When the Seven Chakra is activated, the 'Crown' occurs when one directly connects to Divine Consciousness, and is freed from the oppression of the collective mind and the collective unconscious.
This person does not need a religion or a mediator to receive and understand the messages of the Universe, Angels, Spirit Guides and Teachers, who are at higher levels of consciousness. He also understands his dreams and visions.
