Withe Various Techniques & Tools I've been given or fathomed thru close observation, I have had some interesting experiences & journeys within. This is an upcoming Sacred Moon, the last of the three, Full Moon of Humanity in the esoteric teachings and we have Mercury going direct shortly after. The Mercury retrograde allows for kind of slow down of communication and maybe more careful review of what is going on within your own inner workings.
The Moon, being one that celebrates Humanity I think also sort of brings home a need for better communication and more clear communication between people but also with animals and all sentient beings, you know trees, everything that is alive, which is technically all of Creation. So just be mindful of wanting to maybe hone the communication skills a little bit more.
And then I would say maybe put a jar, a glass jar of water out charging in the Full Moon because when you drink that water you’re kind of deepening the energy in the body. If you can, go outside and sit when the Moon is shining because that will also absorb into the skin and has quite a lot of healing power.
