This is at the same time his country is in a state of civil war, unable to pay off its debt and about to declare default, poverty is overwhelming, pensions are cut, inflation reaches 270% and grivna is in free fall. Poroshenko is also the only Ukraine oligarch to increase his assets – all other oligarchs have lost during 2014-2015.
