Today our dear Sheldan is 78 years young. LOL

Take a moment out from your day and send Sheldan some loving birthday wishes. I am including some photos from the last birthday Sheldan spent with me and some of our friends. It was a glorious celebration. Sheldan loves chocolate cake so that's what we always have for his birthday. Today I am feeling so optimistic about Sheldan being here for the med bed experience. I get excited since there is a lot of buzz about the med beds being available in 2025. YES!

Collective Purge is Underway

We are going through a collective purge. As I tap into the field, it is rough and uncomfortable. The fear and disgust is rampant, and the division seems louder than ever.

I was shown a vision of people shouting and all this black goo was coming from their mouth. It was being purged from their form.

I asked Spirit what the goo was and was told that it was cellular memories that must leave. These cellular memories are being triggered now in order for them to come from the deep dark recesses of the psyche.

On the conscious level they are now being expressed as incredible fear and hopelessness. The collective is purging memories of genocide, war, displacement, loss of body autonomy, sexual abuse, loss of rights and voice. It is displaying as tremendous fear that it will all happen again.

Simultaneously, there is also a purging of the belief that one person, one government, one religion can save us or destroy us. We are having to see through that fallacy.

It is time that we realize how powerful we are. It is time for us to step into our position as creator beings. But first, the trauma, the disempowerment, and putting another on a pedestal must be purged.

Recently, I was talking with someone that was drowning in her fears. She was scared and angry. I could feel this black, cloudy vortex pulling her under. I looked at her and said, “If your fears become reality, I will stand with you.”

She then began to cry, and the vortex stopped. She needed to know that she was seen, heard, and that she wasn’t alone.

This will not stop the cellular purge, but it may help her not drown in the process.

We are being challenged to hold space for another to go through this difficult and scary process of purging.

As painful as all of this is, it is necessary. The fears that people are expressing are the cellular memories of things that have actually happened in our many incarnations.

They must be purged. Our vibration is the sum total of all that is within us and these unhealed tragedies held in the cellular memory are affecting the overall vibration of the person and the collective.

We are being asked to hold the space of neutrality as it creates a bridge, a pathway that can help guide someone out of their fears.

In the intensity many are experiencing agitation, a sense of unease and deep exhaustion. This is partly because of the dense morphic field of fear, despair, and anger (the black goo) that has enveloped the planet, but also because many light workers are holding an energetic line.

As we go through this collective purge, there is a risk that we could go into greater divide. It feels like a tug-of-war. The red flag in the middle of the rope is being pulled one way or another. To keep this flag in the center, more are being asked to energetically hold the field of zero point, the field of compassionate neutrality.

It was also explained that when we argue or try to change someone’s perception, we are putting ourselves into their reality. If that reality is not a vibrational match, it will cause great dissonance in the form. This too, will exhibit itself as agitation, sadness, physical discomfort, and even rage. Now more than ever it is important to stay in our own lane.

We are being asked to stay centered, openhearted and out of the fray. It is the only way that we can accurately hold space and assist in maintaining balance.

As the collective purges it creates a choice point, some will use this time to heal and center within. Some will go further into their traumas playing them out until they are ready to let them go.

While it is very tumultuous, all of this is necessary and a sign of how quickly we are moving forward. We have a tremendous opportunity to move beyond the fears, the disempowerment, and the division, so we may move into a greater sense of unity. However, the unhealed trauma must be purged.

In order to move through this purge with ease and grace, we need to increase our cleansing routine. The goo that is being ejected from the collective can affect our energetic body, which can feel quite overwhelming. The anger and rage that is being thrown into the ethers can affect us. I have been seeing them like black arrows being thrown.

Feeling the emotions such as fear, anger, disgust etc. does not mean they are being thrown. It is when those emotions are emoted onto another in a negative fashion such a blaming or hatred that it causes energetic arrows.

Our emotions are powerful and when thrown at someone they can become a weapon.

Things such as a salt bath, using cleansing smoke, clearing crystals such as selenite and obsidian, even essential oils such as frankincense are helpful in keeping your energetic body clear.

I am also offering a shamanic distance healing tomorrow on the 11:11 Gateway. (Note: a little late for this. I only received this newsletter yesterday)

Last night in my dreams, I was working with my healing team. They were explaining the importance of this healing. It will assist in clearing the dross, goo and fear from the energetic form. It will clear the aura and chakras as many are feeling the weight of the density being purged from the collective on top of personal purging.

This healing will also help to bring vitality to assist those holding the energetic line. We are all in this together and it is not an easy time for anyone right now.

The collective purge on top of solar flares, plasma bombardment, and galactic activations can all feel really daunting.

It is easy to feel lost and overwhelmed by it, but I am reminded of an understanding my healing team shared with me last week:

Many are searching for truth. At the same time when they find something that resonates as truth, they mistakenly believe that the truth they found is the path for everyone. The only path. This is a deep fallacy.

Within you is the Divine light of Truth. Allow it to be your guide, with full understanding that it is your truth, not necessarily someone else’s. When we understand this fully, we are able to allow each to experience their own creations. Otherwise, we can find ourselves being caught up in judgement, anger, fear, and even hopelessness.

We are on the ascension path and as we move forward, we are becoming frequency emitters. Crystalline frequency emitters. As we come from a place of neutrality, unconditional love, and allowing, we vibrate higher and affect all of those around us.

Through holding love and compassion, we help to dissolve the separation that is the root of so much pain in this reality.

We are growing and maturing. We are removing the separation in ourselves and then will assist others to do the same (if they choose), simply by radiating our frequency.

Love is our way forward.
