Lobstr on a web browser (not just the app) now supports MoneyGram transfers in/out (info via Mel Carmine... and the Stellar Dev Team). I completed a MoneyGram transfer today at a local outlet. Easy Peazey!!

1st... you must already have a trustline for USDC. It is likely you already have a USDC trustline in Lobstr (by default), but if not you can create by logging in to Lobstr, go to {Assets}, search for USDC. If the USDC entry has a {Trade} button, you are already set to go. If USDC has an {Add} button, clicking {Add} will create the trustline (and consume 1/2 XLM in doing so... Lobstr '101')

To process a deposit of funds into MoneyGram to send USDC to Lobstr... follow the instructions below: 

1.) Logon to Lobstr in your browser (Chrome preferred). In the navigation pane, go to {Assets}. Scroll to USD Coin (USDC) and click the {Deposit / Withdraw} icon (see screenshot below). 

2.) Click {Deposit USDC} button

3.) Choose {MoneyGram}, then click {Continue}

4.) Additional info will be required for MoneyGram to KYC (Know Your Customer). Click {Continue)

5.) A new browser tab opens up (stellar.moneygram.com). Country should already fill {USA}. Enter amount (in dollars), then click {Next}

6.) Find a Payment Location... Enter City, State and Zip (e.g. Los Angeles, CA 90025), then click the search icon (Magnifying Glass). Select preferred location. 

7.) Review your transaction (for a limited time, it appears that MoneyGram is not charging fees, in order to uptick usage. It has been suggested this policy may extend up to a year)

8.) Enter your personal information... whichever is go to be used at the MoneyGram location for identification, then click {Next}

9.) Enter the type of ID from the dropdown box you will be presenting the cashier, it gives you the option for drivers license, passport, government ID, etc.

10.) Drive to the location... (You have until the venue closes on that day to consummate the transaction... otherwise the transaction becomes voided). 

Inform the cashier that you are there to "complete a transaction" for sending funds. (They may tell you to go over to the machine... Do not go over to the machine). Be kind... Remember, this is all new to most MoneyGram cashiers. 

Repeat that you are "here to complete a transaction", which was initiated online... and that they (the specific MoneyGram outlet) already has your personal information on their MoneyGram sender's list. Once confirmed, provide ID and cash to the cashier.

Once the transaction is complete you will receive a long receipt with a reference number.

Your transaction should be in Lobstr, in most cases, before you leave the store. Don't forget your new tokens will appear in USDC (not XLM). It should be a 1:1 transfer of fiat to USDC. If desired, you may swap or trade your USDC to XLM, or other tokens.
