| WHERE DO I START...As you all know and are experiencing along with us, internet security is being reinforced on all platforms. Our newsletter platform increased their security requirements which has taken us a whole month to resolve. Our patience was definitely tested as we traversed the land of the internet.
The worst part was I could not communicate with my PAO family and you didn't know what happened to me/PAO. Several people telephoned to see if I was OK and one PAO family member was thinking perhaps I joined Sheldan and left the planet. No, I was here feeling completely lost because I could not communicate with you, my PAO family, to know what was happening.
Within two days of us finally completing the security upgrades, my tv died, my upstairs computer (very old) died, and my old downstairs computer would not upgrade any more and I was locked out of many sites including our Webinar and email platforms. Here I go again "around the internet maze".
I purchased a new tv. They are less expensive these days. I have to say the color is superior to my old tv so that is a plus. As the lesser expensive option, I had my old computer upgraded and now I'm going through that maze of putting in passwords and making everything work like it did before. This is proving very challenging. I will persevere until I get all the kinks smoothed out. Hopefully by the end of the year, I will be able to purchase another refurbished Imac. When a company does webinars, it needs a back up computer for possible problems that arise.
As a result of these maladies, PAO did not make any money since September 19 when our email service was not accessible. I asked for a rest and in some ways I got it and in other ways I got more stress than ever. Be on the lookout ~~ Tomorrow I will send our email promotion for October's webinar featuring Dr. Joseph McNamara of tachyon fame. He always has interesting stories to share so stay tuned for registration details. Also, newsletters will now resume. Please join us to keep PAO afloat.
In a nutshell, that is what happened. We did not abandon you. We were victims of all the fraud that is taking place on the planet resulting in increased internet security. Ah, and this too shall pass. We appreciate your continued Love and support. We are back on line. ZaZuMa!
