The physical fatigue most of us are experiencing lately is due to the new intelligent electromagnetic frequencies coming from the Central Sun.

They move radically throughout our physical, emotional, and spiritual structures, as if we are a cellular device connected to a battery of a huge ship.

There is a lot of energy that comes from the spiritual world. Hence, it needs stabilization.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

MENTALLY:

- Vibrate in a high resonance, preferably in the highest possible energy, gratitude energy, compassion, generosity, kindness, and mutual sharing of ideas.

- Avoid judging other people, because we do not know what everyone has experienced in this life.

- Perform calming and concentration exercises, simultaneously emitting blue waves to all places where you feel pain, discomfort or muscle fatigue, transforming an ordinary stretching and strengthening exercise into an intense quantum vibrational exercise.

- Drink plenty of mineral water, preferably the one that comes directly from nature, as it carries pure mineral particles from the center of the mountain, rocks and crystals.

- Avoid industrialized foods and strong spices.

- Put in your body beautiful, healthy things that have life. Sunbathe and be grateful as you do so. Dive into the water in the sea or flowing river water to enter the new frequency of Nature.
