smoothies &

Raw chocolate is another wonder food makes
great smoothies with coconut meat, water, oil &

blender.
Avocados can be used to make a great
smoothie as well,
another excellent source of healthy fats
& protein.
These raw foods will make you healthy
& slim bringing life & light into your bodies & minds.
Salads with avocado or asparagus or
artichoke hearts of Palm & a variety of raw nuts mixed in is very
satisfying.
If you wanto eat less animal products raw
nut & seeds, lots of greens & fresh veggies make it much
easier.
Millet is a very soothing yellow pearl
grain that helps heal
poor digestion, ulcers, it’s alkaline and

Can be made as cereal with fruit or served
like rice in caserolesoup or
side dishes. Cook 1 cup in 2&1/2 cups
water.
You can also blend several tablespoons in
a quart of water as a drink (+h
oney) to make millet water, let
stand.
