I started my Inner Journey several decades ago by 1st learning to meditate & then becoming a teacher & putting people in Contact withe Source, Their Source. I worked with & Sponsored various highly evolved people, Healers, Clairvoyants & Developed Souls who showed me how to utilize their knowledge that strangely most couldn't discern or even hear. Withe Various Techniques & Tools I've been given or fathomed thru close observation, I have had some interesting experiences & journeys within. And as fascinating as all that is, my Aim is to Be Freed from this Illusion bringing as many as will come along EveNow. I have shared thru my messages several of my inner connections like the ~Unknowable~ which is beyond the Relative & Absolute fields of Life, Also drawing down The_Grace_of_Ishvara,_Our Almighty Father Mother God/dess & The Transformational Rainbow Forest Odyssey + many other Activations, Techniques & Connections from various teachers & messengers. And It is time to Get Ready or Not~Change is Upon Each & All of Us Beyond Sci~Fi or Middle Earth or Any Tales or Fables you've heard of.... We Are in the Midst of It. Observing Consciousness ~ The Hidden Power of Words

Source:  Suzanne Maresca

Let’s talk about something we all do every day but rarely think about, the words we speak. They’re just words, right? Wrong. Every word we say, every thought we think, carries far more power than we realize. Words are energy. They carry frequency, and those frequencies influence not only our emotions but also how we experience life. It controls how we feel, how we act, and even what we attract into our world.

This isn’t just a feel-good concept. Walter Russell, David Hawkins, and many modern neuroscientists have studied this deeply. Walter Russell famously said, “You create your own universe as you go along.” Think about that for a moment. Your universe – your experience of life – is built word by word, thought by thought. Every word you use, whether out loud or in your mind, becomes a ripple in the energetic field around you, shaping how you see the world and how the world responds to you.

Words vibrate. High-frequency words like “love,” “peace,” and “gratitude” are like energetic fuel. They elevate your mood, open your mind, and help you feel more in tune with life. Low-frequency words like “hate,” “fear,” and “I can’t,” on the other hand, weigh you down. They drain your energy, cloud your perspective, and reinforce feelings of limitation.

David Hawkins mapped this concept beautifully in his Power vs. Force frequency scale. Emotions like shame and guilt vibrate at the very bottom of the scale, while emotions like love and joy vibrate at the top. Words, which are expressions of these emotions, can either pull you toward the higher end of the scale or keep you stuck in the lower frequencies.

The brain plays a massive role in how this works. The Reticular Activating System (RAS), which acts as your brain’s filter, determines what you notice and focus on. When you repeatedly tell yourself, “I’m not good enough,” your RAS locks onto that belief and starts filtering your experiences to reinforce it.

It will literally seek evidence to prove you right. Conversely, when you say, “I am capable,” your brain begins looking for proof of your capabilities, opening you up to possibilities you might have otherwise ignored. This is how words create self-fulfilling prophecies, not through magic, but through how they shape your brain’s perception of reality.

On top of this, there’s the concept of neuroplasticity, which means your brain is constantly rewiring itself. Positive, high-frequency words like “I am love” or “I am abundant” stimulate new neural pathways associated with optimism and resilience. Over time, as you repeat these words, those pathways grow stronger, and positivity becomes your default state. On the flip side, low-frequency language reinforces negative pathways, making it harder to break out of cycles of doubt and fear.

Walter Russell’s insights about the nature of energy add another layer of understanding. He believed that everything in the universe, including our thoughts and words, works like waves of energy.

When you speak or think, you send out waves that interact with the world and eventually come back to you. High-frequency words, like “I believe” or “I am grateful,” send out waves that attract experiences aligned with growth, connection, and abundance. Low-frequency words, however, do the opposite, reinforcing cycles of struggle and limitation.

This idea ties closely to David Hawkins’ frequency scale. Words associated with shame, fear, or anger vibrate at the lowest levels and create stress in the body. When you say something like, “I hate this,” your body reacts by releasing stress hormones like cortisol, which not only affects your mood but also suppresses your immune system and clouds your thinking.

In contrast, words like “I can do this” resonate at much higher frequencies, triggering the release of dopamine and serotonin, chemicals that improve your mood, increase your focus, and help you feel more motivated. High-frequency words don’t just make you feel good, they literally change how your body and mind function.

Imagine facing a tough situation at work. If your internal dialogue is, “This is impossible,” your brain will likely shut down, overwhelmed by the negativity. But if you shift your mindset to, “This is a challenge I’m ready to face,” you open the door to creativity and problem-solving. Your brain responds to this shift by activating areas that support focus and resilience.

It’s not just about being positive for the sake of it, it’s about choosing words that align your energy with solutions instead of obstacles.

Walter Russell’s philosophy, combined with insights from modern neuroscience, makes it clear that our words are not just tools for communication, they’re tools for creation. Russell believed that understanding the mechanics of energy waves was the key to understanding life itself. Words, as waves of energy, shape our internal state and our external reality.

When you say, “I am thriving,” you’re not just stating a fact, you’re sending out a high-frequency signal that aligns with thriving, attracting more of it into your life.

This connection between words, energy, and consciousness is also supported by researchers like Dr. Joe Dispenza and Dr. Bruce Lipton. Dispenza explains that thoughts and words emit electromagnetic signals into the quantum field, attracting experiences that match their frequency.

Lipton’s work on epigenetics shows how beliefs, often shaped by the words we use, can literally switch genes on or off. Positive, high-frequency language sends signals to your body to express health and vitality, while negative, low-frequency language can trigger stress responses that weaken the body over time.

To integrate this into daily life, the first step is awareness. Start paying attention to the words you use, both out loud and in your mind. When you catch yourself using low-frequency phrases like, “I’ll never figure this out,” pause and reframe it into something empowering, like, “I’m capable of solving this.” Begin your day with affirmations that set the tone for success, such as, “I am strong” or “I am grateful.” Speaking these words out loud amplifies their frequency and reinforces their impact on your brain.

Gratitude, in particular, is one of the most powerful high-frequency practices you can adopt. Ending each day by saying, “I am grateful for…” and listing even the smallest blessings can shift your energy and elevate your consciousness over time. Remember, it’s not about pretending everything is perfect. It’s about choosing words that guide your energy toward growth, healing, and possibility.

Your words are more than just sounds, they’re the building blocks of your reality. Walter Russell said it best: “Love is the one thing in life that cannot be resisted.” By choosing words rooted in love, courage, and belief, you’re not just changing your thoughts, you’re changing your life. Every word you speak is a wave of energy. Make those waves count.
