I'm finding thathe Rich Silence &
Absolute Presence are carrying over into most of or all of my
day... & increasing theffect of my meditation. Since the recording tech turns up the volume I recommend turning it down or better yet plugging in a headset away from your ears to remove most of thexternal sounds & noises of the group & the recording equipment as we wanthe Hi Vibs which Lift Us into the Absolute.

And play it very softly in the background whenever I meditate.
Well thethers are
thinner then ever & getting thinner, So it's easier to
go Deeper & Deeper.
