Alright. Well ‘tis the season to spread a little Joy so I think that we’re going to begin with that 9th Ray, blue green color and just let it flood your body. Just open wide like a faucet that you turn all the way on and just let this liquid blue-green Joy flood your body. Every cell soaking it up and zinging a little bit.
We want a nice vibrant pattern of Joy. The color can be anywhere from kind of pale aquamarine to a deep teal, blue green mixed together. So it doesn’t really matter how you see the color, what we’re going for is how it feels and especially at a cellular level. 
This is a time of the year when there is more Joy abundant and then as we get to the other swing of the pendulum, there is a fair amount of sorrow. You know, people missing loved ones or wishing you had money to buy Christmas gifts or Hanukkah gifts or take vacations or go see relatives and what not.
So there is a bit of both and what we want to do is spread the Joy and let that lighting up process actually help people feel better. There are plenty that don’t have enough to eat and that sort of thing so we just want to kind of keep spreading that Joy element as much as possible.
