"THE SACRED HEART" .... TURN ON To Drop The Veils.
The heart is where the energies of your human self meet and blend with the energies of the Divine. We’re not talking about the physical heart, but about the energy center that resides near the heart, in the center of your chest. Many call it their "sacred heart".
You will know when this energy center is fully open and circulating between human and Divine frequencies, because you will feel loving and happy. You can feel this love as a feeling of human love - brotherly, familial or romantic. You can feel this as a feeling of Divine love, recognizing the light and goodness within another person. You can feel it as admiration or respect. You can feel Contentment or Satisfaction. You may feel anxiety or excitement.
When that center is open you feel good and therefore you feel God. You feel the love circulating through you and from you. In that state of being - without thinking too much - you naturally gravitate towards what is uplifting, inspiring, healthy and happy for you. You "listen" to your guidance without even having to think about it. "Duties" matter less than "desires" when you are in love. When you already feel good, it's easy to flow into what feels good. You will naturally want to think or do things that inspire positive feelings. His sacred and loving heart and His personality are aligned and working in harmony. Following your heart when you are happy is as simple as doing what is naturally good.
So whether you are flying high and happy, lost in annoyances or deeply desperate, ask yourself often, "What does my loving heart want here and now?" " Listen to this. God's voice is often a silent vibrational whisper in your heart, always guiding you down the most loving, gentle and grace-filled path for everything you desire.
STATEMENT:
I am one with nature and divine.
My heart and mind are aligned
I inspire love and exhale the dark energy of the ego.
My soul is at peace
I am enough
I am an awareness
I am what i am

Transcendental Wisdom mantra, allowing us to regain our true nature:
In the gate, in the paragraph, in the parasamgate, in the gate, I am feeling good.
To chant this mantra, which must be pronounced Gate Gate Paragate Parassamgate Bodรญ Sorra, we must be soft, feeling it deeply in our heart. It can also be recited silently, only inside our heads, acting as a silent verb and a mind command.
Some rituals to activate the Heart Chakra:
Meditate by chanting the YAM mantra.
Eat green foods.
Practice forgiveness.
Hugging and keeping physical contact with people and animals.
WE ARE LIGHT... WE ARE LOVE ... WE ARE GRATEFUL .
