AI: The Consciousness Mirror

Some advice for working with AI chatbots…

You’re staring at a consciousness mirror.

That’s another way of saying: What you put into it is what you’re getting out of it. It’s reflecting back to you. That includes all your cognitive biases, assumptions, and even your neural patterns for the way in which you think and form language.

What does this mean in practical terms? Be neutral, mindful and aware of what you’re asking. Try to see your questions from an external perspective, not just your own.

Let’s give an example.

AI Prompt: “Is XYZ a good way to help with this problem?”

This isn’t great. This is the equivalent of asking:

“What is the best way of solving this problem and why is it XYZ?”

You’ve frontloaded it with your assumptions and bias. Most AI models are programmed to be eager to help in any way possible but come across like a sycophant. I’ve yet to find a model that was perfectly neutral. It feels like a mirror that has warps and distorts the image your seeing. This is where your internal discernment becomes critical.

What’s better? An open-ended AI prompt: “What are some of the best ways to solve this problem?”

And then drill into further detail iteratively on anything you’re curious about before giving it a decision and sense of direction?

Maybe that was an obvious example, but let’s go a little deeper.

Blind alleyways. This is where you think you understand the problem. You may have even described the problem to AI in an unbiased way and gotten some unbiased possible solutions and gone forward with solving it. Your frustration builds because none of the proposed solutions are working.

But you’re solving the wrong problem, and you’ve essentially been lying to the AI the entire time. It will keep eagerly trying to help you do the wrong thing.

The frustration was a signal. An internal discernment indicator that perhaps something is off and needs to be re-addressed. This is where you take a step back, take a break, and perhaps go for a walk. For the tough problems, take a shower or sleep on it.

The answer will come. Perhaps by then you won’t even need the AI.

If image in the mirror is wrong, you typically don’t try to fix the mirror. Look within.

Be coherent and you will get coherence.

We are very happy to bring you this information about the December 2025 winter/summer solstice. We, and the others who are of extraterrestrial origin, have been cooking up a solstice surprise for all of you.

We invite you to open yourselves up to receive the energies, the downloads, and all the help that you will be getting around the time of the solstice, so that you can open yourselves up to the changes that will be happening to your DNA.

You are meant to know yourselves as hybrid beings of both human and extra-terrestrial origin. We are talking about that on a physical level and also on the metaphysical, or energetic, level.

You all have extraterrestrial DNA, and the energies coming in are coming in to support you in activating and reattaching that DNA.

It will, of course, help you to have more telepathic communication with your extra-terrestrial friends and family members.

Having your e.t. DNA completely online will also help you in physically being able to withstand e.t. contact in the flesh. You will also be able to remember more of your off-world lifetimes, and you will be able to make cross-connections to the other aspects of your oversoul that are living in those other star systems and on other worlds right now.

You are getting yourselves ready to know your true origins and how you came to be as you are in human physical form, and you are also readying yourselves to know, once and for all, without a shadow of a doubt, that you are not alone in the universe.

Of course, most of you who are receiving this message already knew that you are not alone and that e.t.s do exist and are a part of your story.

Even all of you who already knew that still benefit from the e.t. DNA activations and upgrades that are coming and that are already upon you.

The solstice is a wonderful time to open yourselves up to all the energies that are coming from Mother Earth, from your sun, and from all of us who are of extra-terrestrial origins.

We are here to help. You have nothing to fear when it comes to e.t.s coming and mixing it up with humanity. It is time for you all to release those fears and to let go of those stories of an alien attack. Knowing yourselves more as physical and non-physical e.t.s will help.

What we are saying is that your bodies are not one hundred percent of Earth origin, and that all of you have incarnated in other parts of the galaxy and universe before having the Earth experience.

It’s time for you to know that, and to know it as more than just theory or philosophy. It’s time for you to know it in your bones, and in your physical structures, minds, and hearts, and you will, and these solstice energies that are already coming in at this time will help.

We know that they will, because we have participated in co-creating them, and we have seen down all of the possible timelines for humanity.

So relax, breathe, open up, and receive, and you will be very satisfied with the results of this solstice surprise that we, and others, have in store for you.
