The lymph vessel in this photograph is yellow because it is a lipid (cholesterol) based flow.

Lymph vessels are like the sewer pipes in your house. In the same way your kitchen has sewer pipes that carry the kitchen wastes away, so it is in your body.

The body is a bunch of cells and two fluids. One fluid feeds the cells (the blood) and one cleans them (the lymph). Water is only a catalyst in both fluids, lymph being especially high in lipids.

Your trillions of cells all have spaces between them called interstitial spaces. These spaces are filled with fluids: part blood, part lymphatic fluid. Why? Because this is how your body feeds the cells and how it cleans them.

The lymphatic fluids that surround the cells collect the wastes from the cells. Then they flow to the lymph vessels, then on to the septic tanks (called lymph nodes) and then on to the body’s eliminative organs (kidneys, colon and skin) for the elimination of wastes.

"Lymph nodes are the body’s septic tanks full of bacteria and macrophages. Macrophages are the body’s cannibal cells. Damaged cells are shuttled to the lymph nodes where they get eaten up by these little annihilators. Macrophages engulf and digest cellular debris, foreign substances, microbes, cancer cells, and anything else that does not have the type of proteins specific to healthy body cells.

This means that when the lymphatic channels are blocked and /or the lymph nodes are congested, or worse, missing because they have been surgically excised, the damaged cells cannot be cleaned up so they continue to proliferate forming tumors.

On the other hand, bacteria in the lymph nodes are the body’s janitors. They feed on our acidic waste that has the average pH of 3, which is fairly hot. By metabolizing and processing this waste, the bacteria raise its pH level to 6-6.2, which is what a healthy urine acidity should be.

However, if you’ve killed off your bacterial populations with antibiotics (this includes natural herbal remedies), you’ll be peeing out 3 pH acids and it’s going to burn!" -Ivanna Koshelya

The blood is alkaline and we refer to it as kitchen of the body because it feeds nutrition and fuel to our trillions of cells. All cells eat and poop. Each cell must eliminate its own wastes and by-products. Acids are by-products of cell metabolism. We burn fuel and we create acid waste. It is eliminated and released into the body's septic system, the lymphatic system.

The lymphatic system is almost three times larger than the blood. It is the system where 99% of all pain, inflammation, diseases and conditions originate. It is your body's gigantic sewer system / immune system / lipid carrier system / lubricating system.

It may be hard to imagine in this day and age, but very little is actually known or understood about the body's lymphatic system. Whether it be a system they discarded out of ignorance early in the last century due to the rise of new medical equipment and machinery and promising "miracle healing" chemical drugs or it is knowledge that is intentionally being suppressed because of the obscene profits and enormous power this monopoly currently maintains is a subject of great controversy. It also explains why they can't cure anything. Research the hostile takeover of medicine by Rockefeller in the US for more information.

A few reasons medical doctors don't understand how the chemistry of the food we eat directly affects our health is, 1.) They don't have more than a few hours of nutrition education in four years of medical school, 2.) They are only taught to look to the blood for answers and they know that the blood can never be acidic. The blood must maintain a critical alkaline balance (7.35-7.45 pH). They are not taught anything about the lymphatic system at all, yet this is the system where 99% of all the pain, inflammation, diseases and conditions are found. Cellular acids in the lymphatic system are 3 pH.

The lymphatic system is responsible for getting rid of toxic, acidic, metabolic and cellular waste from the body. Its primary elimination channels are the kidneys (mucus and visible lymphatic sediment), the bowels (digestive waste, as well as mucus, fungus, yeast, candida, parasites, worms, metals, molds, tumors, etc.), the skin (lymphatic waste... *You can only sweat when your thyroid is functioning or overworking (hyper). Skin conditions are the result of non-filtering kidneys and weak adrenals) and the lungs (mucus and lymph).

Most people aren't aware that much of what is practiced in medicine today is based on theory, not fact.

"Even though the lymphatic system is one of the 12-14 systems in the body, not one course on Lymphology is being taught in any University, Medical School or any other college in the USA.

Even though the lymphatic vessels are more extensive than the blood vessels and there is more lymph than blood in the body, for every 200 pages in all the medical textbooks of Anatomy, Pathology and Physiology, there is less than one page dedicated to share information about the lymphatic system.

