Judy Note: The RV was expected at any time from now through Fri. Feb. 15. A Zimbabwe monetary policy statement announcement would allow the RV to legally begin (vast natural resources of Zimbabwe were backing the Global Currency Reset).
On Feb. 15 President Trump was expected to announce Martial Law. Mass arrests and military in the streets would cause a Stock Market crash, which would demolish the Cabal monetary system, followed by China announcing the new Quantum Financial System – which would reset the value of all currencies based on assets/gold.
Notification for Zim redemption (through emergency text, redeem at military bases) and currency exchanges (through email and website 800#s, exchange at banks) could come at any time from now through Fri. midnight Feb. 15 when the Federal Reserve/IRS old Cabal financial system would be shut down. Those holding sovereign assets have been told they would have full access to their funds on that Feb. 15.
A. Closing the IRS and Federal Reserve, while restoring a new US Republic:
The Feb. 15 government shutdown deadline was about the demise of the Federal Reserve and IRS system being shut down through an RV of the fiat US dollar to a gold/asset-backed new US Treasury note. A takedown of the Stock Market, Federal Reserve and IRS was essential in order to instigate a Global Currency Reset and restore a new US Republic functioning under the original Constitution.
B. The Cabal-owned Federal Reserve has been responsible for every downturn, recession, depression and war since they came into existence in 1913. The raising of rates is to (1) stifle US economic growth (2) recover some of the money aka "quantitative easing" (shell game) of the Obama Administration when the debt doubled from $10T to $20T and (3) provide ammunition to paid Deep State contractors in the House, Senate and Media to use against Trump in the run up to the 2020 election.
C. Since before 1913 through the IRS, this Cabal financial system has collected US Taxpayer monies and sent it for use of the Queen’s Bank of London and then on to the Vatican Bank, which after using it for their pleasure, then dispersed it to Central Banks across the globe. About a month later the monies ended up at a New York Central Bank, which charged the US government interest to use it in order to pay federal employees.
D. Intel Data Dump: Kim.com, (involved in a WikiLeaks file release related to Hillary Clinton's private server and the PizzaGate scandal), has sent a text message saying that this weekend of Feb. 9-11 would launch a "data dump" involving Sept. 11, Fukushima, False Flags, Clinton Foundation, financial system control, bribes and rewards in all major governments around the world.

The Brexit vote would end the Cabal’s, Queen’s and Vatican’s control over US taxpayer monies and trigger the financial collapse of the rest of Europe, which would result in the Cabal-owned EU being dismantled.
G. Martial Law: Congressional negotiations on Border Security broke down over this weekend so a government shutdown and declaration of Martial Law by Fri. Feb. 15 was very possible.
H. GESARA Compliance: Sat. Feb. 16 was a day after the cutoff date for non compliant GESARA nations. The leaders of those nations faced non liquidity because they could not access the new financial system and would likely face military presence in the streets.
I. Major Announcements: On the weekend of Feb. 15 to 18 major announcements would be made to celebrate Washington’s (a new nation functioning within the original Constitution) and Lincoln’s (freedom from slavery) birthdays.
