Greetings from within. We are the Blues of the Inner Earth. We are ancient lemurians. Our skin is turquoise due to the healing crystal waters. We wish to build a bridge between inside and outside, as the surface is now ready for this meeting bridge. Planetary harmony must be achieved to achieve balance and integrity. That's what happens to the human psyche and spirit.

It is a great discovery of the Self that is involved in such a process of exploration of the inferior realm of planetary return. Gaia is ready to ascend and we are assisting in every way possible. As midwives in a ceremony of rebirth of planning and love, we lay the herbs, light the fire, heat the water to prepare for labor, lay the freshest blankets of whiter cotton. We surround the mother-to-be with light and love. We added herbs to the fire for a relaxing atmosphere, dimmed the lights. We sing songs of peace and welcome.

We are the Blues of the Inner Earth. We are priests and priestesses. We hold the light of interior cameras. We connect with the outside world in this now as an interdimensional offer of goodwill and hope. There is always hope. We see much hope for humanity experiencing the Ascension to Gaia. Soon we will meet those who are ready, willing and pure intention. We've been preparing for this since the fall of our beloved Lemuria. Lumeria energies are rising again. They can't be suppressed. They cannot be silenced. The time has come for the light to shine once again on the pregnant form of Gaia, a beautiful mother of infinite love and expansion possibilities.

The intricacies of this experiment cannot be underestimated. Galactic participation spans eons of time and advice. The darkness has had its day. We bring the light to them.

We are the Blues, the ones we see clearly. We see the mud of the feet of the light workers, fatigue. And yet, there is hope and light burning with more strength and ferocity than ever before. We see tremendous growth and personal and planetary internal expansion.

We offer our healing energies, our inner healing alignment to you. Once humanity is aligned within, chaos will cease. Because when one is lined up, everything is calm because they see with the eyes of wisdom and feel the inner stillness of the heart of one who has seen the battle and chosen the victory. Visualize your personal healing. Visualize your planetary healing. Visualise the peace. We are in frequent states of meditation, bliss, joy because we see the fruit of thousands of years of labor.

We feel the balance that comes because we see the inner light. We see our stellar brothers and sisters attending, bending the light, moving the light, attending more moment by moment in new ways. This one asked for an immune booster for health and against the darkness. When one is balanced and totally aligned with a strong body and mind, health is palpitating full, completely, there is no weakness. This is what we see for ascending humanity, whole bodies on a completely aligned planet. Light is the medicine for darkness, but light must be allowed to shine.

This is why internal perspective and introversion are so critical because one must be aware of internal wounds that need healing, so behaviors can adjust and align more and deeper with internal truth. Inner Gaia is completely aligned with higher dimensional realities and has been for some time. We are assisting with the external delivery process.

We send them mercy We send them the medicine of our forgiveness and as such, their darkness dilutes and transforms into love, into light. In the long journey of a soul, this is the end result. We expedite your removal by transmitting love, forgiveness. Humanity must forgive each other for the wrongs they have inflicted on themselves. For many, this will prove more difficult, since, as a collective, we are all one body. Self love is the mantra of the day, because when you love yourself, you are loving all humanity in your world, because everyone is united with a very powerful cosmic consciousness.

We are the Blues of the Inner Earth. You are experiencing one of our medicinal healing ceremonies. Birth is healing. The body can begin to heal and transform again after the birthing process. Transformation is another version of birth. Birth is transformative for the baby(s) and the mother. His own birth from a lower-dimensional human to a higher-dimensional man has been full of transformation. Moment by moment you are embracing more light. (I see we're in a vaulted cave with red clay colored walls. There's a fire in the middle. They wear simpler tribal style clothes with bright blue skin. They are very tall, very kind, their eyes hold the memories of many years and lives remembered. Women have beautiful red hair adorned with many beads.

The fire is in the middle in a simple black pot full of boiling herbs. Smells wonderful. There are crystals on the floor of many sizes and colors in a precise geometric pattern. They are channeling the healing). Yes, we are transmitting our healing experience and the healing of our ancestors into their own healing matrix. This will help the surface world in its transition to higher dimensional understanding.. (They are painting my face with white and blue, yellow and red clays). We're preparing you for what's ahead.

Be brave, little ones, for you are the light-bearers of the surface of a kingdom that has experienced much pain and darkness. (I'm watching Lemuria and Atlantis fall. I'm watching the dark wizards retreat deep into the caves and expand into other civilizations. I'm watching some of what they've experienced, I think). Our experiences are similar to your own because many of us are aspects of you. Many lightworkers have multiple facets on the surface and inside, so in the astral realm there is more support and love to connect with more opportunities to help and contribute. He'll understand better once the memories come back. It's an honor to be chosen. It's an honor to serve.

I see streams of bright light languages descending from the cave roof and illuminate everyone who lands, illuminate the cave floor and crystals reveal that we are standing on a plate similar to a very complex, very technical, soft and bright computer).

Our technology is significant but we always choose mother's medicine because her medicine is the most powerful. Ancient wisdom must be completely aligned with modern wisdom or there will be discord.. Everything must flow, be tuned or there is lower dimensional disharmony. We’re entering an era of harmony, of finely tuned instruments. I see light language codes traveling linearly up and down our bodies, like sequence codes being activated). You're being realigned. Your avatar is getting assistance. (I see these codes are being infused into Gaia by the footprints of light workers around the world. We're infusing these light codes into Gaia's form). A time of great peace, beauty and harmony of will is approaching. Peace brothers and sisters. We anoint you with peace. (I see them smoke smelling spice in our foreheads. Suddenly my hair is long and red, full of beads and feathers.

We join hands in a circle). Peace out darlings. Infuse peace into chaos and, like removing wind over water, there will be stillness. This stillness is inside you, it is part of you because you are the water, the wind and the waves. You are the storm or the still. Gaia is ready for stillness, for peace. We send up peace .
