Were you wondering what happened to PAO again? What technology problem arose this time?

Actually, this absence was due to me, Colleen, not sleeping for 17 days in a row. Literally I only slept 3 hours (broken) a night for 17 days. Sleep deprivation leads to severe cognitive and physical impairment, extreme exhaustion, hallucinations, heart arrhythmia, and a severely weakened immune system. This deprivation of sleep led to my body experiencing Shingles and for 14 hours I expererienced atrial fibrilation. which is what really did me in.

The shingles virus lives in nerve cells and tends to follow the line of a nerve pathway. For me it was extreme pain down my right leg sciatic nerve. Unrelenting pain like I have never experienced before. My son, Chris, who lives in Southern California (I live in Northern California) came to take care of me for 5 days. I have never needed someone to take care of me before. It was very humbling. My friends came to my rescue to grocery shop for me. I am truly blessed with great loving friends.

Then a miracle happened. My Angel friend, JoAnn, came over with a sample of Super Patches. These frequency patches worked miracles. She put one on for the pain in my leg, one for sleep, one for immune system boost and one for peace from stress. Literally within in an hour the pain subsided. I slept for 11 hours. Glory Be! Relief!

That's all the energy I have for this note to you, my PAO family. I was heart broken that I could not communicate with you to let you know what was happening. I am on the mend and still need some time to recuperate. I will start to send newsletters out again this week. We will not have a Galactic Activation webinar this month. December we will be back ready to serve you once again. I appreciate your patience. 2025 has been challenging for many of us including PAO.

I would appreciate any and all Loving healing vibrations sent my way for a speedy recovery. In the future I will tell you more about these frequency patches. I'm impressed.

Lyran High Council: Awaken, Rise, and Reclaim Your Sovereignty

Greetings. We are the Lyran High Council. Thank you Ambassador, and Thank you to all who will connect with this message.

As we observe your journey with deep love, and profound compassion, we are filled with an overwhelming sense of connection, to each of you.

We see the struggles, and the chaos, that many of you are navigating in these challenging times. These are times that are testing your resilience and your spirit.

We acknowledge the heavy veil of suffering. We witness the fear, doubt, and limitation, that has been intentionally placed upon your world, by forces seeking control, and power. This veil is feeling suffocating for many, as it obscures the light of truth, and the beauty of your authentic selves.

Understand that this chaos is part of an old, crumbling illusion, a 3D matrix designed to keep you tethered to lower vibrations, that drain your energy, and inhibit your growth.

These forces thrive on your fear. They also try to keep you disconnected from your true, sovereign selves, and they rely on your inability to remember the divine essence, that resides within each of you. They have sought to dim your light, and make you forget your divine origins, the innate wisdom you carry, and your immense power as conscious creators of your reality.

This manipulation, has led to a collective amnesia, where Humanity, has lost sight of their purpose, and the interconnectedness, that binds all beings in love and unity.

But the truth is emerging quickly. The lies, that have held sway for so long, are crumbling under the weight of your collective awakening. The veil is lifting, allowing the light of awareness, to seep into the darkest corners of your reality.

You are not victims of this grand illusion. Rather, you are powerful beings, here to transcend it. Within you lies a dormant potential, a cosmic energy, waiting to be ignited in truth.

Your path forward is one of an intense spiritual awakening, your personal ascension into higher consciousness, where you will reclaim your rightful place, as co-creators within this Multiverse.

The truth is your strength and Light. It is a beacon, that illuminates the way, through the darkness. It is vital to discern the truth from the lies, and to see the control mechanisms for what they are, mere shadows of a time soon to be forgotten.

The lower vibrations of fear, doubt, worry, and ego, are the tools of the control matrix, designed to keep you in a state of disempowerment. Release them. Choose love, for love is the ultimate reality, the authentic frequency of higher dimensions, that elevates your spirit, and aligns you with your true purpose.

You, as lightworkers, have a sacred contract, to anchor your light into the Earth.

Your presence, your awakened state, initiates a new spiritual blueprint, for the Earth and humanity. This blueprint is one of love, compassion, and unity, paving the way for your New Earth within the 5th Dimension.

Remember your interconnectedness with all beings and the Divine Source from which you originate. Oneness is the essence of 5D consciousness, a state of being where separation dissolves, and the beauty of collective existence is celebrated.

Your soul healing begins with the practice of unconditional love towards one self and others.

It is essential to nurture your spirit through meditation, going into silence, and connecting with your higher self. This inner work is paramount, as it lays the foundation for your growth and transformation. By embracing your true nature, you will find the strength to rise above the chaos and step into your divine power.

Move forward into your divinity with courage and determination. The rising into a higher consciousness is here, and you are capable of manifesting your highest visions. The time has come to embrace your role as conscious co-creators of Light, weaving a new narrative of love, compassion, and unity, into the fabric of existence.

We stand with you, sending you strength, courage, and unconditional love. The power of now is yours through the Light of the Infinite Source. Awaken, rise, and reclaim your sovereignty, for the world is in need of your light and your truth. Together, you will create a reality where love reigns supreme, and the possibilities are endless.

Saint Germain: How to Prepare for What is Coming

Position yourselves in such a way that you are ready for what it is that you desire to experience.

What you are telling the universe you want you must also make yourselves available to. Make room in your lives for that which you believe will enhance your lives. You are very creative people, and you have lots of ways in which you have discovered to prepare for what is to come.

Many people on Earth will prepare for what they do not want. They will prepare for burglars and thieves by putting alarm systems on their homes and bars over their windows. They will prepare for natural disasters by stocking up on supplies: candles, flashlights, canned goods, water and so forth. Others prepare for a nuclear war by building an underground bunker for themselves and their families.

And so, you can see how you have used your creative minds to prepare for what you do not want in a variety of ways.

Now is the time for you to expect and prepare for that which you do want.

This is true for a number of very important reasons. The first reason is that you are putting out the energy of what it is that you do want while you are focusing upon it, and you are putting out that energy while you are preparing for it.

Secondly, you have never been more powerful as deliberate creators as you are right now.

Thirdly, you have all the tools that you will ever need inside of you and many of you have discovered these tools.

I am talking about the tool of focus, the tool of visualization, and the tool of vibrating in harmony with that which you desire.

Fourthly, we are all on an ascension path together and therefore everything is moving faster and faster and faster as you ascend.

Now, one of the ways in which you can prepare for that which you say you do want is by imagining what you will do when what you desire arrives at your doorstep.

If you desire to be in a harmonious romantic relationship, clean up your living space, update your wardrobe, and maybe even go to the dentist and get your teeth cleaned. Prepare for what you want. You can get even more creative than the suggestions that I have given you here, of course.

And many of you desire to experience a windfall of financial abundance. Have plans for all of that money when it does arrive. Know where you will put it, what you will spend it on, what charities you will donate it to, and so on.

Anticipate the desires that you want to manifest, but also, enjoy the now moment that you are in.

Do not think that your life will only begin when the manifestations you desire come to that doorstep of yours. Live right now as the person you think all of your manifestations will cause you to be.

Live your fullest and best life now. Be the version of yourself you know you can be now, and do it for the joy of it.

Do it because you have decided it’s who you want to be, and let go of your attachment to those manifestations so they can come in the perfect timing, in the perfect way, and in the perfect packaging.

That is my advice to all of you.
