Judy Note: It was my opinion that Brexit had been decided long ago and the vote, one way or the other, wouldn’t affect the Global Currency Reset, or timing of when we began exchanging/ redeeming. Watch for disclosures from the Mueller and FISA investigations. Several sources claimed that some have been notified and paid out.

Rumor was from several sources that Zim redeemers could be notified at any time, while the 800#s could be released Fri. April 5, or Sat. April 6.

The Zim was backing the GCR and must be redeemed to do that. Deadline for redeeming Zim Bonds, or at least to obtain a redemption appointment, was only a week away on April 12 – which by no coincidence, was also the deadline for full release of the Mueller Report, the Brexit Exit and by international law, for the banks to bring gold-backed digital credits online.

The start date for the general public to exchange at the banks was Mon. April 15.

1. The 800#s should be out sometime between Fri. April 5 and noon EST Sat. April 6.

2.We don’t have to wait on Iraq, Brexit or the Southern Border to be closed to do the RV.

3. A start date for Tier 5, the general public, was set at Mon. April 15.

4. The new Dinar was international and on the Forex, but would not be tradable until tonight April 4 at 9 pm EST.

B. April 4 2019 Camdoc Summary:

1. We expect the closing of the southern US border today Thurs. April 4, possibly tomorrow Fri. April 5, and possibly partial closure of the northern border, as a signal that the RV is going forward NOW. Judy Note on Border Update: On Thurs. April 4 President Trump announced that he had given Mexico a year to clear up the border issues before he would close the border.

2. SKRs for Tiers 1-3 are being made liquid today Thurs. April 4, adjudicated groups such as CMKS and Farm Claims are expected to resume today Thurs. April 4.

3. Tier 4a Group exchanges are expected to start today Thurs. April 4 or tomorrow Fri. April 5.

4. 800 numbers are expected Friday April 5 or Sat. April 6, with Tier 4b individual private exchanges to follow.

5. The recent severe constriction of time allowed for exchange is not as bad as it sounds like—5 days for Zim redemption and 8 days for currency exchanges is merely the time allocated for making an appointment. There will be a full 31 days to complete the exchange.

6. If you have extenuating circumstances, such as the need for travel to exchange, or health issues, call and make an appointment as soon as you find out about the 800 numbers, and then take your time about completing your exchange.

7. The information which has been available recently has NOT included a schedule for Tier 5 general public to exchange.

8. Since the Zim is no longer expected to be exchanged/redeemed by the general public, and currencies are able to be exchanged at banks' foreign exchange desks, it may be that Tier 5 general public will merely exchange at the bank when the private exchanges are finished.

9. Dinar has been varying between 4+ dollars and 7+ dollars. TDuck says Dong will be within 10% of Dinar price.

10. Report from the bank in Colombia says that the banking system was shut down over the weekend, and then restarted.

1. I see people possibly going to the banks over the weekend. We are waiting with bated breath to see what happened overnight - big expectations of everything kicking off last night with CMKX deliveries happening today Thurs. April 4.

2. I believe we have passed over the point of no return. We are just looking for the smoking gun.

3. Possibility of tonight for 800#'s, with latest on the weekend. We were told CMKX were to be funded and payouts to start tonight Thurs. April 4.

4. I am confident there have been at least two Omega packages delivered with possibility of more. Omega is one of the Prosperity Packages designed to get funds in the hands of the people.

5. It’s been very frustrating. This week however we are still seeing consistent progress everywhere. I'm still excited to where we are at – what could happen even as early as today Thurs. April 4.

6. We heard Indians Nations were paid out and that CMKX will pay out this evening Thurs. April 4, that the money was in place and SKR’s were supposed to start paying out yesterday Wed. April 3.

7. Farm Claims were part of F&Ps,CMKX were part of F&Ps. They are all tied to the Global reset. We are watching them because they are all interrelated at this point.

8. Yesterday Wed. April 3 I spoke with my contact in Iraq. No rate published in Gazette yet as of yesterday April 3.

9. I think we are past that point of no return. I thought I would have the proof in my hands last night, but I believe we are past that point.

