I Archangel Metatron extend my blessings and love to all beings upon the Earth now, we are walking tremendous, and magnificent transformations with you. Upon the inner planes we are supporting major shifts that are occurring within your being, for all of humanity and the Earth. Our role in this moment is to support you in remaining grounded, balanced, stable and connected with the Creator. Such vast transformations are taking place within your being. This has been occurring for some time now, however, it is climaxing. We are noticing many souls and beings upon the Earth are now making shifts internally that they have been preparing for in the last months. This shift may come about because of a cleanse of the body, a new perspective born in the mind, an upset that brings forth clarity, or a new sense of gratitude and appreciation for all that is. You may notice recently or in the coming days and weeks that there will be a shift within you. That will promote an internal reset of your being. It may be that you feel you need to adopt a healthier lifestyle or regime with eating, drinking or exercise. It may be that you find yourself promoting self-care, relaxation, or meditation. You will notice that there is a shift, it may be something that you actively partake in, or it might be an illness. It could be something that changes your perspective, a meeting with another being that brings forth clarity or an experience on the inner planes that creates enlightenment. The shift will be a positive experience, please remember this and it will create a reset within your being. The reset will be as if you have let go of past thoughts, actions, anxieties, worries, fears, not all but enough to allow you to feel lighter and brighter. You may find yourself walking in a new direction because of a new understanding or feel motivated and inspired to journey along your pathway. You may find it is easier to connect with others. The shift will be personal to you, to your pathway, to what is hindering you now, as well as the purpose, the abilities, the destiny of your pathway on the Earth. The internal reset will be like taking stock of everything that is within you, all that you have to offer, to gift, and then creating a pathway forward with clarity, understanding and enlightenment that not only serves you but serves others as well. It could be as simple as letting go of fears, and anxiety, moving through your reality with peace and grace. The reset may manifest within you in numerous ways that are personal to you, however, the result, the impact for all beings upon the Earth will of course, be a deeper connection with the Creator. As we state that the result of the internal reset will be a deeper connection with the Creator, we invite you to focus within and ask yourself: |
▪ How do I perceive a deeper connection with the Creator would be for me?
▪ Would I feel more supported, more loved?
▪ Would I be able to gain greater clarity, intuition and understanding?
▪ Would I feel more courageous?
▪ Would it be easier to make decisions and transitions in my reality?
A connection with the Creator manifests in a unique way for each being. Every being holds a connection with the Creator. It is your divine right and yet there is a remembrance dawning concerning your connection with the Creator. The remembrance of the Creator is resurfacing in order to allow you to become your truth and who you really are. In this moment, I invite you to contemplate that the internal reset involves: A shift, the impact of the shift, and a deeper connection with the Creator. You may have already achieved and experienced the shift, or maybe each step. It is important to seek, to look out for the three stages in your reality to verify to yourself when you are moving through the process. A shift that allows you to let go of certain energies and ideas. The impact that creates change and transformation and the result, which is a deeper connection with the Creator. As many beings move through the internal reset at their own pace, some will take a very short time, and others will take longer, and it is all appropriate and necessary. However, when you reach the moment of a deeper connection with the Creator, that is when a download of light and wisdom will be anchored into your being. The light and wisdom will be like a puzzle piece that is anchored into the Earth connected to all beings creating a well of information, knowledge and love. The information, knowledge and love will radiate in all directions across the Earth. It will be like constant pulsations as each being downloads the energy at different times. A continuous integration of energy into Mother Earth that lifts the vibration of the Earth, lifts the consciousness of humanity and allows the support of the inner planes beings to come ever closer. At this moment, we do not advise you as to certain practices that would be beneficial to partake in. Instead we simply invite you to look out for this step-by-step process of transformation, which we know is the internal reset. Look out for it in your reality, it may be subtle, it may be impactful. Look out for it in the realities of others, so that you know what is taking place. AKASHIC RECORDS – WHAT ARE THEY? HOW DO I ACCESS THEM? HOW DO I READ THE AKASHIC RECORDS?Source: Destination Deluxe |
