DDOS Attack
(End of Day Update)

Dear
Valued Client,
This morning, and intermittently throughout the day, our system was
unavailable due to a Distributed Denial of Service Attack on our
servers. We want to stress to each of you that what we have experienced
is NOT a security breach of any kind. A bad actor has flooded our
servers with traffic in order to overwhelm our resources making it
difficult or impossible for users to access ClickPay. Every
major bank and most Fortune 500 companies have been victims of this
type of attack.
We understand the impact this has had on you and your residents/tenants
who are trying to make their payments on time. We have supplied every
available resource to thwart this actor and their actions toward our
company. ClickPay is
compliant in all aspects of financial services and transactional
business. We remain vigilant in our efforts to respond to these types
of attacks and spare no expense in making sure our system has the
necessary protections in place.
As of this
email communication, the ClickPay
system is available to all users. We will
continue to monitor any further disruptions and handle them with
urgency to make sure the August payment cycle is a successful one.
Thank you for your partnership and patience throughout this challenging
ordeal.
