When you look at the document, you can see D5 on the top right. The document is a Memorandum for Director of National Intelligence. The subject: 'Follow-up Unmasking Requests re Former National Security Advisor' (General Flynn). The document is signed by General Paul Nakasone.

Joe Biden's name is on the list of individuals who requested the unmasking of General Flynn. BOOM.

So after all this time, we finally know what D5 stands for - it's an important document in the official take down of the Deep State.