The Akashic Records are said to be a compendium of all universal events, thoughts, words, emotions and intent ever to have occurred in the past, present and future. Many practitioners and healers are now offering Akashic Record readings, but what do they entail and how will such a session benefit one’s wellbeing. We speak with Zeo Sheehan, an Akashic Record reader, spiritual healer/teacher and divine channel who has over 20 years of experience in this field. WHAT ARE THE AKASHIC RECORDS?It’s the cosmic databank where the truth of all that ever was, is and will be is stored. It is basically all the things that ever happened to a person or to a soul. So whatever was part of your journey, whatever you’ve experienced, all your impressions, everything is stored there in that field of information. When you access the Akashic Records, you can either have just pure insight – read only, or you can use that information to transform your energy and accordingly, there will be a change made in the Akashic Records. Let’s say I find out that I have a really huge fear of drowning, because I’ve drowned multiple times in other lifetimes. So if I then work on that, or I release the fear and the panic, and I do some transformation around that, then the Akashic Records will change accordingly. It’s not that my past life would change, but in the future, I would not keep experiencing the same issue. IS THE FUTURE WRITTEN IN THE AKASHIC RECORDS?The future is very complex to understand by a linear mind. So when you discuss the future, you’re always discussing multiple potentials or possibilities. But let’s say I have insight into the past, and I make a change, of course the Akashic Records in the future will change because the probability for my life to be better or more graceful increases. I mostly use the Akashic Records in relation to the past, because by healing the past, by clearing the past issues, you improve your ability to create the best possible future. WHO CAN READ THE AKASHIC RECORDS? HOW DO YOU ACCESS THEM?Anyone who is either spiritually inclined, educated and well trained (as myself) or has a natural ability to tune into the higher vibrations of the energetic plane (inherent predisposition). Anyone who has the capacity to raise their energy, because they exist on a higher frequency, a higher level of energy. So anyone can be trained to reach that level by raising their energy, by raising their frequency. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN READING SOMEONE’S AKASHIC RECORDS AND READING SOMEONE’S AURA, SINCE THE AURA ALSO CARRIES A PERSON’S ENTIRE PAST?The Akashic Records are much more extensive and set differently. Whatever information is held in the Akashic Records is only downloaded into your energy field when your soul is ready to meet a specific learning or a specific growth. So if I tune into a person’s aura, I’m only accessing what is currently the limitations or the emotional or energetic state. I’m not actually getting the complete picture of the soul itself. If I make an analogy, it’s almost like the postal service…the Akashic Records are just like the distribution center and you’re the receiver of the package. And only once you’re ready to unpack, it is actually sent down into your energy field. HOW DID YOU LEARN TO TUNE INTO THE AKASHIC RECORDS? HOW CAN SOMEONE LEARN THIS?I personally cultivated this ability to “tune into the Akashic station” over many years before I even received 1 fragment of information. I did a one-year training, and then I practiced for another one and a half years until I could access the Akashic Records and maintain the connection for at least 30 minutes. WHAT SORT OF QUESTIONS CAN I ANSWER BY ACCESSING THE AKASHIC RECORDS?It all depends on one’s intention (what info do you want to access?) or wether your spirit or higher intelligence wishes to reveal something specific to the person. It’s a matter of trust ultimately. But you can ask pretty much anything, with a caveat of course…there is a kind of inherent intelligence in the Akashic Records that doesn’t allow a person to access information for the purpose of misusing it or if it’s simply not useful or wise for a person to know something. Also in regards to the future, all information needs to be understood in terms of potential possibilities, that means some things are extremely likely to occur and other things are less and less likely to predict the further one looks into the future. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING YOUR AKASHIC RECORDS READ?The greatest benefit in my personal experience is the potential to dissolve long-term, and deeply engrained, unconscious limitations. That means the client gains insight into the cause and understands why repeating limiting patterns, obstacles, difficulties and trauma is occurring (or has occurred) in this life and what needs to be done to transform them. it helps the client to move forward in life with more grace, peace, hope, understanding and wisdom. |
CAN ANOTHER PERSON ACCESS MY AKASHIC RECORDS WITHOUT PERMISSION?I don’t think it is possible, the soul always needs to give permission in my experience HOW DO YOU KNOW YOU’RE ACCESSING THE AKASHIC RECORDS AND NOT JUST MAKING IT UP IN YOUR MIND?I think in the beginning, it’s always the most difficult because you have doubts. Eventually the doubts disappear. I would say the initial stages of the training are always the most difficult, but once you’ve had an experience where you simply can’t make it up with your mind, something you can’t come up with by yourself…and once you’ve gone through some repetition with those experiences, you really realize “this is not my mind. It’s not my creative mind making it up.” It’s information, and it’s just coming from another source. It’s not trying to construct anything in relation to my intention or in relation to the client or in relation to what I want to know. It’s just the information that comes regardless of the opinion of my mind, or regardless of the preferences of my mind. HOW DOES KARMA COME INTO PLAY?I trust that whatever is presented is the most appropriate and the most valuable for the person at the time. You have to remember that when you access the Akashic Records, it’s always facilitated by the higher intelligence of the other person and also by my own higher intelligence. So there’s always wisdom at play in terms of what is being relayed to me in terms of information. And karma really is about what a person has created in the past. What kind of paradigms, dynamics and patterns have they created the past that still need to be resolved? The karma is the resolution of those unfinished lessons or things that were set in motion. And you can really only do that according to where you’re at or where your consciousness is at. Let me make an example: maybe that person was a pirate in a past life, and they’re not ready yet to settle or to live a more committed lifestyle. But I can see that they’re ready to forgive the hurt that they’ve created for other people, and the karma that has come back to them by other people hurting