"This neglected area of research lays the scientific foundation of all the healing arts and reveals why it’s possible for people to heal themselves without drugs, surgery, or medication of any kind.” -Stephen E. West, DL, PMD

The foods most people today consume clog and overburden their lymphatic systems. All dairy (milk, eggs, cheese, yogurt, etc.), refined carbohydrates (complex sugars), irritants (peppers, cola, etc.), chemicals (processed foods and drugs), foreign protein (cooked dead animal flesh), grains, beans, starchy vegetables, etc., are acidic as well as mucus-forming chemistry. They elicit a lymphatic response of the mucosa, namely, excessive mucus production. These substances are also harmful to cells because they invite parasitic invasion.

Your lymphatic system's job is to try and stop this attack (acids) with a mucus response within the tissues of the body. The body will also use water (edema), cholesterol and calcium (it pulls from bones) to protect its precious cells. However, once the body becomes overly congested with too much mucus, the mucus (itself) then becomes a problem.

A mucus response is created by acidic chemistry. Mucus is a protective agent so the body doesn’t get chewed on by too much acid chemistry. Too much mucus in the body means too much acid chemistry backed up inside the body.

Mucus overload will block cellular function causing hypo-activity of the respective organ or gland. Too much mucus creates a sticky, gooey, gummed- plugged-up, lymphatic system. Ever cough up a hard chunk of mucus from your lungs? Imagine what a stagnant, backed up lymphatic system looks like on the inside of your body.

Acids create an environment of dehydration, coagulation (fluids solidify) and agglomeration (clumping together). Acids are corrosive to all cells. They make your fluids anionic, coagulated and thick. Acids make your body hard as a rock. Acids ravage your body with pain and decay. When your body cannot keep up and remove these acids, they find a home in your organs, glands, nerves, joints, bones and tissues ...anywhere in your body.

The lymphatic system must clean 2 - 3 pounds of toxic, acidic, cellular waste each day. You are either removing lymphatic waste or accumulating it. There is no middle ground. You must visibly move it out of the body via the lymphatic system's channels of elimination which are the kidneys, the bowels, the skin and the lungs. No matter what you have been led to believe, if your urine is clear, you're accumulating it.

When the body is compromised by stagnant acids you have not been eliminating because you have lost lymphatic elimination through your kidneys because they have been damaged by acids as well, you have systemic acidosis. The kidneys are the body's main and most important channel for the elimination of lymphatic waste.

A backed up lymphatic system is full of sticky, gooey, coagulated, gummed up lymph. Ever cough up a hard ball of mucus? Because lymphatic fluid is a lipid-based fluid, drinking plain, pure water will not hydrate the cells interstitially (in the spaces around the cells).

Acids create dehydration, coagulation (fluids solidify) and agglomeration (clumping together) and are corrosive to all cells. When your body is not removing acids, they find a home in your organs, glands, nerves, joints, bones and tissues...anywhere in your body.

Acids make your body hard as a rock. Acids create an anionic environment (coagulated, thick and slow). Acids ravage your body with pain and decay. Acids are the root cause of all human suffering.

The standard American diet (SAD) is extremely acidic. Common foods that are acid-forming as well as mucus-forming include cooked food, dead animal flesh, dairy (milks, eggs, cheese, butter, etc.), grains, starches, processed foods, coffee, soda and alcohol. Our bodies are acidic from consuming a diet of primarily acid-forming and mucus-forming foods.

Eating a high fruit, raw, plant-based diet heals the body because raw foods are on the alkaline side of chemistry. Acids always need alkalinity to neutralize. Fruits are astringent, pull on thick, hardened lymph and digest quickly to give the body the time and energy the body requires to heal.

Alkaline-forming foods cool, soothe, and clean allowing the body to heal itself. These include fresh, raw, pesticide-free, fruits, berries, melons, greens and non-starchy vegetables. Alkalizing restores balance, allowing the body to heal and rebuild.

When you change the chemistry of the fuel you put into your body from acid to alkaline, you’re giving your body what it needs to cleanse, strengthen, repair, rebuild, heal and regenerate.
