Channeling Father Time: (this should help many)

There are two frequencies coexisting on earth. One is the old paradigm one is the new.

The new construct was put in place to allow stability in the new reality creational fields. It’s a support system, a frequency to return to if you get caught in the old paradigm, instead of falling you can return to the new structure.

There will be a time, in the great shift when the old is no longer. It is a time that is approaching, it is a time that is near, it is a time that will be remembered.

The two realties are working in tandem for evolution, for the great awakening to occur they must feel and sense the Birth of this new frequency on your planet, they must be able to taste this change, even though they cannot see it, they can feel it.

It is this same strands that are burning in the heart of the awakened. How can I live in my joy, my happiness, and support myself. The answer is simple, choose your heart or surrender. It is not how you cannot live in your heart and be supported, it is how to live in your heart and be free. You will be guided and figure out how to live with less. You do not need to consume everything on your planet. What can you do without, what do you not need, what can you remove, so that you can gain peace in your heart. So that you can gain ever lasting joy? So it is simple, there is no choice, there is to live from the heart, or to live in burden.

Your hearts will not let you go back to the old frequency for to long as it is too much to bear, it has lost its appeal. This message is to help you understand the dualities at work, until the day where two become one.