them. So it’s as if I get a sort of overview and a bigger picture. But the Akashic Records immediately draw my attention to what the person is ready to work on, almost like a movie director who will draw your attention to a particular protagonist and direct the story in a certain direction. And it’s similar when you’re reading the Akashic Records, you see the bigger picture of a lifetime, but your focus will be drawn to that which is relevant at that moment in time to facilitate transformation. HOW DO YOU RECEIVE THIS INFORMATION? DO YOU SEE, HEAR, OR SIMPLY KNOW? ARE YOU COMMUNICATING WITH YOUR GUIDES?This is very interesting because when I was in my training, my guides took me through various stages of training, where I had to learn how to trust all my psychic experiences. I had to learn to trust my hearing. So for the first year, it was like someone was whispering or talking into my ear. It was like wearing headphones, even though I didn’t have any on. And so I would have to learn to trust my hearing. And then they switched that off, and in the next stage, I had to just trust my feeling and my sense of something. And then it was a knowing. So knowing just means you just download for a certain timeframe. And then you just know, you just know that’s it. And then the last thing that I got was sight. I used to get a visual, but a visual in my experience is more difficult to interpret, because you actually have to know what does the visual mean, like what are they trying to show? So now it’s really a combination where I initially get a flash of a vision where I can see the location on the planet, the approximate timeframe and the situation the soul is in. And as soon as that initial clarification is here, the bigger picture, then I switch over to knowing. So I literally just download the information and I know what the visual means. I know this person is standing there and doing this, but it means this. So it’s just the most efficient way in my experience to have the knowing being transmitted to you, because then you don’t have to use your own mind to interpret the image. WHO SHOULD HAVE AN AKASHIC RECORD READING?I think I would recommend it to most people who are stuck in a loop, or who realize that they’re running a pattern, or that there’s a dynamic in their life that is just repeating itself again and again, and they can’t get out of it or they don’t know why it exists. Maybe it’s just been part of their life, it’s become obvious, or they just become sick of something that is so familiar and so repetitive that they just have no idea where it comes from or how to change it. Those are the people I would definitely recommend an Akashic Record reading to. And I think the other people are the people who want more clarity about what’s relevant, and where the limitations are. It’s almost like a session that just speeds up a person’s life, because you go, “Ok, what are the unconscious limitations that are operating in the background this month? Let me get an insight, let me know what I’m working with, and let me get some tips on how to resolve that.” You can approach it in a very proactive way. HOW ARE THE AKASHIC RECORDS DIFFERENT FROM YOUR BLUEPRINT?As far as I understand, the blueprint is what the soul brings into one particular lifetime, which contains the lessons, also the structure of the body. It really contains a whole bunch of things, and it’s kind of the ideal template that allows a person to move through a lifetime in the best possible way. The blueprint can be overshadowed by a person’s fears, beliefs, expectations, and self-deception. So when a healer says, “let me help you align to your blueprint and upgrade your blueprint”, it basically just means getting people to come back into greater alignment with the ideal scenario. In contrast, the Akashic Records really contain all information. They exist beyond the blueprint. It’s a bit hard to imagine, but it’s outside of space and time, so it really captures a much broader and wider range of information and energy. HOW MANY SESSIONS DO YOU NORMALLY RECOMMEND? DO YOU EVER RECOMMEND A SERIES OF SESSIONS?I do occasionally, but my experience is that whatever you receive in a session, it always gives you enough to work with for one to two months. If you’re in a phase of your life or journey where you are very proactive and you want to grow, move and shift stuff, maybe you have a session every month. When a person removes a long-term limitation, something opens up that wasn’t available for centuries, and then obviously the person wants to go and explore that area that wasn’t available for a long time. For example, if a person’s always been poor for eight centuries and suddenly that block has been removed, maybe they want to go and explore entrepreneurship, business, success, and money, or if a person just removed a relationship block, then they want to go and explore relationships. So it’s not necessary to have a proactive approach, because they’re expanding into an area which doesn’t really require healing on a really deep, fundamental level. WHEN YOU DISCOVER A BLOCKAGE, DO YOU GO TO THE SOURCE OF THE ISSUE OR IS IT OFTEN LIKE AN ONION WHERE YOU JUST KEEP PEELING AWAY LAYERS?The intention of the Akashic Records is always to go to the source, the core of the issue, where it began so that the healing can be as powerful or as deep as possible. With the layers I mean that there are layers to the integration process, there are layers of belief, layers of fear and layers of perception that need to be met. It depends on the capacity of the person to meet certain fears, to meet their own limitations and accordingly maybe they have to revisit the same and see another facet that needs to be resolved. It’s very customized. The higher intelligence of the person always pushes them to the degree that they’re capable of. CAN THE AKASHIC RECORDS PREDICT THE FUTURE?So some people use the Akashic Records to extract future potential, or future ideas. Some even try to connect with the energies of other people and possibly get some of Mozart’s creativity or genius. But it’s hard for me to comments, ultimately, I was trained to simply help people get rid of their core limitations. |