10. We are waiting for results of what happened in Reno. We really do expect some news today. Some were sitting up last night waiting for payouts of SKR's - literally sitting outside the room waiting to be called in for their turns. It’s a little early this morning still to find out what happened in Reno last night, to find out if anyone became liquid.

11. They are now 5 days past the goal they were hoping to achieve. We are on a day to day basis right now. It could happen at any time.

12. I’m not looking at next week. I think everything will happen this week. I expect some people to exchange over the weekend.

13. We are waiting for payments to complete. We may have 800#s by the weekend.

14. I was told yesterday morning Wed. April 3 that liquidity has been happening since Monday April 1 and that if everything went as scheduled, then the 800#'s would be out this weekend. I have not heard anything to the contrary as of this morning.

15. My treasury contacts really believe they are trying very hard to get everything done this week.

16. Member: I’m in one of the groups and I actually received paperwork to sign yesterday Wed. April 3. They have been telling me for 6 months this paperwork would come at any moment. While I'm not a person to get excited unto I see it, this does make me very optimistic. None of us have yet received any money. I was told that we should start to draw within a week.

17. As I understand it our UST has taken control of the Fed. Reserve assets - not the crazy fiat stuff from the banking families of Europe- but assets meaning using the same offices and performing some of the same tasks, like making certain we have liquidity in the markets. Look at it like a new company bought Target and kept the buildings and employees….but all new management and new rules to work under.

18. I do have some Zim. There isn’t enough money in the world to pay some of those rumored rates in Dinarland.

19. IMO the Dong could support $2 to $2.50 rate.

20. I think Trump will announce we are on the gold standard. Either that, or announce Basel 3.

F. The Global Currency Reset Past, Present, Future:

Sun. March 24: The Mueller Report exonerated President Trump and officially turned on the RV process at the new US Treasury offices in Reno, Atlanta and Chicago, where personnel were told to keep it quiet.

Mon. March 25: European sources indicated that the RV had been released, Paymasters hydrated, the military activated, Fines and Penalties handled, some SKRs made liquid. In 27 states a limited number of exchanges at low teaser rates done on the Dinar and Dong.

Fri. March 29: At this end of the banking business quarter the banks of 209 countries participating in the Global Currency Reset were made Basel IV compliant, Gold became a world currency, Central Banks recognized gold holdings as cash reserves. The new USTN became tradable Fri. night March 29.

Sat. March 30 at 6 pm EST: The City of London Bank was eliminated per British Law – Brexit, Russia and China came online with their Quantum Financial System alternative to the SWIFT System that worked with the CIPS system.

Mon. April 1: All of banks of the globe participating in the Global Currency Reset were declared Basil 3 or Basil 4 compliant. That meant that all the banks were now sovereign and owned by the countries they represented. The Central Banks of the Cabal system that since the 1800s had been under control of the privately owned US Inc, City of London and Vatican Bank, transitioned to a gold/asset-backed Quantum Financial System under control of different sovereign countries. Iraq announced in mosques that they were International and open for business. SKRS could now be made liquid, exchange/ redemption accounts fully accessible, structured payouts would begin earning interest and a new US Taxpayer plan was in force.

Mon. April 1 at 7:35 pm EST international banking wires were halted for transactions and then reopened Tues. April 2 at 7:35 pm EST. Also on Mon. April 1 at 9:30 pm EST Fedwire® Funds Services were closed for transactions and then reopened Tues. April 2 at 11:30 pm EST. That appeared to mean that the Cabal system was defunct and the Quantum Financial System (QFS) had taken over. On that same April 1 the QFS started up in full mode in Hong Kong and some in the US began receiving RV packages.

Tues. April 2: Rumors were that CMKX payments started on April 2.

Thurs. April 4: The new Dinar was international and on the Forex, but would not be tradable until April 4 at 9 pm EST.

Fri. April 12: Deadline for Zim Bonds redemption, Mueller Report release, Brexit Exit and by international law, the deadline for gold backed digital credits to come on line in Central Banks.

Mon. April 15: The start date for Tier 5, the general public.

Thurs. August 1: GESARA implemented, Cabal contained, formal announcement of Gold/asset-backed standard.
