A hug of light to whoever is willing to receive it
Say I send you a Hug of Light, speak of your deep desire to send infinite Love, blessings and your best wishes to that person.
Your power of intention is connected to your spirit and the spirit of whom you send the Embrace of Light. It is the deepest desire that your Light covers and fuses with the Light of your brother, so that it is protected and guided toward the greater good than God father-mother creator has for him.
So when someone sent you a Hug of Light, remember that he wishes for you, that the infinite Love that dwells in you, expands and you receive all the blessings that by divine right and in harmony with the Universe belong to you.
