I worked with & Sponsored various highly evolved people, Healers, Clairvoyants & Developed Souls who showed me how to utilize their knowledge that strangely most couldn't discern or even hear. Withe Various Techniques & Tools I've been given or fathomed thru close observation, I have had some interesting experiences & journeys within. And as fascinating as all that is, my Aim is to Be Freed from this Illusion bringing as many as will come along EveNow. WHAT DO WE DO TO LETHEM GO SMOOTHLY?

WALK, STRETCH, EXERCISE, USE A MASSAGER, LISTEN TO MUSIC, WATCH A FUN MOVIE, THROW OUT STUFF, CLEAN THE HOUSE OR CAR...

SEE THE JOB, DO THE JOB, STAY OUT OF MISERY.

WHATEVER WORKS FOR YOU, AS WE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THESE RELEASING ENERGIES.

THERE WAS AN ACTRESS WHO MEDITATED & FOR THE 1STEN MINUTES AFTER SHE CAME OUT EVERYTHING WOULD HIDE. SOMETIMES IT'S GOOD TO REST ORELAX AFTER MEDITATING TO LETHINGS BALANCE OUT.

ALSO DRINKING WATER & TEA OR JUICE, EATING A SNACK, SOME FRUIT OR PROTEIN WILL ALLOW THE BODY & MIND TO REFRESH THEMSELVES.

WITH PAIN OR DISCOMFORT, GENTLY ALLOW YOUR ATTENTION TO BE WITH IT, WHICHELPS HEALING TO TAKE PLACE.

YOU CAN ALWAYS GO UNDER THE WATERFALL IN THE ODYSSEY FOR A FEW MINUTES & DRINK FROM YOUR CUP,,,

OUR ATTENTION & INTENTIONS ARE VERY POWERFUL AS THEY SHAPE OUR LIVES MOMENTO MOMENTO MOMENT GJ
