* For over three weeks China and Iraq have been exchanging, while private bank exchanges in the US have been going on for almost two weeks, since Mon. Dec. 3.
* On Mon. Dec. 10 everything initiated in Hong Kong.
*Q said that gold was the keyword (to the RV/GCR event). As of Wed. Dec. 12 the new US Treasury Notes were gold/asset-backed, sitting in Banks and Exchange/ Redemption Centers, live and trading on Bank Screens.
*As of Thurs. Dec. 13 a temporary information blackout was in force. Why the blackout? Three reasons might be:
(1) This week the Epstein Pedophile Island Civil case was being adjudicated in Florida, where Loretta Lynch testified against the Clintons - said done to save her own skin.
(2) This week Whistleblowers were testifying before a Congressional committee on a Department of Justice two-year investigation into Clinton Foundation Money Laundering that connected to the treasonous Uranium One Scandal.
(3) Could those Congressional hearings on the Clinton Foundation this week include Clinton, Assange, Huber testimonies? Q said, “It would begin on Dec. 5” - the deadline for the bankrupt Cabal to pay their $190 trillion debt and the original Dec. 5 date set to begin hearings on Clinton Foundation Money Laundering connected to the Uranium One Scandal with Clinton, Assange (of Wikileaks which originally exposed the Clintons) and Huber (who, along with 720 investigators have completed a two year investigation on the Clintons and Uranium One) set to testify. Those testimonies were supposedly postponed to this week because of Cabal Leader HW Bush’s funeral on Dec. 5.
*Tony’s intel sources indicated that there was a 100% chance that the RV/GCR would happen this week (which ends Sat. Dec. 15 at midnight EST). Bruce said that Tier 4 Group B (us) would be paid by the end of this week, meaning by Sat. Dec. 15 at midnight EST.
*The RV was expected to occur prior to release of the mass indictments.
*Paymasters, Humanitarian Projects, Tiers 1, 2, 3 and Tier 4 Group A have been paid.
*At any time we could expect a Declassification Event Announcement to trigger unsealing of over 63,233 indictments, cause the Stock Market to crash and force a Global Currency Reset where Tier 4, Group B (us, the Internet Group) would begin our redemption/ exchanges.
*Exchange/ Redemption Center Staff were on High Alert.

After Dec. 22 the Centers would close, though you could still exchange currencies (not Zim) at a bank.
*During this RV/GCR there would be a transition period of around two weeks where unsealing of the 63,233 indictments would instigate mass arrests – some of which were on an estimated ¾ of members of Congress. Q said that the FISA declassification would “bring down the House” and the Dec. 11 Intel Report stated: “U.S. government officials listed in the sealed indictments have been given notice of imminent criminal prosecution and a lifetime at GITMO.”
*By year’s end Central Banks would be reorganized, plus the Federal Reserve and IRS would be eliminated.
*Sometime this Dec. we expected announcement of the US Restored Republic, GESARA Law and a new Flat Tax System - said to be 17% on newly bought items only, with no tax on medicine and food.
*Military Tribunals for those arrested and sent to GITMO would begin Jan 2 2019.
*The public would begin their exchanges in early Jan. 2019.
