Cosmic events will occur for which humanity has to prepare.
We are a collective of Arturian stellar beings, part of the Galactic Federation of Light, serving the transition of life forms on the planet to higher dimensional frequencies.

The shift to the fourth dimension density is happening, and this will have a direct impact on the stability of the planet.
The human conscience must be prepared to experience a certain phenomenon that will seem unusual, especially in heaven.
They need to stay away from fear.
A (galactic) intervention has become necessary to help humanity and the planet Gaia keep up with the acceleration of other ascension-related phenomena occurring throughout the cosmos.
The ascension change happening on your planet will be moving at high speeds or excessive speeds.
Time is collapsing much faster towards cosmic neutrality, and humans must drastically address their alignment to integrate these frequencies.

The frequency of these ships interacts with the frequencies of the Earth.
These ships are creating a force field/dampen grid generated to disperse any vibrational impact from what is approaching Earth.
The Earth has moved into a different dimensional and vibrational space (fourth density).

GET YOUR PHYSICAL BODIES READY 
The best way to do that is fasting.
Start intermittent fasting as soon as possible, because this will allow for a very rapid change in frequency.
The energy currently used for the digestive and metabolic processes will be redirected towards improving the neurological systems.
Right now, fasting for at least 16 hours a day is required to help us with a planned intervention to perform necessary updates to nervous system models, allowing for frequency alignment as Gaia moves at through this high radiation magnetic transition field and photonic activity.
Updates are made in holographic form by working with the silhouettes of the animal groups.
The star beings are helping through our (healing) chambers to radically bring humanity to pace with these vibrational changes.
Your systems are getting a manual update.
We have to intervene in the organic processes, which have run out of time available to the human collective to reach the optimal levels of DNA activation necessary to safely integrate another form of life.

We have been given special permission and permission to directly intervene in humanity awakening and to help reconnect the silhouettes because the organic process (ascension/evolutionary) is being negatively interfered beyond humanity's ability to reach an ascending state on its own.
Therefore, our help is needed to produce the alignments that will allow the flow and integration of intense light frequencies and changes that will affect your planet in the weeks and months to come.
Also, there are areas of the Earth's body plane that are still in a compromised state.
If Gaia fails to integrate these higher frequencies (due to density and trauma-related blocks), cataclysmatic events will occur.

I was already starting to do intermittent fasting these last few weeks, I really felt a calling for it. Now I know why! 16 hours is totally doable, tks for the inspiration!
