Hara Hara - Guided Meditation for HEALING by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEJeBUvzkjA
I will be available after 2:30 pm for the following reason. We figured that what’s given below must be India time so when you convert, it corresponds to 1:00 till 2:30 pm.
EXTRAORDINARY – IMPORTANCE OF AMAVAYSA 4 MAY 2019
Tomorrow May 4, 2019 Amavaysa is one of the most important days of the century. This particular day is a Saturday with Amavasya or No Moon along with planetary configurations which are amazingly beneficial for mankind. On this day there are certain important times when we should sit and meditate to achieve our goals. These times are the MITRA muhurat. This extraordinary MITRA muhurat has come after 300 years and that too six times in one single day.
All of us have longings, desires, hankerings, unfulfilled goals – buying a house, return of loans, friendship with a person who is uncaring, mending of broken relationships, etc. The Mitra Muhurt on 4th May 2019 is the time to fulfill these. There are six specific times during the entire day when there is no pull from the moon and the earth is flooded with intense magnetic vibrations which have a powerful effect on the chakras of our body. During such times when we sit in meditation for two hours (basically long enough to have strong visualization) and focus on our unfilled desires and visualize them as fulfilled, then they are easily fulfilled. Our strong visualization vibrations move upwards and receive strength from the magnetic waves present in the atmosphere and they return back to us as the fulfillment of our goals.
The six periods of time or muhurats when the force of the magnetic waves are at their heights are:
> 3.20 am - 4.53 am
> 6.40 am - 8.40 am
> 10.50 am - 12.30 pm
> 3.00 pm - 4.50 pm
> 7.00 pm - 8.30 pm
> 10.30 pm - 11. 54 pm
Meditate and visualize the positive outcome of your goals or desires in life during the above times.
Another important factor to note is to breathe through the right nostril at such times when we meditate. How can we accomplish that? If we lie down for two minutes on the left side, the right nostril will open up and the flow of prana (breath) will be through the right nostril.
Any work started during these Mitra Muhurat times will be successfully accomplished. Any pooja or meditation or japa during these periods will have effect of a thousand times more.
