All sovereign nations have finalized negotiated deals under GESARA compliance terms.

Trump mentioned how well the economy was doing during his SOTU address but no hard announcement of the RV/GCR nor GESARA.

There won't be an official announcement for the RV/GCR and GESARA.

GESARA is an agenda that is being globally enforced by BRICS under the Earth Alliance.

All GESARA laws will be carefully and slowly implemented over time to create a "natural" transition for the public.

The Earth Alliance must lie to avoid public backlash due to how complicated it would be to explain the situation of the world to the public.

Public backlash could potentially be devastating and will contribute nothing toward global peace which is the Earth Alliance's main objective.

Trump referencing the "gold standard" in one of his recent tweets was an announcement only for the woke.

Once all is said and done, everything will be disclosed to the public.

According to sources, the first phase of the transition (RV) was supposed to begin on the Chinese New Year.

The US government will be shutdown again once the UST runs out of funding which may be by the middle of February.

UST Secretary Mnuchin is already heading to China for "Trade Talks".

Sources say Mnuchin is actually heading there to request more funding to prevent another government shutdown (and continue the peaceful transition route).

However, if the government is shutdown once again, then the Earth Alliance has chosen the "by force" route.

This means a national emergency will be declared, we will see military in the streets, mass indictments, and military tribunals followed by full disclosure.

Heavy public backlash is expected but all will be compensated.

Once the Cabal is totally annihilated worldwide, the Earth Alliance will open the floodgates of wealth removing global poverty in a heartbeat.

The war is over either way.
