MZ: I’m almost afraid to get to excited…but I am cautiously optimistic today
MZ: Mr. Cottrell will be joining us for Q&A today
MZ: In Iraq- No new rate yet on the streets….spoke with 3 contacts…..my contractor friend is working on new rates for employees …they expect the new rate this weekend.
MZ: My paymasters in reno are saying 4a should be liquid tonight or tomorrow…..they have funds positioned from earlier SKRs and they are expecting those to be released this evening.
MZ: I am hearing they want to start banking with the 4b group on Monday. So in that case we should get 800 numbers over the weekend.
MZ: Still waiting for updates from Europe and Asia
MZ: My opinion is 4a can start processing before Mr. C…but they can’t have money at the street level without Mr. C……
MZ: 4B should be released right on the heels of 4A…and it will happen in a whirlwind

MZ: Could it be they are opening those indictments for corruption and treason and they may need the death penalty soon??? Hmmmm Anyone who molests and murders children need to be on that list.

MZ: Question- Can paymasters /4a be funded before you have processed?
MC: That is a currency swap versus an exchange. A currency swap which is what they have been doing with the SKR’s and whales …is where you turn in your dinar or whatever and have an account funded . The bank knows they will eventually get an “exchange” on those funds held in that account.
MC: An exchange is (according to the gold treaties) is we will exchange currency for actual gold-backed currrency.
MC: A currency swap you get fiat for fiat
MC: an exchange is a fiat currency for a gold-backed currency. And that hasn’t happened yet.
MZ: What are your thoughts on the Puerto Rican new governor and the clean- up they are doing there? Is this a sign of where we are headed? Is this a Gesara thing? Seems like they are busy cleaning up politics all over the world.
MC: When they did the gold Treaty on March 21, 2013- I have heard they have taken the steps of Gesara and placed it in the protocol of the Gold treaty. So in essence the Gold treaty protocols implements Gesara. Now Puerto Rico had to be cleaned up because of all the off-shore corporations that are plugged into the united States Corporation .
So those had to be killed off and they had to change the government to do that. The deep state used Puerto Rico as their home away from home because there was no oversight there. Changing the government allows a cleaning out of that mess and a cleaning out of those corporations.
MC: So it’s a good sign…whether or not it was a necessary one…I don’t know.
MZ: People want to know if you feel we are close to the reset and the revaluation?
MC: I hadn’t seen any progresss in 15 years…since Trump got into office I have seen a tremendous amount of progress….Right now its like a landslide…..its been picking up momentum……I think the new prime minister in the UK is a sign……the new Puerto Rican Gov. is a sign and the huge clean out happening here with Epstein …yes I think we are right on top of it …The white dragons are kicking everyone in the pants saying “get this done”
