Master Your Mind and Ignite the Flame of The Warrior Spirit

The human mind is a mysterious landscape waiting to be explored.

When we engage with the mind, it has a tendency to conjure up sensations of pain even where none exist. The mind possesses this remarkable ability—it can fabricate pain out of thin air.

But we must persevere. How do we push through? By breathing deeper, longer, and slower. Your breath, your prana, is your life force. True strength emanates from the breath. As we deal with the complexities of the mind, we can use our breath to rise above the challenges it throws at us, tapping into our inner strength and unlocking our full potential.

As humans, we have been trained to place the mind on matters over which it has no rightful authority. For example, the decision-making process should only be determined and initiated by the heart and the third eye.

However, this presents a challenge, as the mind has been conditioned to assume control. Therefore, it requires the heart of a warrior, and it's this warrior heart that we aim to activate. The heart center holds immense significance as it not only fosters compassion but also cultivates humility.

Currently, humanity is undergoing a global shift where we must reorient our attention towards the heart, moving away from the dominance of the mind. It's within the mind that the ego resides, while the heart houses our true power and universal consciousness.

There are two ways of earning the universal consciousness. One is through hardship, and the other is through mantra. Mantra is the easiest way. Hardship is for those who don't know the mantra.

The difficulty here is that the mantra opens the heart center, and your mind has difficulty following this frequency because its habits have been very different.

In this state, you come to realize that humanity generates its own suffering by failing to acknowledge and embrace the essence of the self, which is truth. That's why we chant "Sat Nam" extensively—to embody all that we truly are and to diminish that which we are not.

Paulo Coelho, one of my favorite writers, wrote a book titled "The Warrior of Light." He says the Warrior of Light appreciates the miracles of being alive, accepts failure, and pursues fulfillment and joy. Now, the following quote from Paulo Coelho has been very dear to my heart for the past 20 years:

"The Warrior of Light is a believer because he believes in miracles!"

As the Warrior of Light holds onto the belief in miracles, something incredible begins to unfold. By trusting that his thoughts can shape his reality, his life starts to transform. He's confident that love will come his way, and indeed, it does.

Sure, there are times when he feels disappointed or hurt, but he knows it's all part of the journey. For every setback he faces, he sees two victories waiting to emerge. This understanding is shared among all who believe. It's this very warrior spirit that we aim to awaken.

During this time, you need to learn how to create and manipulate energy. We achieve this through a technique called KAT, which stands for Kundalini Activation Technology. This method enables you to generate and manipulate energy.

This is practical information for the Aquarian Age teaching. Once you put it into practice, and from that experience, you will learn. This experience becomes yours forever, beyond someone else's mental interpretation. You can change, create, manipulate, and reprogram your entire energetic field. You can direct it toward your goals and desires.

This Kundalini practice, the strength you're developing, the strength you're building, is a different kind of strength—it's the strength of the warrior, embodying the true meaning of what it means to be a warrior. It's not just about being spiritual warriors; it goes much deeper than that. You truly become a warrior.

Embracing the warrior mindset holds the key to profound transformation and empowerment. By taking charge of our energy and directing it towards our goals, we liberate ourselves from limitations and tap into our true potential.

Continued practice and exploration of these principles in the Aquarian Age promise ongoing growth and fulfillment, enabling us to navigate life with strength, resilience, and purpose.
