Currently, you are receiving another intense energy pulse from the Galactic Core - The Great Central Sun, as part of the Grand Shift of Earth.
This might cause some of you to feel tired, dizzy, agitated and so forth...
It is imperative to rest whenever you can to allow for the cells of your body to integrate the new energies and light codes.
Most importantly: Connect with Source.
The more you are turning to Source, the more strength you will receive to move through these changes with ease.
Imagine a golden column of Light going through you, connecting you below with the great crystal in the center of the earth and above you with the Great Central Sun - Source.
Rest in this feeling for a few moments and feel the stabilizing energies.
