   pob There are a large number of alien races interacting today with Earth and its population. In an interview with Clifford Stone in 1998, a retired U.S. Navy Sergeant who served for 22 years and participated in covert rescue operations of both crashed alien ships and biological entities and extraterrestrial (EBS) that went with them, revealed that the Navy knew a total of 45 different types of extraterrestrial races. The 1954 Special Operations Manual, includes procedures that military personnel must follow to attend to crashing discs.

From this collective of 45 extraterrestrial races, it is known that some are more active than others and that some are more involved in human affairs. The classification of aliens can be done depending on their biology, ethics, and political interests, which deal with and have reached agreements with the "shadow government" and have even collaborated on joint projects. The vast number of agreements between the “shadow government” and these alien races suggest the existence of an alien-industrial-alien military complex. This complex controls most information related to the alien presence; it dominates the planet's governmental institutions, as well as financial interests, the media and is responsible for the systems icos global problems. On the other hand, there is a second group of aliens who are not linked at all to governments and that most of the "contacted" define as "friendly" in terms of helping and preparing humanity to face the challenge of accept the reality of their existence.
