THERE WAS A CONCERT PIANIST LOCKED IN PRISON DURING A WAR. ALTHO HE HAD NO PIANO, HE PRACTICED EVERYDAY. AFTER THE WAR HE WAS RELEASED & PLAYED IN CONCERT, IT WASAID, HE PLAYED EVEN BETTER THEN BEFORE THE WAR.

USING OUR MINDS, I WANT YOU TO SEE & FEEL THE FAT IN YOUR BODY BECOMING FLUID & CREATING ENERGY & EVEN CONVERTING INTO MUSCLE MASS, IF YOU SO DESIRE.

BEFORE DOING THIS, THINK OR SAY,

'I AM CALM RECEPTIVE PEACEFULNESS'

AS YOU ARE AWARE OF YOUR ABDOMEN.

ALSO TRY IT WHILE YOU ARE WALKING OR ENGAGED IN SOME PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, ALTHO YOU CAN DO THIS BEFORE SLEEP OR AS YOU END YOUR MEDITATION OR DURING THE ODYSSEY.

FEEL THE FAT IN YOUR ABDOMEN, HIPS, LEGS OR WHEREVER BECOMING AVAILABLE AS YOU ALLOW ITO FLOW.

2 THINGS ARE IMPORTANT, 1ST, GET VERY CALM, 2ND, FEEL THE FAT CELLS ACTIVATED EASILY AS YOU SPEND AS MUCH TIME AS YOU CAN DOING THISIMPLEXERCISE.

I ALSO FOUND IT QUITE BLISSFUL AS I GROUNDED TODAY. SUNLIGHT & FRESH AIR OPTIONAL BUT QUITE REFRESHING AS YOU RELAX THRU YOUR WALK.

SEE HOW THIS GOES AS THERE ARE MANY POSSIBILITIES THAT CAN BE UTILIZED AS WE GET IN THE HABIT OF MAKING THINGS HAPPEN CONSCIOUSLY ALMOST EFFORTLESSLY.
