1. You'll be given the 7 different bodies and you'll need to develop them. You will live at the same time in different dimensions. The whole world will be inside you.

2. You'll have to do a school called "Life", on planet Earth. Every person and every event will be your teachers.

3. There are no mistakes, only lessons. Failures are an integral part of success. There are no "victims", there are "students".

4. A lesson will repeat itself in different forms until you learn it well. If you don't learn easy lessons, you'll get the hardest ones.

5. External problems are a mirror of your internal state.

By changing your inner world you will also change the outer world. Pain is the medium the Universe uses to get your attention.

6. You'll know you've learned a lesson when you change your behavior. Wisdom is gained from experience. Better to have little but "something" than to have a lot of "nothing".

7. There's no place better than "here". There is nothing better than "there" Even when your "there" becomes your "here", there will be another "there" that will seem better.

8. The others are your mirror.

9. Life prepares a frame, but you paint the picture. If you don't take that responsibility, others will paint it in your place.

10. You will get whatever you ask for. You will unconsciously understand how much energy and what you will have to spend, and which people you will have to attract into your orbit; therefore, the only way to understand what you want is to examine what you already have.

11. Act within the best of your means.

12. All the answers are within you. You know more than what is written in the books. All you have to do is look inside yourself, listen to yourself, and trust yourself.

13. You will forget all of this.
