THE MILITARY MUST BE IN POWER FOR 1 YEAR TO REMOVE THE OCCUPYING POWER & THAT'S IN A FEW DAYS 

According to the Law of War manual the illegitimate government has to be in power for a  year before the military can lawfully remove them. A year that would be January 21st.
