the illusion of the world, time and space, to focus on its own reality.

One can remain indefinitely in this original pre-birth mind, in all its capacity and lucid potentiality without focusing it or transforming it into anything else, not even in the void and live so spontaneously in an ephemeral moment that flows without ever becoming.

In fact, it's always like this, we just don't realize it, waiting as we are for its thousand transformations that feed our own illusions.

This is the original essence that contains everything and in which it lies, states of mind, forms and emptiness reunify in a single fullness.

Making us aware of it is the experience of awakening, the Supreme Enlightenment in which all deceptions, desires, achievements, attachments, dissatisfactions and other constructions of thought, disappear by themselves.

Once here, there is absolutely nothing to achieve, nor anything else to do, as everything happens by itself.

And from here, it is possible to rethink, feel and perceive external and internal objects by the voluntary management of our attention, without needing to get lost again in them and never forgetting that everything is what is effortless.

I look out the window and the garden, the mountains, the sky and the sea appear.

I focus on my body and I perfectly perceive my posture, my overall feeling and my breathing.

I begin a thought and I can reason with independence and freedom, modeling my beliefs and thus shaping my reality from my true original nature which is one with everything and does not lose or win when it becomes this or that in response to circumstances.

Any practice or philosophy that consists of doing some things and not others, will never lead or add anything to awakening, since the essence of the mind encompasses everything inevitably and naturally, nothing missing and nothing excess, nothing is retained and nothing is rejected.

This original state of mind we all share and in it we are when we react naturally and spontaneously to the events of our everyday lives.

It is when we begin to think or allow its transformation into other states to be guided by the interest in achieving our objectives and desires, that we lose our freedom and chain ourselves to the consequences of our own actions, preventing our staying conscious at this moment that lacks past, present and future and is free of personality, content and emptiness and from which we can freely perceive and live.

If we knew that non-attachment and non-desire appear when we abandon our original state of being, which is our natural state of mind indifferent to the thousand and one possible transformations.

If we understood that that that is already joy, we would not need sleep or wake up, we would need things, nor learning, nor knowledge, nor effort, nor path, nor anything.

It is not necessary to eliminate thoughts, strive to maintain a state of being determined, or go any way.

Our original state of mind has always belonged to us, it is not to be earned, we have never lacked and no one can give or take it away from us.

We don't have to do anything with anything, or get on our way to nowhere.

We only have to realize that everything is what it is and for that it is enough to look outside the chain of thoughts from which we suffer the illusion of existence, thus recovering the natural and spontaneous state of our mind.

Let us not be deceived.

This is the challenge of challenges, because since always our true original nature is pure.

It is about locating the original essence of our mind, recognizing it, realizing that we can recover it by putting an end to all our dissatisfaction and dwell forever consciously and effortlessly in it, in the company of all beings.
