The feedback from our new e-book, Gori's Journal, has been great. We are delighted you are enjoying the travels of Gori on his way to planet Earth.

Most of my time with Sheldan (25 years), Gori was present on a daily basis. Even though I could not see or hear him and all communication was through Sheldan, I grew to know when he was with us by his vibration.

A couple days ago I was encouraged to lay down for a healing from my Galactic med team. While I was receiving instructions on my healing, I felt a familiar energy present. Incredulously I inquired, "Is Gori here?"

My team replied, "Yes, you have a visitor." And Gori replied, "Darn Tootin'."

I burst into laughter then tears of Joy. Gori always used the term 'darn tootin'.

This is the first time I have actually heard his voice. It was one of the most beautiful sounds ever. I have missed him so much.

His words brought peace to my heart. he explained, It seems to be a mystery why Sheldan has chosen this path. It is not your path. One day you will understand. In the meantime, you have a separate path. At this time, this is what requires your attention.

He also wanted me to congratulate Miles on hearing his (Gori's) promptings to make his journal into an e-book. He was happy his nudgings were heard and acted upon.

Good job, Miles. Excellent! Thank you from me and all of our PAO family.

In this excerpt, Gori Reflects on Humanity's Future

My log would tell everything about this strangely beautiful world. The Americas' landmass was indeed the strangest of all. Within its borders lived the most advanced, and the most primitive, societies. It was interesting to use these observations to predict its future. That future could be either encouraging or dismal. Only the primitive humans that controlled its surface would be able to make the choice. I had hope that the planet would survive and its Humans would learn the necessary lessons. If these lessons were properly applied, its civilization would survive and prosper. That determination would be made in the next few years and then only an intervention by the Planetary Union would resolve any bad decisions. I chose an interesting and exciting time to explore this world. Perhaps somehow, my wisdom would help Humans to make the right choices. I would be greatly honored to help them. Yet the fact remains that every star system must choose its own directions and, within reason, suffer its own consequences. I sincerely hoped this world will choose wisely.

We decided to convert Gori’s journal into an e-book and are delighted to be able to share it with our PAO community.

Meet Your Vibration by Archangel Metatron

Greetings beloved beings of light, I am Archangel Metatron, I come forth with the Angelic Vibrations of love to greet you. It is my purpose to support you in activating inner remembrance and truth that will lead you forth upon a journey that your soul desires and requests to bring fulfilment into every cell of your being. A fulfilment that opens your entire being to your oneness and completeness with the Creator. Every step you take upon the Earth supports you in this quest. Every energy vibration that comes forth from the Creator through the Universe of the Creator to you, supports your remembrance and activation. You are awakening all that you are, bringing it into experience and expression upon the Earth, so all may view the Creator and qualities of the Creator. This is such a beautiful process, one that you have contracted and agreed to be a part of because you have the strength, the courage, and the wisdom to do so.

It is important to remind yourself of why you are upon the Earth and your soul’s quest, even if you do not know it as intimately as you might like to. It is in this moment of Ascension that I, Archangel Metatron, invite you to sit or to stand in the space that you are, in the being that you are and the energy. I invite you to be conscious of the floor, the ground, and Mother Earth beneath you and in doing so you ground yourself. You become aware of your body, your energy systems, the space within you and the space around you. The thoughts that occupy your mind, the emotions that are at the surface and those that are hidden deep. I, Archangel Metatron, invite you to become aware or to focus upon all that you are in this moment without judgment or expectation. When you become aware of who you are, you allow yourself to recognise your own vibration. Your vibration is a complex energy. It is an expression of who you are. All the wounds that you hold and all the magnificent Creator qualities that you are. Every thought, every emotion builds and creates your vibration and you become aware of who you are in this moment. You are meeting your own vibration, each time you achieve this practice your vibration will be different because it never stays the same.

How can it, you are always changing and transforming?

As you meet your vibration, you begin to recognise similarities in your vibration.

You may wish to call forth energies that support the healing, the upgrade and the advancement of your own vibration. This is when you as a vibration, as a frequency, meet another vibration, energy, and quality, and you merge to create a vibration that supports you further. This is a wonderful practice, a very simple but wonderful practice to become aware of your own vibration.

You simply call forth the vibration as guided by your soul that will advance, heal or upgrade your vibration. Allowing you to recognise your more whole and complete vibration that is in oneness with the Creator. Each time you call forth a vibration to meet with you, you may recognise colours, qualities, feelings, a vision or you may simply trust that it is taking place. It is very much like filling in the gaps. Bringing to you, what you need in order to advance, develop, and continue on the quest of your soul.

You don't necessarily need to know the vibration you are meeting with. As the energy comes forth you simply allow yourself to receive. You may wish to have your palms facing up to the sky while resting on your legs, or you may wish to cup your hands at your heart in a gesture of receiving. I, Archangel Metatron, invite you to create a physical gesture of receiving so that you can sit or stand in meditation receiving through this physical gesture. It only needs to take a few moments of breathing deeply.

Allow yourself to once more feel and acknowledge the floor beneath you, the ground, Mother Earth and then the process is complete.

Sometimes you have a need, you require something, but you do not quite know what it is that you need or require. This is a beautiful practice that allows you to acquire vibrations and qualities from the Creator. To be supported without fully needing to understand what you require.

Accessing Your Lightbody

The Triad of Uriel, Metatron, Zadkiel. As you begin to work with the various layers of your Lightbody, you will begin to understand at a whole different level of your being. And it will become unimportant whether your mind has a conceptual understanding. Even though it must be given through language, and brought through the physical vehicle, the main understanding and usability of the material takes place in the Lightbody. Our dialogues will continue in basically the same form; however, there is a whole other realm that has been activated, and will be in use.

As you are shifting now from use of your physical vehicle, you are accessing more of your Lightbody. And there is a time of integration that is necessary for you to be able to operate in both vehicles. There is not a merging as you might think. But it is in your abilities, energetically, to operate in both states. In the confines of your physical body, and in your Lightbody. And this is now occurring. There is no way to integrate this through the intellect. It must be approached through an energetic level, and through observation. It is not that you do not know what you’re doing, because you certainly do.

You are very observant of your physical being as well as other states of your being. And you are beginning to get acquainted with your states in the Lightbody. This will occur over a period of what you would call time, and through our teaching together. This will occur through living your life, and through your observations. It is quite a different venue than what you are accustomed to.

The fact that you will be operating in two vehicles concurrently is somewhat different from what you are accustomed to. But it is not stressful to you. It is not confusing in any way. All I can say is you must allow the process. You are not missing anything. And there is no confusion, which is of great benefit.

Some who approach these states go through periods of great confusion. It is in your ability to recognize different dimensional fields of being, but also in staying in present-moment time that prevents you from falling into confusion and resistance. There is a flow that is necessary for these things to take place. And you have accessed that flow through your abilities to stay in present time.

The meetings and the discussions that we are having are geared mainly to giving you insights and information to the various levels of the Lightbody that you will be exploring with the students. Even though many things are expressed through language, there is an initiation that is embodied in the language that is received through the Lightbody. Even those who read or listen to these transcriptions, will interact and be connected to these energetics.

It is as if all these classes and transmissions are encoded with many frequencies of light and patterns of energy that are taken in through the physical body and the other bodies that you have availability to. And this is so for others that will come after you.
