🍃Why is grounding important?
OK, THE OTHER 1/2 OF GOING IN IS COMING ALL THE WAY OUT INTO NATURE... SO GROUNDING ON DIRT, GRASSAND... I WALK BAREFOOT ON THE CLIFFS NEAR THE OCEAN EACH DAY TO GETHE OZONE, FRESH AIR, SUNLIGHT & EXERCISE. A MASSAGER IS HELPFUL I HAVE 5, 1 ON A CHAIR & VARIOUS HAND MODELS. GREAT FOR CIRCULATION & MUSCLES. DANCING, STRETCHING, MUSIC & TAI CHI ETC.
HERBS, TONICS, RAW FOODS, THESE ALL HELP INTERGRATE THE BEING, THE LIGHT & PUT FLEXIBILITY INTO THE NERVOUSYSTEM.
OUR CHOICES ARE VERY IMPORTANTHEY ADD UP TO A LIFE OF OUR MAKING. WE CAN GROW MORE IN ONE LIFETIME THEN ALL THE OTHERS PUTOGETHER. WHY DO YOU THINK WE CAME HERE !?!?!?! GJ
If we are not "grounded", we are not stable in life - that is, not firmly rooted and solid with both feet. We are too focused on the realms of the mind, while contact with nature is neglected.
This lack of stability can manifest itself not only physically, but also mentally. For example, in the form of insecurity, thoughts going round in circles, lack of concentration and malaise.
If we want to stay healthy, it is therefore advisable to go out into nature everyday to ensure that we find balance.
This is how we can ground ourselves:
🔹Feel the contact with the ground
🔹Go out into nature
🔹Work in the garden
🔹Sport, running, walking
🔹Take a foot bath / cold shower
🔹Music (especially slow rhythms)
🔹Eat wild plants
🔹Use essential oils
🔹Cook
