YOU ARE YOUR HOLY PRESENCE of LOVE.
As we LOVE one another we help one another to remember, who and what we in TRUTH, really are. You are not your body. You are not the illusion. You are SOUL, PURE HOLY SPIRIT having a human experience.
There will be many residues stuck within your four lower bodies (mental, emotional, physical and etheric) which are left overs from your multitude of incarnations. All of which you need to purify and dissolve. Simply sit quietly, go within, ask your Holy Presence for assistance and wait to see what arises. Observe whatever comes with compassion, examine it with the eyes of a child, with innocence and wonder, and without judgement. When you are ready accept it, embrace it, and then dissolve it with unconditional Love and forgiveness and watch it disappear. Do a little each day and you will soon purify yourself of all darkness, all shadows, all heaviness. It will leave you feeling Light, your frequency will become higher each time, and gentleness, bliss and peace will pervade you.
