Happy New Year! I hope yours is off to an amazing start.
While things in the outside world can seem chaotic and uncertain, that doesn't have to be our internal reality. According to the guides, 2021 is a year rich with change and opportunity.
Unfortunately, many of us are waiting for those in "positions of power" to make better decisions to begin that change. The guides caution us not to place our power outside of ourselves. What is the frequency you wish to experience right here, right now? Imagine what it would feel like to embody it. As we do so, even though others may be in a chaotic state, our inner world and the world we perceive outside of us can be filled with love, joy, expansion, health, and abundance. We simply need to choose the frequencies we wish to experience. The frequencies we hold are the filters through which we perceive the world.
If you're finding things in your internal world are feeling a bit out of balance, I just want to share a few reminders of things you can do for yourself. This last week was a particularly difficult one for me energetically, and I personally have used them all!
Clear your field. Right now it is VERY easy to pick up energy that doesn't belong to us and there is certainly energy that no longer serves us that needs to be cleared. There are many ways for you to do this.
Visualization. Simply see yourself in your mind's eye. Notice any dark, heavy, or cloudy spots. Imagine white light washing away anything that doesn't belong to you or is no longer of service to you. Ask if there is anything you need to know or do to assist you with this.
Smudge. You can burn sage, sweetgrass, juniper, palo santo, cedar, frankincense or other herb/bark of your choice.
Sound. You can work with chimes, crystal bowls or music that helps you align with higher resonances.
Crystals. There are loads of crystals that can help you to clear your field. You can try working with selenite, black tourmaline or even a clear quartz.
Ground. If you're not in your body, it is difficult to repel energy that isn't of the highest frequency. You can take things on and not notice it until much later. To ground get outside in nature or try visualizing connecting to Mother Earth.
Heart center. Simply breathe and allow your thoughts to come back to focusing on the breath. Imagine feeling gratitude, appreciation or compassion.
