synchronized daily morning and afternoon group meditations—connect by
phone or Zoom (audio only).
Bob
Roth, CEO of the David Lynch Foundation, will host the call, offer a
few important reminders on proper practice, and take you in and out of
meditation.
Join
the large group meditation by calling in or just by meditating at the
same time, and catch the wonderful wave of silence generated by
thousands meditating together.
